Abstract
Description
本願は、35 U.S.C§120に基づき米国出願第15/665,369号(米国特許第9,993,334号)の利益を主張し、また、35 U.S.C§120の下で2017年7月31日及び2017年9月28日に出願された米国特許出願第15/718,637号の利益も主張する。これらの出願のいずれも強化アンカリングを含むインプラント及び医療的安全機能と題されており、その全開示は参照として本明細書で援用する。米国特許出願第15/718,637号は一部継続出願であり、35 U.S.C§120に基づいて米国特許出願第15/665,369号の利益を主張する。
本発明は、毛髪交換の分野、さらに具体的には人工毛髪の移植及びインプラントに関連する。
何千年もの間、男女とも性別を問わず、特に頭皮や顔面の脱毛とそれが外見に与える身体的、美容的な影響について懸念し続け、時には嘲笑われ、時には自らの命を絶つこともあった(2−6)。脱毛の原因は、遺伝性障害、遺伝、病気・発熱・身体活動からのストレス、化学療法、髪を引っ張る行為、ヘアアイロンによるダメージ、整髪やカラーリングなどのための化学物質を用いた施術、老化、食生活の乱れ、白癬、甲状腺疾患、その他ここには書ききれないほど多くの皮膚/非皮膚疾患(1,7,52,90,91,114)の多数に及ぶ。医学的、非医学的治療を含む脱毛の治療は、ほとんどの場合、貧弱から中程度の結果をもたらしてきた(9−14,51,53,59,92,93)。

体内に人工毛を埋め込むことの目的は、副作用を最小限に抑えて自然な外観を実現することである。本発明による人工毛髪移植は、脱毛修復のための実行可能で安全な患者の選択肢を提供することによりこの目標を達成し、追加の頭皮の毛だけでなく、顔を含む体のあらゆる部分の毛を望む患者の期待に応え、それを超えることができる。手足、胴体、及び恥骨領域も同様に、以前及び現在の方法による有害な影響は見受けられない。
材料
前書き
医療グレードのシリコンゴム及び類似の材料は、埋め込み型医療機器の主要な部品として、数十年にわたって化粧品や医療用途に使用されている。これらの素材は、過去数十年で何百万人もの人々に顔、胸、その他の身体改善の目的に使用されてきた。このようなインプラントは、体内への恒久的な埋め込みに対して安全であることが証明されている。ただし、安全ではあるが、インプラントを将来的に交換する必要がある可能性があるという認識がなされている。インプラントの交換は、例えば、長期にわたる、変形した、又は破裂したシリコン乳房インプラント(又はその他の美容インプラント)の場合、重度の拘縮、痛み、心理的問題や、医療機器のコラーゲンカプセル化による攻撃的な異物反応が生じた場合に示される。(66−70,73−75)参照。
表皮レベルで皮膚から生えている髪の自然な外観を得るには、天然(又は合成)の毛繊維ストランドを使用し、通常の毛繊維を模倣するような方法で繊維を移植する必要がある。−表皮接合部の解剖学(孔食や異常な解剖学的異常なしの場合)。これを達成するために必要な材料は、天然/合成の自然な毛髪であり、簡単に説明すると、毛髪の先端を覆うシリコンゴムである。シリコンゴムでコーティングされた毛先部分は、直接接触するか、皮膚自体に埋め込まれる。頭皮、又は毛髪が生えている皮膚領域から自然に毛髪が生えているように見えるための鍵は、行われた切開のタイプ(インプラント技術セクションで説明)と、表皮レベルでのシリコンインプラントの形状(設計セクション)である。
アンカーは、天然の毛包の実際のサイズを模倣する非常に狭い設計であることが好ましく、これにより、インプラントの近接配置や近似が可能になり、単位面積あたりの毛の密度を高くすることが可能である。アンカーは、免疫系からの引っ張り力と酸化反応に耐えるために、かなりの材料強度と耐久性を備えていることが好ましい。
本発明のインプラントのアンカーの組成は、インプラントのアンカーにおいて主要な役割を果たす。ただし、設計セクションで説明するインプラントの形状や内部構造など、アンカーに関連する主要な要因が多数存在する。インプラントの材料により、異物反応の刺激が起こり、コラーゲン包囲物がインプラントの周囲に直接形成される。この密接な関連はコラーゲンとベース(=アンカー)の間に生化学的結合をもたらす。この結合により、共有結合及び/又は非共有結合であろうとなかろうと、固定力が提供される。この別の要因は、材料がインプラントの外部/内部のコラーゲン形成を促進することである。アンカーは、トンネル(ここでは、孔、溝、チャンネルを含むがこれらに限定されることのない宿主組織による、浸潤のために構成される様々な寸法の空隙として定義される)を含むので、異物反応及びその後のコラーゲン形成がアンカーに浸透し、インプラントを所定の位置に保持するための結紮として作用することができる。アンカーの材料は、これが起こるのを促進するための刺激剤又はコラーゲン成長促進剤であることが好ましい。
