Abstract
Description
上記の特徴および例、ならびにそれらの組合せの各々は、本発明によって包含されていると述べることができる。したがって、本発明は、特に以下の態様に限定されることなく、以下の態様に導き出される。
(b)100m2/gより大きなBET表面積を有する少なくとも1種の導電性炭素材料
を含むスラリー組成物。
2.導電性炭素材料が、150m2/g〜600m2/g、または100.1m2/g〜400m2/g、または200m2/g〜400m2/gなどの100.1m2/g〜1,000m2/gのBET表面積を有する、態様1のスラリー組成物。
3.導電性炭素材料が、約200m2/gのBET表面積を有する、態様1のスラリー組成物。
4.導電性炭素材料がカーボンブラックである、態様1〜3のいずれか1つのスラリー組成物。

Claims (43)
- (a)液体媒体中に分散しているフルオロポリマーを含むポリマーを含む結合剤、および
(b)100m2/gより大きなBET表面積を有する少なくとも1種の導電性炭素材料
を含むスラリー組成物。 - 前記導電性炭素材料が、100.1m2/g〜1,000m2/gのBET表面積を有する、請求項1に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記導電性炭素材料が、200m2/gのBET表面積を有する、請求項1に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 電気化学的活性物質をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のスラリー組成物。
- (a)前記結合剤が、2〜20重量パーセントの量で存在し、
(b)前記導電性炭素材料が、2〜20重量パーセントの量で存在し、
(c)前記電気化学的活性物質が、45〜96重量パーセントの量で存在し、
重量百分率が、総固形重量に対するものである、請求項4に記載のスラリー組成物。 - 前記電気化学的活性物質が、リチウムを組み込むことが可能な物質を含む、請求項4に記載のスラリー組成物。
- リチウムを組み込むことが可能な物質が、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiFePO4、LiCoPO4、LiMnO2、LiMn2O4、Li(NiMnCo)O2、Li(NiCoAl)O2、炭素コーティングされているLiFePO4、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項6に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記電気化学的活性物質が、リチウム変換が可能な物質を含む、請求項4に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記リチウム変換が可能な物質が、硫黄、LiO2、FeF2およびFeF3、Si、アルミニウム、スズ、SnCo、Fe3O4またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項8に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記電気化学的活性物質が、グラファイト、ケイ素化合物、スズ、スズ化合物、硫黄、硫黄化合物またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項4に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 55重量パーセントまたはそれより高い総固形物含有量、および25℃における50ミリメートルの円錐および温度制御板を使用する、モデル番号MCR301を有するAnton−Paarレオメータによって測定して、4,000cP以下の粘度を有する、請求項4に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、フッ化ビニリデンの残基を含む(コ)ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記フルオロポリマーがポリフッ化ビニリデンポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 分散剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記分散剤が付加ポリマーを含む、請求項14に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記付加ポリマーが活性水素基を含む、請求項14に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記活性水素基が少なくとも1つのカルボン酸基を含む、請求項16に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記活性水素基が少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基を含む、請求項16に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記付加ポリマーが、メタクリル酸メチルの残基を含む構成単位を含む(メタ)アクリルポリマーを含む、請求項14に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリルポリマーが、複素環式基を含むエチレン性不飽和モノマーの残基を含む構成単位をさらに含む、請求項19に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリルポリマーが、少なくとも1つのエポキシ官能基を含み、前記エポキシ官能基がベータ−ヒドロキシ官能酸と後反応している、請求項20に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 架橋剤をさらに含む、請求項14に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記液体媒体が有機媒体を含む、請求項1に記載のスラリー組成物。
- 前記有機媒体が、前記有機媒体中に分散している前記フルオロポリマーの溶解温度において、10g/分m2未満の蒸発速度を有する、請求項23に記載のスラリー組成物。
