Abstract

Электрическая машина состоит из статора, содержащего опорные пластины и обмотки, проводящие электрический ток, и ротора. Статор содержит обмотки, проводящие электрический ток, встроенные в композитный материал и сформированные в обмоточные сегменты (20), образующие кольцевой сегмент углового пролета, составляющий часть полного угла, причем полная кратность этого сегмента дает полный угол, т.е., например, 180, 120, 90 и т.д., при этом сегменты (20) вставлены между внешним (8) и внутренним (9) дисками ротора и изготовлены из немагнитного композиционного материала (16) и (18), армированного волокнами с прочностью более 1 ГПа, причем магнитные полюса (15) встроены и намагничены в осевом направлении внутренних дисков (9), состоящих по меньшей мере из одного постоянного магнита. Полюса отделены друг от друга промежутком, заполненным немагнитный композитным материалом (16) и (18) структуры внутреннего и внешнего дисков (8) и (9), причем каждый внешний (8) и внутренний (9) диск имеет по окружности внешнее армирующее кольцо (13) и (17), сделанное из немагнитного композиционного материала, армированного волокнами с прочностью более 1 ГПа, образованного путем наматывания волокон вместе со смолой на цилиндрическую поверхность дисков. Внешние диски (8) (первый и последний) ротора имеют кольцо, замыкающее магнитную цепь (14), выполненную из ферромагнитного материала.
