Claims (10)
- バリア層を有する多層複合体からなる2つのシート材料を結合するシール継目を形成する方法であって、
2つのシート材料は第1の工具と第2の工具の2つのシール面の間に配置され、互いに結合する2つのシート材料の部分は互いに重なり合い、2つのシール面の間で2つの工具が互いに近づくように移動し、前記シール継目を形成するために2つのシール面は互いに対して押圧され、
第1の工具は超音波ソノトロードであり、該超音波ソノトロードは2つのシール面が互いに対して押圧される間に超音波振動によって励振され、前記シール継目は2つの並べて配置された継目と主要継目と副次的継目とにより形成され、
前記シール面は、主要加工部分内において、2つのシール面の間の最大の間隔が第1の副次的加工部分における2つのシール面の間の最大間隔よりも小さくなるように選択され、
前記主要加工部分と前記第1の副次的加工部分とが並べて配置され、前記主要継目を形成する場合には2つのシール面が主要溶接圧力を2つのシート材料へ及ぼし、前記副次的継目を形成する場合には2つのシール面が副次的溶接圧力を2つのシート材料に及ぼし、
前記副次的溶接圧力は前記主要溶接圧力よりも少なくとも部分的に小さく、
溶接プロセスの間に2つのシート材料の位置は変わらず、副次的加工部分内で2つのシール面の少なくとも1つは構造部材を有している、方法。 - 前記シール継目は、前記主要加工部分の隣において、第2の副次的加工部分が前記第1の副次的加工部分に対向して形成されるように選択され、前記第2の副次的加工部分における2つのシール面の間の最大間隔が主要加工部分における2つのシール面の間の最大間隔よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造部材が角錐台の形状を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法を実施するための、加工すべき材料と接触するために設けられたシール面を有する溶接工具の使用であって、シール面が幅bを有している溶接工具の使用において、
前記シール面が、長手方向に延びる主要部分と長手方向に延びる第1の副次的部分とを有し、主要部分と第1の副次的部分が互いに隣接し、該第1の副次的部分が少なくとも部分的に主要部分に対して、シール面上の法線ベクトルの方向とは逆に間隔a>0mmだけ後退している、ことを特徴とする溶接工具の使用。 - 前記シール面が第2の副次的部分を有し、主要部分と第2の副次的部分が互いに隣接し、第1の副次的部分と第2の副次的部分が主要部分の対向する側に位置決めされ、第2の副次的部分が少なくとも部分的に主要部分に対して、シール面上の法線ベクトルの方向とは逆に間隔a>0mmだけ後退している、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の溶接工具の使用。
- 前記第1の副次的部分の全体が主要部分に対して、シール面上の法線ベクトルの方向とは逆に、間隔a>0mmだけ後退している、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の溶接工具の使用。
- 間隔a>0.002mm、好ましくは間隔a>0.004mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項4〜6の何れか一項に記載の溶接工具の使用。
- 間隔aが0.5mmより小さく、好ましくは間隔a<0.05mm、かつ特に好ましくは間隔a<0.01mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項4〜7の何れか一項に記載の溶接工具の使用。
- 前記溶接工具が、超音波ソノトロード、又は超音波ソノトロード用の対向工具である、ことを特徴とする請求項4〜8の何れか一項に記載の溶接工具の使用。
- 前記第1の副次的部分が構造部材を有し、好ましくは該構造部材が角錐台の形状を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項4〜9の何れか一項に記載の溶接工具の使用。
