Claims (10)
- 機械要素(2)と、オイルポンプ(4)と、前記機械要素(2)と前記オイルポンプ(4)を駆動するモータ(3)と、を備える機械であって、
前記オイルポンプ(4)は、ロータ(12)を有する軸(13)を備え、
前記オイルポンプ(4)は、前記機械の1又は2以上の軸受又は他の構成要素を潤滑及び/又は冷却するために、オイルリザーバ(5)から入口導管(8)を通ってオイルを、前記モータ(3)及び/又は前記機械要素(2)に通じるノズルにポンプ送給するようになっており、
前記入口導管(8)内には、前記オイルポンプ(4)の近くで、ダム(16)が設けられており、前記ダム(16)は、前記オイルポンプ(4)の軸(13)の中心軸(18)の高さ(A)から、2で除算した前記オイルポンプ(4)の前記ロータ(12)の最小径(B)を差し引いたものよりも高いことを特徴とする機械。 - 前記ダム(16)の高さ(D)は、前記オイルポンプ(4)の前記軸(13)の前記中心軸(18)の高さ(A)から、2で除算した前記オイルポンプ(4)の前記軸の直径(E)を差し引いたものより小さい、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記ダム(16)は、前記オイルポンプ(4)の中、及び前記オイルポンプ(4)と前記ダム(16)との間の入口導管(8)の中に見出し得るオイル量は、前記オイルポンプ(4)の1回排出量の最小でも2倍であるようなものである、請求項1又は2に記載の機械。
- 前記機械(1)は、前記オイルポンプ(4)と前記ダム(16)との間にオイルが存在するか否かを検知できるセンサを備える、請求項1から3の1又は2以上に記載の機械。
- 前記機械(1)は、前記オイルリザーバ(5)と、前記オイルポンプ(4)と前記ダム(16)との間の前記キャビティ(17)との間の接続部を備え、前記接続部は、前記オイルリザーバ(5)から、前記オイルポンプ(4)と前記ダム(16)との間のキャビティ(17)に向かってオイルを移送する、請求項1から4の1又は2以上に記載の機械。
- 前記機械(1)は、圧縮機装置、真空ポンプ装置、又は膨張装置である、請求項1から5の1又は2以上に記載の機械。
- 請求項1から6の1又は2以上に記載の機械(1)を始動する方法であって、前記方法は、
−前記オイルポンプ(4)の下流で前記オイルポンプ(4)よりも高いオイル回路(6)にオイルを注入するステップと、
−その後、前記モータ(3)を始動するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1から6の1又は2以上に記載の機械(1)を始動する方法であって、前記方法は、
−前記オイルポンプ(4)の前記内部キャビティ内にオイルよりも揮発性の低い潤滑剤を注入するステップと、
−その後、前記モータ(3)を始動するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項4に記載の機械(1)を始動する方法であって、前記モータ(3)は、前記オイルポンプ(4)と前記ダム(16)との間の前記入口導管(8)の中にオイルが検出された後に始動される、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の機械(1)を始動する方法であって、前記方法は、
−前記オイルリザーバ(5)から、前記オイルポンプ(4)と前記ダム(16)との間の前記キャビティ(17)にオイルを移送するステップと、
−その後、前記モータ(3)を始動するステップと、
を含む、方法。