アンカー材料は、異物反応を引き起こすことにより、インプラントを免疫系の攻撃や酸化から保護する。異物反応の目的と最終的な反応は異物(ここではインプラント自体)の隔離であるため、異物反応により、体はコラーゲンでできた壁でインプラントを包み込み、免疫システムを「シャットダウン」することができるのである。さらに、より耐久性のある材料は、インプラント材料と体の間の相互作用による酸化に抵抗する。この酸化プロセスは、この反応を引き起こす特定の化学物質を放出する免疫系や局所細胞から生じる可能性がある。最後に、材料は、好ましくは、線形の破断(又は骨折)線を可能にし、断片化を排除する。材料は、好ましくは、小さな破片に破損するリスクを制限できるようにする。参考文献ではErb(116)、Laghi(117)、Keren(87)など、他の移植方法を教示しているが、断片化の潜在的な問題を認識せず、デバイスの断片保持と慢性炎症を引き起こす可能性があり、この非常に重要な問題の解決策を提案しているとは言えないだろう。
人間用の埋め込み型医療機器に使用される材料は研究され、安全であることが証明されており、その後50年以上使用されている。もちろん、安全であることは証明されているが、それにも制限がある。例えば、豊胸手術は平均して10年ほど持つ。永続的とは言えないが、それらを取り外してから交換することはできる。この考え方では、インプラントも10年以上続くことがあり、自然に抜け落ちたり、単純に引っ張って抜けたりする場合もあるが、インプラントも同様に交換できる。

本発明のインプラントに使用される設計は、安全な固定、細菌バリア、自然で適切な毛髪密度やパターン配置、ならびにインプラントの構造的完全性を提供するなど、特定の目的を最適化する特定のサイズ、形状、及び内部構造を含む酸化と破壊を防ぐことができる。
できるだけ自然に見えるようにインプラントを行うための重要な設計エレメントの1つは、表皮レベルで自然な髪がどのように皮膚から生えているかを詳しく調べることである。インプラントの設計におけるスタンダードやゴールは、既存の毛と同じ、もしくは類似した表皮真皮の解剖学的構造でインプラントが頭皮から生えることである。頭皮から生える自然な髪(その自然な解剖学的特徴の全てを含む)へ近づくことは、究極の目標である。
アンカーのデザインは、髪の密度とパターンにも影響を与え、従来のなめらかな狭く縮れた角度の近位の髪の束を持つアンカーの形状は、これらの目標を達成するのに役立つ。特定の領域で300〜2500ミクロン以下であることが好ましい、なめらか、又は狭い設計により、単位面積あたりのインプラントの配置が大きくなり、あらゆるヘアベアリング領域において自然に見られる毛髪の密度を達成することが可能だ。特定の実施形態では、アンカーは、10mm×10mm×10mmの立方体内に収まる大きさである。
外側、及び内側の形状を含む設計は、インプラントのアンカリング(固定)に関する最も重要な側面と言える。
図1を参照すると、インプラント20のアンカー22は、ブリッジ26により連結された2つの垂直構成エレメント(又はアンカー本体)24を備え、ブリッジの上に閉じたトンネル(又は空隙)42及びブリッジの下に開いたトンネル44を有する。本発明のこの実施形態では、2本の毛と2本の毛包を有する天然の毛包ユニットを模倣し、各毛28は、インプラントの近位端付近に遠位オリフィス32及び近位閉鎖部38を有する内部毛髪チャンバー30内に含まれる。毛髪28は、遠位オリフィス32を通ってインプラント20の遠位端34から出る。本発明の好ましい実施形態によれば、骨折線46の両側に少なくとも1本の毛28が存在する(以下により詳細に説明する)。インプラント20の破砕から生じる2つの断片のそれぞれに少なくとも1本の毛がある。
インプラントの安全性には、感染と炎症という2つの主要な懸念事項がある。

抗生物質と抗炎症薬の投与と受容者部位の抗菌製剤は、プロセスの非常に重要な最初のステップである。潜在的に数千のインプラントが行われ、それに対応する数千の針が皮膚に突き刺さることを考慮して、感染及び過炎症反応を防ぐための医学療法を開始することが賢明だと言えるだろう。感染、又は過炎症反応は、皮膚表面や表皮及び/又は皮膚の損傷を引き起こす可能性がある。この損傷は、孔食効果、又は受容者部位とそれに続くインプラントが配置された目に見えるくぼみにつながる可能性がある。このタイプの不完全さは、特にこのピッチングの外観を際立たせる特定の照明の下で、頭皮に注意を引き付ける。
適切な麻酔により、適切な深さの配置で、インプラントを適切に配置することができる。麻酔は、受容者部位やインプラントを受ける皮膚の領域に局所クリームリドカイン型麻酔薬を塗布することを伴ったものである。局所麻酔薬を30分間塗布した後、領域を洗浄し、注射可能な形の腫脹性リドカイン麻酔液をフィールドブロック方式で投与する。麻酔クリームは、領域を石鹸と水で洗浄した後、麻酔薬を除去し、滅菌アルコールで拭き取った後、リドカインの腫脹溶液を領域に注入し、ベタジン又は他のタイプの溶液を投与するなどして投与するものとする。
受容者の領域の非常に近い配置、適切な角度の受容者の領域、繊細なジュエラーピンセットの使用、及びインプラントを安定させるための接着剤のテクニックを使用するインプラント技術により、高密度のパッキングと適切なヘアパターンが可能になる。
受容者の領域の皮膚に針を突き刺すことによるという外科的な手順は、毛髪インプラントが生体組織に接近し、生体組織及び非常に重要な免疫系反応に近づくことを可能にする重要な方法である。このインプラントと皮膚組織の近似は、異物反応と全てのアンカー効果を発生させる(上記のアンカーセクションを参照)。
