Claims (10)
- バッテリーを収容するバッテリーハウジングであって、
相互結合してバッテリーが収容される空間を形成する複数のカバーを含み、
前記複数のカバーのいずれか一つの第1カバーと、
前記第1カバーに隣接して配置されて前記第1カバーに結合する第2カバーと、
前記第1カバーと前記第2カバーとを結合する結合棒と、を含む、バッテリーハウジング。 - 前記第1カバーには、前記結合棒の一端が挿入される少なくとも一つの第1挿入孔が形成され、前記第2カバーには、前記結合棒の他端が挿入される少なくとも一つの第2挿入孔が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記第1カバー及び前記第2カバーに前記結合棒を結合できるように、前記第1挿入孔及び前記第2挿入孔に粘着剤が注入されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記第1カバーには、前記第2カバーが据え付けられる据付け溝が形成され、前記第1挿入孔は、前記据付け溝の内部に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記第1カバーの前記据付け溝に据え付けられるように、前記第2カバーには、端部から突出する突出部が形成され、前記第2挿入孔は、前記突出部に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記第2カバーは、エンドプレートを含み、
前記突出部は、前記エンドプレートから折り曲げられて形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーハウジング。 - 前記第1挿入孔及び前記第2挿入孔の少なくとも一つには、収容溝が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記収容溝は、螺旋状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジングと、
前記バッテリーハウジングに収容されるバッテリーセル積層体と、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジングと、
前記バッテリーハウジングに収容されるバッテリーモジュールと、を含む、バッテリーパック。
