Abstract
Description
a)好ましくは、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリウレタン分散液、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリ尿素、メラミン樹脂、アミノプラスト、ポリエステル樹脂、アルキド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂及びこれらの混合物からなる群、さらに好ましくは、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリウレタン分散液、フェノール樹脂、ポリ尿素、メラミン樹脂、アミノプラスト、ポリエステル樹脂、アルキド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのバインダ、
b)任意選択で、好ましくはアクリル樹脂、メタクリル樹脂、ビニルエステル樹脂及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、さらに好ましくは遊離のエチレン性不飽和基を有さないコバインダ、
c)任意選択で、少なくとも1つの前記架橋剤、
d)任意選択で、少なくとも1つの前記好ましくは無機の充填剤、
e)任意選択で、少なくとも1つの前記好ましくは有機の添加剤、及び
f)任意選択で、少なくとも1つの溶剤、好ましくは水及び/又は少なくとも1つの有機溶剤。
20重量%〜90重量%の少なくとも1つの前記バインダと、
5重量%〜25重量%の少なくとも1つの前記コバインダと、
0重量%〜10重量%の少なくとも1つの前記架橋剤と、
0重量%〜10重量%の少なくとも1つの前記充填剤と、
0重量%〜10重量%の少なくとも1つの前記添加剤と、
10重量%〜50重量%の少なくとも1つの溶剤と、からなるか又はこれらを含む。
20重量%〜90重量%の少なくとも1つのバインダ、例えばポリウレタン、
5重量%〜25重量%の少なくとも1つのコバインダ、例えばアクリレートコポリマー、
1重量%〜10重量%の少なくとも1つの前記架橋剤、
0重量%〜10重量%の少なくとも1つの充填剤、例えばエアロジル、
0重量%〜10重量%の少なくとも1つの前記添加剤、
10重量%〜50重量%の少なくとも1つの溶剤、例えば水。

Claims (19)
- キャリアプライ(10,10’)と、
前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)に配置され、少なくとも1つの装飾エレメントを含む転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)と、
を有する転写フィルム(1)であって、
前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)に隣接した前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)は、少なくとも1つの上部層(15)を有し、当該上部層は、少なくとも所定の領域において未だ完全に硬化しておらず、
前記少なくとも1つの装飾エレメントは、前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)の反対側となる前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)の側に配置され、
前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)は、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン又はこれらの組み合わせ、特にPETからなる少なくとも1つのキャリア層(11)である、ことを特徴とする転写フィルム(1)。 - 少なくとも所定の領域において未だ完全に硬化していない前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)は、0.5μm〜15μmの層厚を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転写フィルム(1)。
- 少なくとも所定の領域において未だ完全に硬化していない前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)は、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリウレタン分散液、アクリル樹脂、メタクリル樹脂、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリ尿素、メラミン樹脂、アミノプラスト、ポリエステル樹脂、アルキド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ビニルエステル樹脂及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのバインダを含むか又は当該少なくとも1つのバインダからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の転写フィルム(1)。
- 少なくとも所定の領域において未だ完全に硬化していない前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)と、前記少なくとも1つの装飾エレメントとの間に第1の接着促進層(17)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の転写フィルム(1)。
- 前記第1の接着促進層(17)は、少なくとも1つのアクリル樹脂からなるか又は少なくとも1つのアクリル樹脂を含み、好ましくは0.1μm〜10μmの層厚を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の転写フィルム(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの装飾エレメントは、各々の場合において、互いに独立して、UVクロスリンクワニス又は熱可塑性可変層を含み、かつ各場合において互いに独立して、顔料化されていないか、無着色であるか、着色されているか又は染色された少なくとも1つの装飾層(14)に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の転写フィルム(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの装飾エレメントを含む少なくとも1つの装飾層(14)は、特に一つ又は複数の染料及び/又は顔料を含む透明及び/又は着色されたワニス層、成形された光学活性表面構造を有する複製層、反射層、特に不透明な反射層、透明な反射層、金属反射層又は誘電反射層、光学可変層、光学活性層、干渉多層系、体積ホログラム層、液晶層、特にコレステリック液晶層、導電層、アンテナ層、電極層、磁気層、磁気記憶層、バリア層及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の転写フィルム(1)。
- 前記転写フィルム(1)は、0.1nm〜50nmの層厚を有する少なくとも1つの剥離層(12)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの剥離層(12)は、前記キャリア層(11)と前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)との間に配置され、好ましくは少なくとも1つのワックスを有するか又は少なくとも1つのワックスからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の転写フィルム(1)。 - 前記転写フィルム(1)は、0.5μm〜10μmの層厚を有する少なくとも1つのワニス層(16)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つのワニス層(16)は、前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)の反対側に面する前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)の面に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の転写フィルム(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つのワニス層(16)は、物理的硬化型の接着剤、化学的硬化型の接着剤、粘着剤又はこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの接着剤を含むか又は当該接着剤からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の転写フィルム(1)。
