Abstract
Description
送達ステーション8から、使用時にウェブ4が管3に形成される形成ステーション9までウェブ前進経路Pに沿ってウェブ4をその長手方向軸Mに沿って公知の手法で前進させるための搬送手段7と、
送達ステーション8の下流及び形成ステーション9の上流のストリップ付与ステーション12で経路Pに沿って、熱融着可能な材料、具体的には熱融着可能なプラスチック材料の密封ストリップ11を付与するためのストリップ付与装置10と、
長手方向軸Kに沿って延在し、具体的に垂直配向を有し、使用時に前進するウェブ4から管3を形成して長手方向に密封するように適合される、管形成デバイス13と、
注入可能な製品で管3を連続して充填するための充填手段と、
パッケージ2を形成するために使用時に前進する管3を少なくとも形成して横方向に密封するように適合され、具体的にはパッケージ2を形成するために使用時に前進する管3を横方向に切断するようにも適合される、パッケージ形成ユニット(示されておらず、そのように公知である)を含む。
長手方向縁部19上に密封ストリップ11の第1の長手方向部27を付与するように適合された付与デバイス26と、
ウェブ4に第1の長手方向部27、具体的には長手方向縁部19を密封するように適合されたストリップ密封デバイス28と、
具体的にはストリップ密封デバイス28の近位に提供される、尚より具体的には密封デバイス28に提供される、少なくとも1つの基準マーカ29と、
長手方向縁部19及び基準マーカ29から横方向に突起する密封ストリップ11の少なくとも第2の長手方向部31を撮像するように適合された撮像デバイス30と、
ウェブ4に対して密封ストリップ11の正確な整合又は不整合を少なくとも決定するように適合された制御デバイスを含む。
保存ステーション34に配置され、密封ストリップ11を保存するように適合されるマガジンユニット39と、
経路Rに沿って、具体的には長手方向軸Nに沿って密封ストリップ11を前進させるための前進群40を含む。
基準マーカと長手方向縁部19と反対側の長手方向部31の長手方向境界57との間の第1の横方向距離d1(図6参照)を決定するように、且つ
少なくとも横方向距離d1の関数として密封ストリップの正確な整合又は不整合を評価するように構成される。
基準マーカ29と長手方向縁部19との間の第2の横方向距離d2を決定するように、具体的には長手方向縁部19も含有する少なくとも1つの画像を分析し、
距離d1及び距離d2の関数としてウェブ4に対する密封ストリップ11の正確な整合又は不整合を評価するようにも構成される。
経路Pに沿ってウェブ4を前進させるための搬送段階と、
その間に密封ストリップ11具体的には長手方向部27が、ウェブ4の上具体的には長手方向縁部19の上に付与されるストリップ付与マクロ段階と、
その間にウェブ4が管3に形成され、管3が具体的には継ぎ目部5に沿って長手方向に密封される管形成及び密封段階と、
その間に管3が管前進経路Qに沿って前進される管前進段階と、
その間に注入可能な製品が管3の中に連続して充填される充填段階と、
その間にパッケージ2が管3から、具体的には管3を形状すること(それぞれの(下)部)及び管3を横方向に密封して切断することによって形成されるパッケージ形成段階を含む。
経路Pに沿ってウェブ4を前進させるための搬送段階と、
その間に長手方向部27が長手方向縁部19上に付与される付与段階と、
その間に長手方向部27が長手方向縁部19上に密封される密封段階と、
その間にウェブ4に対する密封ストリップ11の少なくとも正確な整合又は不整合が検出及び/又は決定される制御段階を含む。
その間に密封ストリップ11が経路Rに沿って前進される前進副段階と、
その間に密封ストリップ11が前進するウェブ4の長手方向縁部19上に置かれる配置副段階を含む。
その間に少なくとも長手方向部31及び少なくとも基準マーカ29の少なくとも1つの画像が取得される撮像副段階と、
その間に取得された画像が、少なくとも横方向距離d1を決定するために分析される決定副段階と、
その間に正確な整合又は不整合が、少なくとも横方向距離d1の関数として評価される分析副段階とを含む。
Claims (15)
- ストリップ付与装置(10)内でパッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の上に熱融着材料の密封ストリップ(11)を付与する方法であって、
その間に前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)がウェブ前進経路(P)に沿って前進される搬送段階と、
その間に前記密封ストリップ(11)の第1の長手方向部(27)が、使用時に前記ウェブ前進経路(P)に沿って前進する前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の長手方向縁部(19)の上に付与される付与段階と、
その間に前記密封ストリップ(11)の前記第1の長手方向部(27)が前記長手方向縁部(19)の上に密封される密封段階と、
その間に前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)に対する前記密封ストリップ(11)の少なくとも正確な整合又は不整合が、検出及び/又は決定される制御段階を含み、
前記制御段階は、少なくとも以下の副段階、すなわち
