Claims (9)
- 排気ガス過給機のための結合具であって、略々湾曲状の第1部材(10)と略々湾曲状の第2部材(11)とを備えており、前記第1部材(10)は径方向に延在する第1荷重印加アーム部(16)を第1端に備え、前記第2部材(11)は径方向に延在する第2荷重印加アーム部(17)を前記第1端に対向する第2端に備え、前記第1端とは反対側の端部である前記第1部材の第3端は、前記第2端とは反対側の端部である前記第2部材の第4端に対向しており、前記第3端と前記第4端とは可動とされており、前記第1荷重印加アーム部(16)には前記第3端とは反対側に第1ストッパ部(24)が設けられ、前記第2荷重印加アーム部(17)には前記第1ストッパ部(24)に対向する第2ストッパ部(29)が設けられ、前記第1荷重印加アーム部(16)と前記第2荷重印加アーム部(17)とは前記結合具(9)の第1連結要素(12)を介して連結可能であり、前記第3端と前記第4端とは第2連結要素(13)を介して可動に互いに連結されている、前記結合具において、
前記第1及び第2荷重印加アーム部(16、17)における応力を低減するために、前記第1荷重印加アーム部(16)と、当該第1荷重印加アーム部(16)から前記第3端まで延在する前記第1部材(10)の支持部(25)との間に存在する移行部(30)、並びに、前記第2荷重印加アーム部(17)と、当該第2荷重印加アーム部(17)から前記第4端まで延在する前記第2部材(11)の支持部(27)との間に存在する移行部(31)が、弾性変形可能に構成されており、前記第1部材(10)と前記第2部材(11)とは、前記第1荷重印加アーム部(16)とは反対側に位置する前記第1部材の第3端部(38)と、前記第2荷重印加アーム部(17)とは反対側に位置する前記第2部材の第4端部(39)とにおいて、前記第2連結要素(13)を介した前記可動な連結により連結されており、少なくとも前記第1部材(10)及び/又は前記第2部材(11)は少なくとも前記第2連結要素(13)の近傍領域において所定の横断面形状を有するように形成されており、少なくとも前記第2連結要素(13)に囲繞されている領域において前記第1部材(10)及び/又は前記第2部材(11)はU字形状又は台形状の横断面形状を有する、ことを特徴とする結合具。 - 前記荷重印加アーム部(16;17)から前記支持部(25;27)へ向けて前記移行部(30;31)の横断面が変化していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の結合具。
- 前記第1及び第2移行部(30、31)の近傍領域において内周部(32)に発生する引張応力の大きさと外周部(33)に発生する圧縮応力の大きさとが、前記第1及び第2ストッパ部(24、29)を互いに当接させるだけの前記第1及び第2移行部(30、31)の弾性変形を生じさせ得る大きさとなるようにしてあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の結合具。
- 前記第1連結要素(12)による予荷重(FVor)が印加されていない状態において、前記第1荷重印加アーム部(16)と前記第2荷重印加アーム部(17)とが互いから離隔する方向へ延在し、前記第1荷重印加アーム部(16)と第2荷重印加アーム部(17)との間の離隔距離が前記第1及び第2ストッパ部(24、29)の近傍領域において最大離隔距離(42)となるようにしてあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の結合具。
- 前記第1及び第2部材(10、11)は、それらの横断面形状がU字形状又は台形状とされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の結合具。
- 前記第2連結要素(13)は鎖環(13)の形状に形成されており、前記第1部材(10)及び/又は前記第2部材(11)は前記鎖環(13)の中を延在するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の結合具。
- 前記端部(38;39)は湾曲形状に形成され、且つ、前記第2連結要素(13)を少なくとも部分的に囲繞するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項記載の結合具。
- 前記第1部材(10)及び/又は前記第2部材(11)は、前記第2連結要素(13)と係合している前記端部(38;39)に、前記第2連結要素(13)を少なくとも部分的に囲繞するように形成された安全要素(26;28)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項記載の結合具。
- 高温の排気がその中を貫流して流れる第1ハウジング部分(2)と、第2ハウジング部分(3)とを備え、前記第1ハウジング部分(2)と前記第2ハウジング部分(3)とが結合具(9)により互いに結合されている排気ガス過給機において、前記結合具は請求項1乃至8の何れか1項記載の結合具であることを特徴とする排気ガス過給機。
