Abstract
Description
1つの態様では、本発明は、式(I):

本発明の混合物が、いくつかの植物の優れた防除を提供し、プロトポルフィリノーゲンオキシダーゼ阻害剤の能力を向上させることは予想外であった。後記の表2に示すように、C16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系は、他の高コストまたは「プレミアム」アジュバント系よりも優れた効力を提供したので(たとえば、処理2を処理3と比較)、この発見は予想外であった。さらに、C16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系は、すべてではないがいくつかの除草剤と組み合わせた場合に改善された有効性を提供した。たとえば、C16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系は、ラクトフェンまたはフルミオキサジンの効力を改善しなかったが、式(I)のプロトポルフィリノーゲンオキシダーゼ阻害剤化合物であるエチル [3-[2-クロロ-4-フルオロ-5-(1-メチル-6-トリフルオロメチル-2,4-ジオキソ-1,2,3,4-テトラヒドロピリミジン-3-イル)フェノキシ]-2-ピリジルオキシ]アセテートの効力を予想外に改善した(処理5および11を処理3と比較)。

Claims (18)
- 式(I):
[式中、Rは、ヒドロキシ、メトキシおよびエトキシからなる群から選択され、Xは、CHおよび窒素からなる群から選択され、およびZは、フッ素、塩素および臭素からなる群から選択される]
で示されるプロトポルフィリノーゲンオキシダーゼ阻害剤化合物、またはその塩、およびC16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系[ここで、C16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系は、約60〜約99 % w/wのC16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステル混合物、約0.1〜約5 % w/wのドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、約0.5〜約4 % w/wの少なくとも1つのドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩溶媒、約0.1〜約10 % w/wの少なくとも1つのポリオキシエチレン植物油、および約0.1〜約10 % w/wの少なくとも1つのポリオキシエチレンソルビタンエステルを含む]
を含む、農業用混合物。 - 式(I)のプロトポルフィリノーゲンオキシダーゼ阻害剤化合物:C16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系の重量比が、約1:1〜約1:10,000である、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- C16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系が、約0.5〜約10 % w/wのドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩を含む、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩が、カルシウムである、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- C16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系が、約1〜約5 % w/wの少なくとも1つのポリオキシエチレン植物油を含む、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- ポリオキシエチレン植物油が、ヒマシ油である、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- アジュバント系が、 約1〜約5 % w/wの少なくとも1つのポリオキシエチレンソルビタンエステルを含む、請求項1に記載の混合物。
- ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンエステルが、ソルビタンモノタレートである、請求項1に記載の混合物。

雑草防除を必要とする領域に、式(I)のプロトポルフィリノーゲンオキシダーゼ阻害剤化合物およびC16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系[ここで、C16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステルアジュバント系は、約60〜約99 % w/wのC16〜C18脂肪酸メチルエステル混合物、約0.1〜約5 % w/wのドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、約0.5〜約4 % w/wのドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩溶媒、約0.1〜約10 % w/wの少なくとも1つのポリオキシエチレン植物油、および約0.1〜約10 % w/wの少なくとも1つのポリオキシエチレンソルビタンエステルを含む]
を適用することによる、方法。 - 式(I)のプロトポルフィリノーゲンオキシダーゼ阻害剤化合物が、約1〜約100グラム/ヘクタールの割合で適用される、請求項11に記載の方法。