その間に前記長手方向縁部(19)から横方向に突出する前記密封ストリップ(11)の少なくとも第2の長手方向部(31)、及び前記ストリップ付与装置(10)の少なくとも1つの基準マーカ(29)の画像が取得される撮像副段階と、
その間に前記取得された画像が、前記基準マーカ(29)と前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の前記長手方向縁部(19)の反対側の前記第2の長手方向部(31)の長手方向境界(57)との間の少なくとも第1の横方向距離(d1)を決定するために分析される決定副段階と、
その間に前記正確な整合又は前記不整合が、前記決定副段階の間に決定された少なくとも前記第1の横方向距離(d1)の関数として評価される分析副段階とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記制御段階の間に、前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)に対する前記密封ストリップ(11)の不整合が検出及び/又は決定される場合に前記付与段階の間に、
前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)に対する前記密封ストリップ(11)の前記相対的整合が、前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)に対する前記密封ストリップ(11)の正確な整合を獲得するように改められる前記訂正段階の間に、実行される訂正段階を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記付与段階は、少なくとも以下の副段階、すなわち
その間に前記密封ストリップ(11)がストリップ前進経路(R)に沿って前進される前進副段階と、
その間に密封ストリップ(11)の前記第1の長手方向部(27)が前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の前記長手方向縁部(19)上に置かれる配置副段階を含み、
前記訂正段階の間に、前記ストリップ前進経路(R)及び/又は前記ウェブ前進経路(P)は、前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)に対する前記密封ストリップ(11)の前記相対的整合を変更するように変わる、請求項2に記載の方法。 - その間に前記密封ストリップ(11)が不整合である前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の帯域が印を付けられ、具体的にはデジタル処理で印を付けられ、及び/又は前記密封ストリップ(11)が正確な整合を有する前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の帯域が印を付けられ、具体的にはデジタル処理で印を付けられる、マーキング段階を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分析副段階の間に、前記決定副段階の間に決定された前記第1の横方向距離(d1)は、所定の距離範囲と比較され、
正確な整合は、前記決定された第1の横方向距離(d1)が前記所定の距離範囲内にある場合に決定され、
不整合は、前記決定された横方向距離(d1)が前記所定の距離範囲外にある場合に決定される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ストリップ付与装置(10)は、前記密封段階の間に前記密封ストリップ(11)の前記第1の長手方向部(27)を前記長手方向縁部(19)上に密封するための密封頭部(44)を有する密封デバイス(28)を含み、
前記密封頭部(44)は前記基準マーカ(29)を備え、
前記撮像副段階の間に、前記少なくとも1つの画像は、前記画像が前記基準マーカ(29)を備える前記密封頭部(44)の少なくとも一部(45)も示すように取得される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記撮像副段階の間に、前記少なくとも1つの画像は、前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の前記長手方向縁部(19)も含有するために取得され、
前記決定副段階の間に、前記長手方向縁部(19)と前記基準マーカ(29)との間の第2の横方向距離(d2)も決定され、
前記分析副段階の間に、前記密封ストリップ(11)の少なくとも前記正確な整合又は前記不整合は、前記第1の横方向距離(d1)及び前記第2の横方向距離(d2)の関数として評価される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記分析副段階の間に、前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)及び前記基準マーカ(29)の互いの正確な整合又は不整合は、前記第2の横方向距離(d2)の関数として評価される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)が前記基準マーカ(29)に対して不整合である場合に実行され、その間に前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)及び前記基準マーカ(29)の前記相対的整合が、前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)及び前記基準マーカ(29)の前記相対的整合が獲得されるような手法で変わる、調節段階を更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)上に密封ストリップ(11)を付与するためのストリップ付与装置(10)であって、
