前記動的層がPTFEを含み、前記静的層がPTFEと、前記PTFE全体に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの充填材とを含む、多層リップシール。 - 前記動的層と前記静的層との間の界面が接着剤を含まない、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの充填材が補強充填材を含む、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記補強充填材がステンレス鋼又は炭素を含む、請求項3に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの充填材が強化充填材を含む、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記強化充填材がチョップドファイバである、請求項5に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの充填材が導電性充填材を含む、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記導電性充填材がステンレス鋼又は青銅である、請求項7に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの充填材が耐摩滅性充填材を含む、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記耐摩滅性充填材がガラス又は炭素繊維である、請求項9に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記動的層が少なくとも1つの充填材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記動的層の少なくとも1つの充填材が耐摩耗性充填材である、請求項11に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記耐摩耗性充填材が、高温熱可塑性樹脂又は固体潤滑剤である、請求項12に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記動的層内、前記静的層内、又は前記動的層内及び前記静的層内の両方に密封された強化層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記動的層内、前記静的層内、又は前記動的層内及び前記静的層内の両方に密封されたばね鋼層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記動的層に対向していない前記静的層の表面がPTFEでコーティングされている、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記静的層に対向していない前記動的層の表面がPTFEでコーティングされている、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記動的層が、前記静的層と一体に直接融着されている、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記動的層が充填材を含まない、請求項1に記載の多層リップシール。
- 前記動的層の前記少なくとも1つの充填材が、前記静的層の前記少なくとも1つの充填材とは異なる充填材材料である、請求項11に記載の多層リップシール。