- 前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)は、2cN〜50cN、好ましくは5cN〜35cNの接着性を有して前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の転写フィルム(1)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の転写フィルム(1)を用いたフィルムコーティングされた物品(2)の製造方法であって、
前記転写フィルム(1)は、キャリアプライ(10,10’)と、前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)に配置され、少なくとも1つの装飾エレメント(4)を含む転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)と、を含み、
前記方法は、
a)前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)の反対側に面する前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)の少なくとも1つの面に基材(S)を接合するステップと、
b)前記基材(S)に接合された前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)から前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)を取り除くステップと、
c)前記基材(S)の反対側に面する前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)の面に少なくとも1つの保護層(20)を適用するステップと、
を含み、
前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)に隣接する前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)は、少なくとも所定の領域において未だ完全に硬化していない少なくとも1つの上部層(15)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの装飾エレメントは、前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)の反対側となる、前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)の前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)の側に配置され、
前記c)における、前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)の前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)に前記少なくとも1つの保護層(20)を適用するステップは、少なくとも1つの溶剤を含む、ポリウレタン含有組成物による前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)の少なくとも部分的なフラッディング及び/又はダウシング及びその後の、好ましくは25℃〜180℃の温度での硬化によって行われる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの溶剤を含む、ポリウレタン含有組成物は、ポリウレタン含有分散液、ポリウレタン含有樹脂、ポリウレタン溶液、ポリウレタン前駆体を含む組成物(2C PUR系)及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記c)における前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)に前記少なくとも1つの保護層(20)を適用するステップは、オープンフラッディング、鋳造金型におけるフラッディング又は2C金型におけるフラッディングにより行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記c)における前記少なくとも1つの保護層(20)の適用前及び/又は適用中及び/又は適用後、前記少なくとも1つの保護層(20)は、ステップb)の後、好ましくは前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)内/上に粒子を配置することにより、及び/又はステップc)における適用中に金型構造の使用により、及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの保護層(20)のレーザー加工、オーバープリント及び/又は少なくともオーバスタンプにより変更され、かつ/又は構造化される、ことを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記a)における、前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)の反対側に面する前記転写フィルム(1)の前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)の少なくとも1つの面に基材(S)を接合するステップは、紙、プラスチック、木、複合材料、ガラス、金属及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される基材(S)の少なくとも1つの面に対する接着、ホットスタンピング、ラミネーション又はこれらの組み合わせによって行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記a)における前記キャリアプライ(10,10’)の反対側に面する前記転写フィルム(1)の前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)の少なくとも1つの面に基材(S)を接合するステップの間、反対側に面する前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)の面は、少なくとも1つのプラスチック射出成形組成物により少なくとも部分的に覆われ、
前記転写フィルム(1)は、少なくとも1つの射出成形金型に配置され、当該少なくとも1つの射出成形金型は、少なくとも1つのプラスチック射出成形組成物で充填され、
前記プラスチック射出成形組成物は、熱可塑性物質、熱硬化性プラスチック又はこれらの混合物を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 基材(S)と、少なくとも1つの装飾エレメントを含み、少なくとも部分的に前記基材(S)の少なくとも1つの面上に配置された少なくとも1つの転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)と、を有するフィルムコーティングされた物品(2)であって、
前記基材(S)の反対側となる前記転写プライ(13,13’,13’’)の側は、少なくとも1つの上部層(15)により形成され、当該上部層(15)には、ポリウレタンをベースとした少なくとも1つのプラスチックを含み、かつ0.2mm〜5mmの層厚を有する少なくとも1つの保護層(20)が配置され、
前記少なくとも1つの保護層(20)は、DIN EN ISO4624:2016−08に記載された方法により求めた、2.5MPa〜5MPa、好ましくは2.5MPa〜10MPaの接着性で前記少なくとも1つの上部層(15)に接着される、ことを特徴とするフィルムコーティングされた物品。 - 前記基材(S)は、紙、プラスチック、木、複合材料、ガラス、金属及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のフィルムコーティングされた物品。