受容者の領域の皮膚に針を突き刺すことによるという外科的な手順は、毛髪インプラントが生体組織に接近し、生体組織及び非常に重要な免疫系反応に近づくことを可能にする重要な方法である。このインプラントと皮膚組織の近似により、異物反応が起こり、コラーゲン包囲物が形成される。コラーゲン包囲物が完全に形成された後、異物反応は、この厚いコラーゲン包囲物で「異物」を埋め込んで身体を保護するという目的を完了し、免疫系反応を終了する。このコラーゲンシェルは、二重の保護を提供し、インプラントをさらなる免疫系反応から保護し、身体を傷つけるインプラントから身体を保護する(異物反応は異物を危険とみなし、身体を保護するために異物を遮断する役割を持つ)。
麻酔、受容者部位の形成、インプラントの配置、インプラントの安定化、及び表皮切開部位の瞬間接着剤シールに滅菌器具を使用して、皮膚を適切に消毒洗浄すると、短期的に細菌の侵入が制限される。細菌バリアの形成、固定、及び折れ曲がりと破片の保持の問題の長期的な安全性の特徴は上記で議論されている。
本発明のインプラントのアンカーは、射出成形と3Dプリンティングを含む、さまざまな異なるプロセスによって形成することができる。アンカーは、適切なデュロメーター、分子量、架橋、及び強度などの特定の特性のために選択された材料を含むことが好ましい。これらの特性は、酸化と破壊に耐える適切な強度を提供するのに役立つだけでなく、ピンセット注入技術の圧力に容易に耐えることができることである。ピンセットを使用した配置のこの側面は、主に生きた毛包ユニットで作業する場合のインプラント手術で重要である。ピンセットで配置すると、生きている毛包を傷つけて潰してしまう可能性があるが、インプラントの場合はもちろんその可能性はない。

Claims (53)
- 下埋め込みに適したインプラントであって、次のものを備えるインプラント:
(a)以下を含むアンカー:
(i)アンカー本体;
(ii)アンカー本体とアンカー本体の外表面の特徴を貫通して配置されたトンネルからなるグループから選択された、少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造;及び
(b)アンカー本体の遠位端から突出する少なくとも1本の毛髪であって、少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造がアンカーをインプラント受容者に固定するためにインプラントの皮下移植後のコラーゲン結紮成長を支持するように構成されるもの。 - 前記少なくとも1本の毛髪ストランドが0.02〜0.2mmの直径を有する、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1本の毛髪ストランドが1cm〜50cmの長さを有する、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1本の毛髪ストランドが、人間の毛髪ストランド又は合成毛髪ストランドである、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1本の毛髪ストランドが、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル及びそれらのコポリマーからなる群から選択される、ポリマーフィラメントを含む合成毛髪である、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカーが0.1〜2.5mmの最大寸法を有する、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカー本体が、生体適合性ポリマー、シリコン、シリコンポリマー、金属又は金属合金を含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカーがシリコンからなる、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカーが蝶番付きリーフを含まない、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラントが金属成分を含まない、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1本の毛髪ストランドの保持部分が、前記アンカー本体の内部毛髪チャンバー内に保持される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記内部毛髪チャンバーは、前記少なくとも1つの毛ストランドの両端が前記アンカー本体の前記遠位端から突出するように、第1の遠位オリフィスから第2の遠位オリフィスに至る、請求項11に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1本の毛髪ストランドの近位端は、前記内部毛髪室内に配置されて包み込まれ、前記少なくとも1本の毛髪ストランドの遠位端は、前記アンカー本体の遠位端から突出する、請求項11に記載のインプラント。