ウェブ前進経路(P)に沿ってパッケージ材料のウェブ(4)を前進させるための搬送手段(7)と、
使用時に前記ウェブ前進経路(P)に沿って前進する前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の長手方向縁部(19)上に熱融着材料の前記密封ストリップ(11)の第1の長手方向部(27)を付与するように適合された付与デバイス(26)と、
前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の前記長手方向縁部(19)上に前記密封ストリップ(11)の前記第1の長手方向部(27)を密封するように適合されたストリップ付与密封デバイス(28)と、
前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の前記長手方向縁部(19)から横方向に突出する前記密封ストリップ(11)の少なくとも第2の長手方向部(31)を撮像するように適合された撮像デバイス(30)と、
前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)に対する前記密封ストリップ(11)の正確な整合又は不整合を決定するように適合された制御デバイスを含み、
前記ストリップ付与装置(10)は、少なくとも1つの基準マーカ(29)を更に含むことを特徴とし、
前記撮像デバイス(30)は、前記密封ストリップ(11)の少なくとも前記第2の長手方向部(31)及び前記基準マーカ(29)の少なくとも1つの画像を取得するように構成され、
前記制御デバイスは、
前記基準マーカ(29)と前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の前記長手方向縁部(19)と反対側の前記第2の長手方向部(31)の長手方向境界(57)との間の第1の横方向距離(d1)を決定するため、及び
少なくとも前記第1の横方向距離(d1)の関数として前記密封ストリップ(11)の正確な整合又は不整合を評価するために、前記少なくとも1つの画像を分析するように構成される、ストリップ付与装置(10)。 - 前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)に対する前記密封ストリップ(11)の前記相対的整合が変わるように適合された整合デバイス(33)を更に含む、請求項10に記載のストリップ付与装置。
- 前記撮像デバイス(30)は、前記少なくとも1つの画像が前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の少なくとも前記長手方向縁部(19)も含有するようにも構成され、
前記制御ユニットは、前記基準マーカ(29)と前記長手方向縁部(19)との間の第2の横方向距離(d2)を決定するように、前記少なくとも1つの画像を分析するようにも構成され、
前記制御ユニットは、前記第1の横方向距離(d1)及び前記第2の横方向距離(d2)の関数として前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)に対する前記密封ストリップ(11)の前記正確な整合又は前記不整合を評価するようにも構成される、請求項10又は11に記載のストリップ付与装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記第2の横方向距離(d2)の関数として前記基準マーカ(29)に対する前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)の正確な整合又は不整合を決定するようにも構成され、
前記付与装置は、前記パッケージ材料のウェブ(4)と前記基準マーカ(29)との間の前記相対的整合が変わるように適合された位置決めデバイスを含む、請求項14に記載のストリップ付与装置。 - 前記ストリップ密封デバイス(28)は密封頭部(44)を含み、前記密封頭部(44)は前記基準マーカ(29)を備える、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載のストリップ付与装置。
- 注入可能な製品で充填された複数の密封されたパッケージ(2)を形成するためのパッケージ機(1)であって、
請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の付与装置(10)と、
前記密封ストリップ(11)が使用時に管(3)の内部空間内に配置されるように、前記使用時にパッケージ材料の前進するウェブ(4)から、前記管(3)を少なくとも形成して長手方向に密封するように適合される管形成デバイス(13)と、
前記管形成デバイス(13)によって形成された前記管(3)を注入可能な製品で連続して充填するための充填手段(25)と、
前記管形成デバイス(13)によって形成され、前記充填手段(25)によって充填された前記使用時に前進する管から、前記パッケージ(3)を形成して密封するように適合されたパッケージ形成ユニットを含む、パッケージ機(1)。
