Claims (15)
- ワークピースを加工するために用いられるマシニングセンターであって、
前記マシニングセンターは、コラム(10)、ビーム(20)、スライドプレート(30)、第一駆動部材(40)、第二駆動部材(50)、第一主軸(60)及び第二主軸(70)を含み、
前記コラム(10)は、前記ビーム(20)を支持するために用いられ、
前記スライドプレート(30)は、前記ビーム(20)に設置され、且つ前記ビーム(20)の長手方向に沿って前記ビーム(20)に相対してスライドすることができ、
前記第一主軸(60)と第二主軸(70)は両方とも前記スライドプレート(30)に設置され、且つ別々に前記ビーム(20)の幅方向の対向する両側に位置し、
前記第一駆動部材(40)は、前記スライドプレート(30)が前記ビーム(20)に相対して滑動するように駆動し、
前記第二駆動部材(50)は、前記第一主軸(60)と第二主軸(70)が作動するように駆動し、
前記第一主軸(60)と第二主軸(70)は、前記ワークピースを同期又は非同期に加工することを特徴とするマシニングセンター。 - 前記スライドプレート(30)の数は1つであり、前記第一主軸(60)と第二主軸(70)は両方とも前記スライドプレート(30)に設置され且つ前記スライドプレート(30)に対して対称的に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記ビーム(20)は積み重ねられた第一層(22)及び第二層(23)を含み、前記第一層(22)には第一スライドスロット(221)が設けられており、前記第二層(23)には第二スライドスロット(231)が設けられており、
前記スライドプレート(30)は、前記第一スライドスロット(221)及び前記第二スライドスロット(231)によって、前記ビーム(20)の長手方向に沿って前記ビーム(20)に相対してスライドすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマシニングセンター。 - 前記第一主軸(60)と前記第二主軸(70)には接続構造(61)が設置されており、前記接続構造(61)は前記第一主軸(60)と前記第二主軸(70)を固定接続するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記スライドプレート(30)の数は2つであり、2つの前記スライドプレート(30)は第一スライドプレート(31)と第二スライドプレート(32)であり、前記第一主軸(60)は前記第一スライドプレート(31)に固定され、前記第二主軸(70)は前記第二スライドプレート(32)に固定され、前記第一スライドプレート(31)と前記第二スライドプレート(32)は別々に前記ビーム(20)の幅方向の対向する両側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記ビーム(20)のエッジは外側に向かって延在されて4つのリブ(21)を形成し、その中において、2つのリブ(21)は前記ビーム(20)の一側に位置し且つ第一スライドプレート(31)に埋め込まれて接続され、他の2つのリブ(21)は前記ビーム(20)の他の一側に位置し且つ前記第二スライドプレート(32)に埋め込まれて接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記コラム(10)の一端は前記ビーム(20)に接続され、前記コラム(10)における前記ビーム(20)に近い一端の幅は前記ビーム(20)から離れている他端の幅より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記コラム(10)の数は2つであり、2つの前記コラム(10)は、前記ビーム(20)を支持するために、前記ビーム(20)の両端に対向して設置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記コラム(10)には中空構造(13)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記マシニングセンターは工作機械ベース(80)を更に含み、前記工作機械ベース(80)は前記コラム(10)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記マシニングセンターは、前記ワークピースを積載するために用いられる支持板(90)を更に含み、前記工作機械ベース(80)にはスライドレール(82)が形成されており、前記支持板(90)は前記スライドレール(82)に沿って前記工作機械ベース(80)に相対してスライドすることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記支持板(90)には第三駆動部材(91)が設置されており、前記第三駆動部材(91)と前記支持板(90)との間にはナット親ねじ機構(92)が設置されており、前記第三駆動部材(91)は前記ナット親ねじ機構(92)によって前記支持板(90)が前記スライドレール(82)に沿ってスライドするように駆動することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記支持板(90)と前記第三駆動部材(91)の数はいずれも1つであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記支持板(90)と第三駆動部材(91)の数はいずれも2つであり、2つの前記第三駆動部材(91)のそれぞれは、1つの前記支持板(90)が前記工作機械ベース(80)に相対してスライドするように駆動することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のマシニングセンター。
- 前記コラム(10)、前記ビーム(20)及び前記スライドプレート(30)のコーナーはすべて円弧曲線で過渡するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマシニングセンター。