- 一体構造である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が少なくとも1つのトンネルを含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのトンネルは、アンカー本体の遠位端又は近位端でアンカー本体を貫通して配置された開いたトンネルを含む、請求項15に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのトンネルは、前記アンカー本体を通って配置された閉じたトンネルを含む、請求項15又は16に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカー本体は、それを貫通して配置された少なくとも2つのトンネルを有する、請求項15、16又は17に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも2つのトンネルは、前記アンカー本体の対向する端部に配置された平行な開いたトンネルを含む、請求項18に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも2つのトンネルは、前記アンカー本体を通して配置された平行な閉じたトンネルを含む、請求項18又は19に記載のインプラント。
- 前記トンネルの少なくとも1つは、前記アンカー本体の遠位端又は近位端に配置された開いたトンネルであり、前記トンネルの少なくとも1つは、前記アンカー本体を通して配置された閉じたトンネルである、請求項18に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのトンネルは、前記少なくとも1つのトンネルと交差する前記アンカー本体を通る長手方向の骨折線を画定する、請求項15に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカーは、その遠位側面に起伏を有し、前記起伏は、細菌感染を抑制するのに有効である、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカーが、その近位端から遠位端に向かって減少する直径を有する、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカーが、その近位端から遠位端に向かって増大する直径を有する、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカーが、その近位端から遠位端まで実質的に一定の直径を有する、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカーは、前記インプラントの近位端から遠位端までほぼ等距離にある中央部凹部を有する、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカーがシリコンを含み、アンカーが皮下埋め込み用に構成されており、アンカーが皮下埋め込み後のインプラントの除去を容易にするために骨折線に沿ったアンカーの破壊を促進するように構成された骨折線を含み、アンカーが皮下移植後のコラーゲン成長の足場を提供するように構成され、インプラントが少なくとも2本の毛髪ストランドを含み、少なくとも2本の毛髪の少なくとも1本が骨折線の片側でアンカーに接合され、少なくとも2本の毛髪の少なくとも1本が骨折線の反対側でアンカーに接合され、インプラントを破砕することにより形成された断片が少なくとも2本の毛束のうちの少なくとも1本を含む、請求項1〜11及び13〜26のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカー本体が第1の内部毛髪チャンバー及び第2の内部毛髪チャンバーを備え、前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が間に配置される少なくとも1つのトンネルを備え、第1の内部毛髪チャンバー及び第2の内部毛髪チャンバー、少なくとも1つのトンネルには毛がなく、インプラントが複数の毛束を含み、第1の内部毛髪チャンバーが少なくとも第1の毛束の保持部分を包み、第2の内部毛髪チャンバーが毛束の少なくとも第2のものの保持された部分を包む、請求項1〜11、13及び15〜28のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が少なくとも1つのトンネルを備え、前記アンカーが少なくとも1つのブリッジによって接続された第1アンカー本体及び第2アンカー本体を備え、少なくとも1つのトンネルにまたがり、少なくとも1つのトンネルは毛がなく、第1のアンカー本体は第1の内部毛髪チャンバーを備え、第2のアンカー本体は第2の内部毛髪チャンバーを備え、インプラントは複数の毛髪ストランドを備え、第1内部毛髪チャンバーは、少なくとも第1毛束の保持部分を収容し、第2内部毛髪チャンバーは、少なくとも第2毛束の保持部分を収容する、請求項1〜11、13及び15〜28のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が少なくとも1つのトンネルを含み、少なくとも1つのトンネルには毛髪