- 軸受板付きステータと、電流を伝える巻線と、ロータとから成る電気機器において、
前記ステータは、複合材に埋め込まれ、巻線セグメント(20)に成形された電流を伝える巻線を備え、角度範囲が全角囲内にある一区画のリングを形成し、この複数の区画の合計は、全角、即ち、例えば、180°、120°、90°などを与え、前記セグメント(20)は、前記ロータの外部ディスク(8)および内部ディスク(9)の間で挿入され、非磁性体複合材(16)、(18)で作成され、1GPaを超える強度の繊維で補強され、磁極(15)は、前記内部ディスク(9)の前記軸方向に埋め込まれて磁化され、少なくとも一つの永久磁石から成り、前記磁極は、前記内部ディスク(9)及び外部ディスク(8)構造体の非磁性体複合材(16)、(18)から作成された空間で互いに分離され、外部ディスク(8)および内部ディスク(9)の各々は、周囲に、外部補強リング(13)、(17)を有し、それぞれは、ディスクの前記円筒表面に樹脂と共に繊維を巻回することによって形成された、1GPaを超える強度の繊維で補強された非磁性体複合材から作成され、前記ロータの(前記最初および最後の)前記外部ディスク(8)は、強磁性材で作成された磁気回路(14)を閉じるリングを有する、機器。 - 前記電動機シャフト回転角の前記測定センサは、コーディングディスク(12)と、感光要素または磁極センサ(10)とから成り、前記コーディングディスク(12)は、前記機器の前記シャフトに不変的に固定され、前記感光要素または磁極センサ(10)は、前記電動機の前記ステータに不変的に取り付けられた前記センサコーディングディスク(12)と協働する、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記電動機シャフト回転角測定センサは、前記シャフトの単一ディスク(8)又は(9)上の前記磁極(15)の数より高い解像度を有する、請求項2に記載の機器。
- 1GPaを超える引張強度の繊維で補強された前記非磁性複合材は、エポキシ樹脂に基づく、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記ロータの前記ディスク(8)又は(9)は、前記磁極(15)を備えた領域と前記ロータの前記シャフト(7)との間に、前記ディスクの前記表面に対して垂直に作成された穴(25)と、前記穴(25)の上方から前記巻線(26)に冷却空気を案内する空間または穴とを含む、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記巻線(20)の前記セグメントは、前記巻線セグメント(6)のパケットに接続され、前記ロータの多数の前記ディスク(8)又は(9)の間の空間を満たす、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記巻線は、撚り線導体で作成される、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記磁極(15)の径方向の寸法が、前記ディスクの平面における径方向に対して垂直な方向の寸法を超える、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 永久磁石が、前記ディスク(8)又は(9)の磁極(15)を形成する為に使用され、ネオジムを含む、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記磁極(15)は、前記ディスク(8)又は(9)の平面において、長方形形状を有する、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記磁極(15)は、前記ディスク(8)又は(9)の平面において、二等辺台形の形状を有し、前記台形の短い底辺が前記ディスクの軸に向けられる、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記磁極(15)は、前記ディスク(8)又は(9)の平面において、リングセグメントの形状を有する、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 空気圧ホース用の2つのコネクタ(30)及び(31)が後部軸受板に配置され、前記2つのコネクタ(30)及び(31)を通って、前記機器の内部部品を冷却する空気が供給され、抽出される、請求項1に記載の機器。
