Claims (8)
- 排気ガス過給機のための結合具であって、略々湾曲状の第1部材(2)と略々湾曲状の第2部材(3)とを備えており、前記第1部材(2)と前記第2部材(3)とは、第1端部領域(6)又は第2端部領域(7)において連結解除可能に互いに連結され、第3端部領域(17)又は第4端部領域(21)において可動に互いに連結されており、前記第1端部領域(6)と前記第3端部領域(17)との間を第1支持部(16)が延在し、前記第2端部領域(7)と前記第4端部領域(21)との間を第2支持部(19)が延在しており、前記第1及び第2支持部(16、19)は前記排気ガス過給機のハウジング部分を収容するために設けられている支持部である、前記結合具において、
応力を低減するために前記結合具(1)は前記部材(2;3)に形成された凹部(27)を備えている、ことを特徴とする結合具(1)。 - 前記凹部(27)は前記支持部(16;19)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の結合具。
- 前記凹部(27)は大きな引張応力及び圧縮応力が生じる箇所に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の結合具。
- 前記支持部(16;19)に3つの前記凹部(27)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の結合具。
- 前記凹部(27)は前記支持部(16;19)の帯状部(24)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の結合具。
- 前記凹部(27)はその最大幅寸法(Bmax)が前記帯状部(24)の幅寸法(B)以下であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の結合具。
- 前記凹部(27)は丸みの付いた形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項記載の結合具。
- 高温の排気がその中を貫流して流れる第1ハウジング部分と、第2ハウジング部分とを備え、前記第1ハウジング部分と前記第2ハウジング部分とが結合具(1)により互いに結合されている排気ガス過給機において、前記結合具は請求項1乃至7の何れか1項記載の結合具であることを特徴とする排気ガス過給機。
