Abstract
Description
本明細書で使用される「ポリイソシアネート」という用語は、分子内に2つ以上のイソシアネート基(これは、一般構造−N=C=Oの遊離イソシアネート基を意味すると当業者には理解される)を含有する化合物の総称である。これらのポリイソシアネートの最も単純で最も重要な代表例は、ジイソシアネートである。これらは一般構造O=C=N−R−N=C=Oを有し、式中、Rは通常、脂肪族、脂環式および/または芳香族ラジカルを表す。
本発明の着色プラスチックは、好ましくは成形体の形態をとる。本出願における用語「成形体」とは、3次元の各辺が少なくとも1mm、好ましくは少なくとも2mm、より好ましくはさらに3次元のうち少なくとも2辺が少なくとも20mm、最も好ましくは3次元のうち少なくとも2辺が50mmの大きさの物体を意味する。

本発明の複合材料の一実施形態において、架橋ポリイソシアネート組成物Aの窒素含有量は、その中に結合されたかまたは存在する全窒素をポリマーの総量(いずれも重量基準)で割ったものを意味し、少なくとも9重量%、好ましくは少なくとも10重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも11重量%であり、12重量%を超える、13重量%を超える、14重量%を超える、または15重量%を超える、最も好ましくは16重量%を超える。

ポリイソシアネート組成物Aの「架橋」は、ポリイソシアネート組成物Aに存在するイソシアネート基が互いにまたは既に存在するウレタン基と反応してウレトジオン、イソシアヌレート、アロファネート、ビウレット、イミノオキサジアジンジオンおよびオキサジアジントリオン構造を形成するプロセスである。この反応では、ポリイソシアネート組成物Aに元々存在するイソシアネート基が消費される。前述の基の形成は、ポリイソシアネート組成物Aに存在するモノマーおよびオリゴマーのポリイソシアネートの架橋をもたらす。その結果、本発明のプラスチックがもたらされる。架橋は、好ましくは、本出願の以下でさらに定義される触媒の少なくとも1つを使用することにより加速される。

