Claims (10)
- 超音波溶接デバイス(10)であって、
超音波振動を伝達するソノトロード(14)と、アンビル・キャリヤ(17)上に配設されたアンビル(15、37)と、を備え、
前記アンビル(15、37)は交換可能な様式で前記アンビル・キャリヤ(17)上に配設され、前記アンビル(15、37)の取り付け面(21、36)が、予張力負荷デバイスによる垂直方向力により、前記アンビル・キャリヤ(17)の支持表面(22)に当接して着座する、超音波溶接デバイス(10)において、
前記アンビル(15、37)の前記取り付け面(21、36)は、前記アンビル・キャリヤ(17)の前記支持表面(22)の表面硬度よりも大きい表面硬度を有し、
前記取り付け面(21、36)は、少なくとも部分的表面(31、38)の領域において表面構造(32)を備え、且つ、
前記取り付け面(21、36)は、少なくとも前記部分的表面(31、38)の領域において、Rz/Ra≧2の表面粗さを有することを特徴とする、超音波溶接デバイス(10)。 - 前記表面構造(32)は、少なくとも区画的に、前記ソノトロード(14)の長手方向(28)に関して迎え角αにて傾斜された線状の構造要素成分(33)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の超音波溶接デバイス(10)。
- 前記アンビル・キャリヤ(17)の前記支持表面(22)はHRC58より小さい表面硬度を有し、且つ、前記アンビル(15、37)の前記取り付け面(21、36)はHRC59より大きい表面硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(10)。
- 前記表面構造はライングリッド構造(39)により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(10)。
- 少なくとも区画的に、前記ライングリッド構造(39)は、Rzにより定義される最大高さの隆起格子線(40)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の超音波溶接デバイス(10)。
- 前記ライングリッド構造(39)は、前記取り付け面の少なくとも部分的表面(38)をレーザ光線に晒すことにより作製されることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(10)。
- 前記取り付け面(21、36)は、少なくとも前記部分的表面(31、38)の領域において、Rz/Ra≧5の表面粗さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(10)。
- Rz≧8μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(10)。
- Rz≧20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の超音波溶接デバイス(10)。
- Rz≧25μmであることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の超音波溶接デバイス(10)。
