b)前記塗布された分散液を30℃以上〜200℃未満の温度で熟成するステップと、
c)前記熟成された分散液に光を照射して重合するステップとを含み、
前記第1の基材および第2の基材から選択されるいずれか一つ以上は、透明基材であるフォトニック結晶フィルムの製造方法に関する。
Da×0.95≦Ds≦Da×1.05
(前記関係式1中、Dsは、コロイド粒子の粒径(nm)であり、Daは、コロイド粒子の平均粒径(nm)である。)
80℃で50μmの離隔距離を有する二つのガラス平板の間に分散液を注入し、UV(波長365nm、出力12mW/cm2)で7秒間光照射して前記分散液を光硬化した後、二つのガラス平板を除去し、セキュリティ要素用フォトニック結晶フィルムを製造した。
重量平均分子量が1,800g/mol、25℃での粘度が1,800cps、80℃での粘度が約10cpsであるウレタンアクリレート(Miwon Specialty Chemical社製、Miramer PU5000)を使用した以外のすべての工程を実施例1と同様に行った。なお、この際、分散液の80℃での粘度は約30cpsであった。
重量平均分子量が803g/mol、25℃での粘度が3,000cps、80℃での粘度が約10cpsであるウレタンアクリレートメタクリレート(Sigma‐Aldrich社製、MAU)を使用した以外のすべての工程を実施例1と同様に行った。なお、この際、分散液の80℃での粘度は約30cpsであった。
予備重合体としてETPTA(重量平均分子量428g/mol)を使用した以外のすべての工程を実施例1と同様に行った。
エトキシレーティッドトリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(ETPTA、分子量428g/mol、25℃での粘度60cps)、平均粒径170nmのシリカナノ粒子および2‐ヒドロキシ‐2‐メチル‐1‐フェニル‐1‐プロパノン(Darocur 1173)を混合して分散液を製造しており、ETPTA:シリカナノ粒子の体積分率は、67:33であり、光開始剤であるDarocur 1173は、ETPTAに対して1重量%添加した。
熟成時間を60分にした以外のすべての過程を実施例1と同様に行った。
熟成温度を120℃にした以外のすべての過程を実施例2と同様に行った。
ETPTAの代わりにウレタンアクリレート(PUA;Miwon Specialty Chemical社製、重量平均分子量1,400g/mol)を使用した以外のすべての過程を実施例2と同様に行った。
熟成過程を経ていない以外のすべての過程を実施例2と同様に行った。
熟成温度を200℃にした以外のすべての過程を実施例2と同様に行った。
Claims (19)
- ポリウレタン系高分子マトリックスと、前記ポリウレタン系高分子マトリックスに分散し、結晶格子構造に配列されたコロイド粒子とを含む、フォトニック結晶フィルム。
- 前記フォトニック結晶フィルムは、最大反射率が10%以上である、請求項1に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。
- 前記フォトニック結晶フィルムは、厚さが10〜200μmである、請求項1に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。
- 前記ポリウレタン系高分子マトリックスは、ポリウレタン系予備重合体から製造される、請求項1に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。
- 前記ポリウレタン系予備重合体は、80℃での粘度が100〜1000cpsである、請求項4に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。
- 前記ポリウレタン系予備重合体の重量平均分子量は、500〜30,000g/molである、請求項4に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。
- 前記ポリウレタン系高分子マトリックスとコロイド粒子との屈折率の差は、0.02以上である、請求項1に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。
- 前記ポリウレタン系高分子マトリックスの屈折率は1.4〜1.5であり、コロイド粒子の屈折率は1.3〜2.95である、請求項7に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。
- 前記コロイド粒子の平均粒径は、10〜315nmである、請求項1に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。
- 前記コロイド粒子は、下記関係式1を満たす、請求項9に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。

- 前記フォトニック結晶フィルムは、セキュリティ要素用である、請求項1に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム。
- ポリウレタン系予備重合体、コロイド粒子および光開始剤を含む分散液を基材上に塗布するか、または二つの平行な透明平板の間に注入し、光照射するステップを含む、フォトニック結晶フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記分散液は、60〜100℃の温度条件で前記基材上に塗布されるか、または前記二つの透明平板の間に注入される、請求項12に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルムの製造方法。
- a)二つ以上の光重合性官能基を含有する多官能性化合物、コロイド粒子および光開始剤を含む分散液を第1の基材上に塗布し、前記分散液が塗布された第1の基材を第2の基材で覆うステップと、
b)前記塗布された分散液を30℃以上〜200℃未満の温度で熟成するステップと、
c)前記熟成された分散液に光を照射して重合するステップとを含み、
前記第1の基材および第2の基材から選択されるいずれか一つ以上は、透明基材である、フォトニック結晶フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記熟成は、10分以上行われる、請求項15に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記熟成は、30℃〜150℃の温度で行われる、請求項15に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記熟成は、30℃以上〜200℃未満の温度まで1分当たり1℃〜10℃の温度で昇温させることである、請求項15に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のフォトニック結晶フィルム、または請求項13から18のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法により製造されたフォトニック結晶フィルムを含む、偽造防止物品。