相転移は、DIN EN 61006に従って、Mettler DSC 12E(Mettler Toledo GmbH、ギーセン、ドイツ)を用いたDSC(示差走査熱量測定)によって測定した。インジウムおよび鉛の溶融開始温度を介して、較正を行った。物質10mgを標準カプセルに計量した。測定は、20K/分の加熱速度で−50℃〜+200℃の加熱を3回行い、その後320K/分の冷却速度で冷却して行った。冷却は液体窒素によって行った。使用したパージガスは窒素であった。DSCの熱応力の結果として検査対象の反応系において高温での測定工程でサンプルが変化する可能性があるため、報告された値はそれぞれ、最初の加熱曲線の評価に基づく。融解温度Tmは、熱流曲線の最大点の温度から得た。ガラス転移温度Tgは、ガラス転移工程の半分の高さの温度から得た。
赤外スペクトルは、ATRユニットを装備したBruker FT−IR分光計で測定した。
ポリイソシアネートA1:Desmodur(登録商標)N 3600は、Covestro Deutschland AG製で、NCO含有量が23.0重量%のHDI三量体(NCO官能価が3より大きい)である。粘度は、23℃で約1200mPasである(DIN EN ISO 3219/A.3)。使用前に、材料を減圧下で脱気した。
・アントラキノン染料である有機染料(Lanxess社製、Makrolex(登録商標)Green 5B)
・分散媒中の硫化亜鉛(Chromaflo社製、UPL−10478)
触媒溶液K1の調製:
酢酸カリウム(5.0g)を、すべてが溶解するまで、PEG 400(95.0g)中にRTで撹拌した。このようにして、PEG 400(K1)中の酢酸カリウムが5重量%の溶液を得、さらなる処理を行わずに三量化触媒として使用した。
それぞれ、染料25gをポリイソシアネートA1 75gに添加し、Hauschild社製のSpeedmixer DAC 150.1 FVZで、2750min−1で5分間分散させた。ポリイソシアネートA1に分散せずに得られたUPL−10478を使用した。
反応混合物は、ポリイソシアネートA1 38.4gと触媒溶液1.6gとを、Hauschild社製のSpeedmixer DAC 150.1 FVZを用いて、23℃で、2750min−1で3分間混合することにより調製した。次いで、これを適切な量のカラーペーストと混合し、架橋のために適切な型に注ぎ、その後、180℃のオーブンで5分間架橋させた。
上述のように、反応混合物40gを、Printex(登録商標)GおよびポリイソシアネートA1に基づくカラーペースト2gと混合し、オーブンで硬化させた。これにより、ガラス転移温度が約100℃の均一な黒色プラスチックを得た。変換率は90%を超えた(IR分光法で、2270cm−1でのNCO帯域の減少により測定)。
上記のように、反応混合物40gを、Makrolex(登録商標)Green 5BおよびポリイソシアネートA1に基づくカラーペースト2gと混合し、オーブンで硬化させた。これにより、ガラス転移温度が約100℃の均一な緑色プラスチックを得た。変換率は90%を超えた(IR分光法で、2270cm−1でのNCO帯域の減少により測定)。
上記のように、反応混合物40gをカラーペーストUPL−10478 2gと混合し、オーブンで硬化させた。これにより、ガラス転移温度Tgが約95℃の均一な白色プラスチックを得た。変換率は90%を超えた(IR分光法で、2270cm−1でのNCO帯域の減少により測定)。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの顔料の存在下でポリイソシアネート組成物Aの触媒架橋により得られる着色プラスチックであって、(i)プラスチックが、ポリイソシアネート組成物A、染料および繊維状充填剤の重量の合計に基づいて、少なくとも100のアスペクト比を有する繊維状充填剤を少なくとも5重量%含有することと、(ii)ウレトジオン、イソシアヌレート、ビウレットおよびイミノオキサジアジンジオン構造内に結合した窒素成分は、合計して、前記ポリイソシアネート組成物Aの全窒素含有量の少なくとも60%になることとを特徴とする、着色プラスチック。
- 前記ポリイソシアネート組成物A中に存在する炭素の少なくとも8重量%がイソシアヌレート基内に結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着色プラスチック。
- イソシアヌレート基およびイミノオキサジアジンジオン基内に結合したすべての炭素原子の合計と、本発明の複合材料の硬化ポリマーマトリックス中の、ウレタン、アロファネート、チオール、チオウレタン、チオアロファネート、尿素およびビウレット内に結合したすべての炭素原子の合計との比が500〜1であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の着色プラスチック。
- 前記顔料がカーボンブラックまたは硫化亜鉛であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の着色プラスチック。
- ガラス転移点が、架橋ポリイソシアネートに基づく非着色プラスチックのガラス転移点以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の着色プラスチック。
- 密度が、架橋ポリイソシアネートに基づく非着色プラスチックの密度以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の着色プラスチック。
- 前記プラスチックが、前記着色プラスチックの総重量に基づいて、0.05重量%〜20重量%の範囲内の量で前記顔料を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の着色プラスチック。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の着色プラスチックから製造された成形体。
- 架橋ポリイソシアネートに基づく着色プラスチックの製造方法であって、
a)ポリイソシアネート組成物Aを、少なくとも1つの顔料、少なくとも100のアスペクト比を有する少なくとも1つの繊維状充填剤、および少なくとも1つの架橋触媒と混合する工程と、
b)着色プラスチックを生成するために前記ポリイソシアネート組成物Aを触媒架橋する工程であって、触媒架橋の終わりに、ウレトジオン、イソシアヌレート、ビウレットおよびイミノオキサジアジンジオン構造内に結合した窒素成分が、合計して、前記ポリイソシアネート組成物Aの全窒素含有量の少なくとも60%になる工程と
を含む方法。
