Claims (15)
- 自動車両のための液体容器であって、第1のハーフシェル(4)と、第2のハーフシェル(6)と、を有している前記液体容器において、
前記第1のハーフシェル(4)及び第2のハーフシェル(6)が、液体(10)を収容するための格納容積(8)を形成しており、
前記第1のハーフシェル(4)が、第1の支持層(12)及び第1のバリア層(14,46)を有しており、
前記第2のハーフシェル(6)が、第2の支持層(16)及び第2のバリア層(18,48)を有しており、
前記第1のバリア層(14,46)が、前記格納容積(8)に面している前記第1の支持層(12)の側面(20)に配置されており、
前記第2のバリア層(18,48)が、前記格納容積(8)に面している前記第2の支持層(16)の側面(22)に配置されていることを特徴とする液体容器。 - 前記第1の支持層(12)が、前記格納容積(8)に面している側面(30)に、1つ又は複数の成形要素(32)、接続部(34)、又は機能ユニット(36)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体容器。
- 前記成形要素(32)、前記接続部(34)、若しくは前記機能ユニット(36)が、前記格納容積(8)の内部に突出して延在しており、
並びに/又は、
前記成形要素(32)及び/若しくは接続部(34)が、射出成形プロセスにおいて前記第1の支持層(12)と一部品で形成されており、及び/若しくは前記第1の支持層(12)の上に逐次的に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液体容器。 - 前記格納容積(8)の内部に配置されているすべての前記成形要素(32)、前記接続部(34)、又は前記機能ユニット(36)が、前記第1の支持層(12)に設けられているが、前記第2のバリア層(18,48)には設けられていないことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の液体容器。
- 成形要素、接続部、又は機能ユニットを取り付けるために利用されるプラスチック材料(40)が、前記第2の支持層(16)の反対側に面している前記第2のバリア層(18,48)の側面(39)に局所的に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液体容器。
- 前記第1のバリア層及び前記第2のバリア層(14,18)のうち少なくとも1つのバリア層が、射出成形プロセスにおいて関連する前記第1の支持層又は前記第2の支持層(12、16)に一体的に結合されている単層フィルム(14,18)とされ、
及び/又は
前記第1のバリア層及び前記第2のバリア層(46,48)のうち少なくとも1つのバリア層が、射出成形プロセスにおいて関連する前記第1の支持層又は前記第2の支持層(12、16)に一体的に結合されている複層フィルム(46,48)とされることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の液体容器。 - 前記第1のハーフシェル及び前記第2のハーフシェル(4,6)が共に、接続領域(24)において一体的に結合されており、前記第1の支持層(12)が、前記接続領域(24)において前記第2のバリア層(18,48)及び/又は前記第2の支持層に一体的に結合されており、
前記第1のバリア層(14,46)と前記第2のバリア層(18,48)とが、前記接続領域(24)において互いから離隔しており、且つ前記第1の支持層(12)に両側で接しており、前記第1の支持層(12)が、前記接続領域(24)において前記格納容積(8)と前記液体容器の周囲(U)との間に浸透経路(26)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の液体容器。 - 前記浸透経路(26)の長さ(l)が、断面で見ると、前記浸透経路(26)の幅(b)の2倍以上の長さとされ、
前記浸透経路の前記幅(b)が、前記接続領域(24)における前記第1のバリア層と前記第2のバリア層(14,18,46,48)との距離に相当することを特徴とする
請求項7に記載の液体容器。 - 前記浸透経路の長さが、断面で見ると、前記第1のハーフシェル(4)及び前記第2のハーフシェル(6)の壁厚より長いことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の液体容器。
- 前記第1のバリア層(14,46)と前記第2のバリア層(18,48)とが共に、一体的に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の液体容器。
- 前記第1のバリア層(14,46)が、前記格納容積(8)の反対側に面している前記第1の支持層(12)の前記側面(20)を略完全に覆っており、
及び/又は、
前記第2のバリア層(18,48)は、前記格納容積(8)に面している前記第2の支持層(16)の前記側面(22)を略完全に覆っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の液体容器。 - 前記第1のハーフシェル及び前記第2のハーフシェル(4,6)のうち少なくとも一方のハーフシェルが、ウェブ(50)を有しており、前記ウェブ(50)が、相補的な形状を少なくとも部分的に有している他方のハーフシェル(4,6)のレセプタクル(56)に嵌合した状態で着座しており、
前記第1のハーフシェル及び前記第2のハーフシェル(4,6)の一体的結合が、前記ウェブ(50)に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の液体容器。 - 前記ウェブ(50)を有している前記第1のハーフシェル(4)の前記第1のバリア層(14,46)が、端部で前記ウェブ(50)の周囲に折り返されているか、又は前記ウェブ(50)を囲んでおり、前記第1のバリア層が、前記ウェブ(50)の端面側(62)を特に少なくとも部分的に覆っていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液体容器。
- 前記ウェブ(50)が、少なくとも部分的にレーザ透過性プラスチック材料から成り、前記一体的結合が、レーザ透過溶接によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の液体容器。
- 液体容器を製造するための方法において、
第1のハーフシェル(4)を射出成形するステップであって、前記第1のハーフシェル(4)が、第1の支持層(12)及び第1のバリア層(14,46)を有している、前記ステップと、
第2のハーフシェル(6)を射出成形するステップであって、前記第2のハーフシェル(6)が、第2の支持層(16)及び第2のバリア層(18,48)を有している、前記ステップと、
前記第1のハーフシェル及び前記第2のハーフシェル(4,6)が液体(10)を収容するための格納容積(8)の境界を形成するように、前記第1のハーフシェル及び前記第2のハーフシェル(4,6)を結合するステップであって、前記第1のバリア層(14,46)は、前記格納容積(8)の反対側に面している前記第1の支持層(12)の側面(20)に配置され、前記第2のバリア層(18,48)が、前記格納容積(8)に面している前記第2の支持層(16)の側面に配置される、前記ステップと、
を有していることを特徴とする方法。
