Claims (24)
- 板紙を製造する方法であって、
セルロース繊維を含む完成紙料を提供するステップ、

次いで、脱水したウェブを加圧して板紙を形成するステップを含む、上記方法。 - 前記圧力が200kPaを超える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブが第1および第2の側面を備えており、前記脱水が前記ウェブの両側から行われる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブの第1の側面から除去される水の量が除去される水の総量の35〜65重量%の間であり、ウェブの第2の側面から除去される水の量が除去される水の総量の35〜65重量%の間である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 加圧後の前記ウェブの乾燥含量が45重量%超である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記板紙の密度が680kg/m3超である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