がなく、アンカー本体は、第1テーパー側面、第2テーパー側面、第1テーパー側面に平行にアンカー本体内に配置され、少なくとも1本の第1毛髪ストランドの保持部分を収容する第1内部毛髪チャンバー、第2内部毛髪チャンバーを含み、第2の先細側面に平行なアンカー本体内にあり、少なくとも1つの第2の毛髪ストランドの保持部分を包む、請求項1〜11、13及び15〜23のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が、少なくとも1つのトンネルを含み、少なくとも1つのトンネルには毛髪がなく、アンカー本体は、第1の垂直側面、第2の垂直側面、第1の垂直側面に平行にアンカー本体内に配置され、少なくとも1つの第1の毛髪ストランドの保持部分を収容する第1の内部毛髪チャンバー、配置された第2の内部毛髪チャンバーを含み、第2の垂直側部に平行なアンカー本体内にあり、少なくとも1つの第2の毛髪ストランドの保持部分を包む、請求項1〜11、13及び15〜23のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1本の毛髪ストランドの保持部分が、前記インプラントの中心長手方向軸に沿って配置された単一の内部毛髪室に保持され、1つのコラージュ受容構造がインプラントの遠位端に2つの平行な閉じたトンネルを含む、請求項1〜10及び13〜27のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1本の毛髪ストランドの保持部分が、前記インプラントの中心縦軸に沿って配置された単一の内部毛髪室に保持され、少なくとも1つのコラージュ受容構造がインプラントの遠位端に1つの閉じたトンネルを含む、請求項1〜10及び13〜27のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 少なくとも1つのブリッジが、断面が楕円形であり、3つの閉じたトンネルと2つの開いたトンネルにまたがる4つの平行なブリッジを含む、請求項30に記載のインプラント。中心長手方向軸に沿って前記アンカー本体を通って配置された5つの平行な閉じたトンネルを含む、請求項29に記載のインプラント。トンネルは、第1の内部毛髪チャンバーと第2の内部毛髪チャンバーに挟まれている。最上部の3つのトンネルのサイズはほぼ同じである。最下部の2つのトンネルは、最上部の3つのトンネルよりも大きくなっている。最も低いトンネルは最も大きいトンネルである。アンカーは、その近位端から遠位端に向かって減少する直径を有する。
- 前記アンカー本体が第1の内部毛髪チャンバー及び第2の内部毛髪チャンバーを備え、前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が前記アンカーの外面特徴を備え、インプラントの両側のそれぞれに3つの突起を含む本体、インプラントは複数の毛髪ストランドを含み、第1の内部毛髪チャンバーは、少なくとも第1の毛髪ストランドの保持部分と第2の内部毛髪チャンバーを収容する毛髪の少なくとも2つ目の保持部分を包み込む、請求項1〜11、13及び15〜28のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカー本体が、2つの毛髪エレメントアームと2つのアンカーアームとを含む十字形構成を有し、第1の毛髪エレメントアームが第1の内部毛髪チャンバーを含み、第2の毛髪エレメントアームは第2の内部毛髪チャンバーを備え、インプラントは複数の毛束を備え、第1の内部毛髪チャンバーは少なくとも第1の毛束の保持部分を包み込み、第2の内部毛髪チャンバーは少なくとも2つ目の毛髪部分の保持された毛束を包む、請求項1〜11、13、15〜22及び28のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカー本体が、1つの毛髪エレメントアームと2つのアンカーアームと、毛髪エレメント内の第1の内部毛髪チャンバーとを含む逆Y字型構成を有する、請求項1〜11、13、15〜22及び28のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。アーム、毛髪エレメントアームの第2の内部毛髪チャンバー、毛インプラントは複数の毛束を含み、第1の内部毛髪チャンバーは少なくとも第1の毛束の保持部分を包み込み、第2の内部毛髪チャンバーは毛髪の少なくとも2つ目の保持部分包み込む。
