Abstract
Description
0.4w/v%のヒアルロン酸ナトリウム溶液
生理食塩水(Normal Saline、NS)
粘膜隆起力評価
比較例1、比較例2、実施例1及び実施例2によって製造された試料を用いてブタ切除胃の粘膜隆起の高さを肉眼で観察した。粘膜下に試料を注入してからそれぞれ5分、10分、15分、20分、30分経過した後、図2のように粘膜隆起の高さを肉眼で観察し、その結果(それぞれ3回繰り返して測定した平均値)を表1及び図3に示した。
前記試料10mLを、内視鏡用穿刺針(針径:23G)が維持されている10mLの注射筒(ジグ)に充填し、この注射筒のピストンを0.2mm/秒の一定速度で押すことによって、前記試料を内視鏡用穿刺針の先端から排出させながらかかる力の大きさ(Kgf)を測定した。測定(小型卓上試験機:KANA、IM−010)はそれぞれ3回繰り返し、その結果を平均値として下記の表2に示した。
Claims (6)
- 内視鏡的粘膜切除術又は内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術において粘膜下層に注入するための医療用医薬組成物であって、
重量平均分子量が10万以上15万以下であるアルギン酸又はその薬学的に許容される塩及びコロイド性多糖類を含有し、
w/v単位を基準にして、前記アルギン酸又はその薬学的に許容される塩:ペクチン質又はその薬学的に許容される塩=2〜8:1である液状組成物。 - 前記組成物中のアルギン酸又はその薬学的に許容される塩の濃度が0.05w/v%以上2.0w/v%以下である、請求項1に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記組成物中のコロイド性多糖類がペクチン質又はその薬学的に許容される塩を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記多糖類の濃度が0.01w/v%以上2.0w/v%以下である、請求項1に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記組成物はpH5.0〜8.0である、請求項1に記載の液状組成物。
- 前記組成物は、粘度が1.0cps〜50.0cpsである、請求項1に記載の液状組成物。