- 前記アンカー本体が第1の内部毛髪チャンバー及び第2の内部毛髪チャンバーを備え、前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が、以下の外面特徴を備え、アンカー本体は、アンカー本体の遠位端に向かって上向きに湾曲するアンカー本体の近位端に複数の突起を備え、インプラントは複数の毛髪を備え、第1の内部毛髪チャンバーは少なくとも毛束の第1のものと第2の内部毛髪チャンバーは、毛束の少なくとも2つ目の保持された部分を包む、請求項1〜11、13、15〜23及び28のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカー本体は、第1の内部毛髪チャンバー及び第2の内部毛髪チャンバーを備え、前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造は、以下の外部表面特徴を備え、アンカー本体は、アンカー本体の遠位端に向かって開いた凹部を備えたアンカー本体を取り囲む複数のカップ状突起を備え、インプラントは複数の毛髪ストランドを備え、第1の内部毛髪チャンバーは、少なくとも1つの保持部分を収容する。毛髪ストランドの第1のものと第2の内部毛髪室は、毛髪ストランドの少なくとも2つ目の保持された部分を包む、請求項1〜11、13、15〜23及び28のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカー本体は、第1の内部毛髪チャンバー及び第2の内部毛髪チャンバーを備え、前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造は、以下の外部表面特徴を備え、アンカー本体は、アンカー本体を螺旋状に取り囲む糸を備え、インプラントは複数の毛髪ストランドを備え、第1の内部毛髪室は少なくとも第1の毛髪ストランドの保持部分を収容し、第2の内部毛髪室は少なくとも2本目の毛髪部分の保持された毛髪束を収容する、請求項1〜11、13、15〜23及び28のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカー本体が直方体形状を有し、前記アンカー本体がそれぞれ少なくとも1本の毛髪の保持部分を含む少なくとも4つの内部毛髪室を含み、少なくとも1つのコラージュ受容構造体は、毛髪チャンバー間を縦方向に走る少なくとも1つのトンネルと、毛髪チャンバー間を横方向に走る少なくとも1つのトンネルとを含み、トンネルには毛髪がない、請求項1〜11、13及び14〜28のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アンカー本体が卵形の形状を有し、前記アンカー本体が2つ以上の内部毛髪チャンバーを備え、前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が少なくとも1つのトンネルを備え、アンカー本体の近位端に配置され、少なくとも1つのトンネルは毛髪を含まず、インプラントは、その保持部分が毛髪室に入れられた複数の毛髪ストランドを含む、請求項1〜11、13及び15〜28のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が、中心長手方向軸に沿って前記アンカー本体を通して平行に配置された少なくとも1つの閉じたトンネル及び少なくとも1つの開いたトンネルを備え、1〜5本の毛髪ストランドインプラントの遠位端に配置される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコラーゲン受容構造が、中心長手方向軸に沿って前記アンカー本体を通して平行に配置された少なくとも1つの閉じたトンネル及び少なくとも1つの開いたトンネルを含む、請求項14に記載の毛髪インプラント。毛髪ストランドは、毛髪インプラントの遠位端に配置される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記少なくとも1本の毛束が、補助毛髪エレメント及び毛芽のうちの少なくとも1つを含む分岐毛である、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 次の工程を含む育毛方法:
皮膚に切開部を形成し;
請求項1に記載のインプラントを切開部に挿入して、少なくとも2本の毛髪の各々の近位端に0.1〜2mmのシリコンコーティングが残るようにし:(a)皮膚の外側、(b)表皮の上、(c)皮膚の下、又は(d)表皮の下;及び切開部に接着剤を塗布すること。 - 切開が2〜8mmの深さまで行われる、請求項47に記載の育毛方法。
- 前記接着剤がシアノアクリレートである、請求項47又は48に記載の育毛方法。
- コラーゲンがアンカーのトンネルに浸潤して、インプラントを結合する結紮糸を形成する、請求項47、48又は49に記載の毛髪修復方法。
- 少なくとも2本の毛髪の各々の近位端上の0.1〜2mmのシリコンコーティングが皮膚の外側又は表皮上に残るように、インプラントを切開部に挿入する、請求項47、48、49又は50に記載の育毛方法。
- 少なくとも2本の毛髪の各々の近位端上の0.1〜2mmのシリコンコーティングが表皮の下、又は皮膚の下に残るようにインプラントが切開部に挿入される、請求項47、48、49又は50に記載の育毛方法。
- 請求項1に記載のインプラントを製造する方法であって、次の工程:
アンカーを形成するための少なくとも1つのキャビティを含む型を準備し;
少なくとも1つの空洞をシリコン液で満たし;
少なくとも2本の毛髪のそれぞれの近位端の2〜10mmをシリコンコーティングでコーティングし;
少なくとも2本の毛髪のそれぞれの近位端をシリコン液に浸し、0.1〜2mmのシリコンコーティングが空洞内のシリコン液の外側に残るような深さにし;
シリコン液を硬化させて固体製品を得;
型から固体製品を取り出し;
インプラントを提供するために固体製品を滅菌すること
を含む方法。
