Abstract
本发明公开一种双机头多用途机床,包括底座、横梁、第一滑座和第二滑座,所述横梁固定在所述底座上,在所述横梁的两个侧面设置线轨,所述第一滑座安装于所述横梁的一侧的线轨上,所述第二滑座安装于所述横梁的另一侧线轨上。本发明有如下优点:在不必移动模具或工件,就能将模具或工件在不需要更换机台的条件下完成制作,所述模具或工件的毛坯件可以从粗加工到精细加工一次性加工完成,尤其是面対精密模具的制作更显其效益。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及机床领域,具体为一种双机头多用途机床。
【背景技术】
切削机床是用切削、磨削或特种加工方法加工各种金属工件,使之获得所要求的几何形状、尺寸精度和表面质量的机床。如图1和图2所示,其包括底座1、固定在所述底座上的横梁2和安装在所述横梁2上的滑座,安装在滑座上的切削机头3,所述切削机头3上设置用于安装铣刀等刀具的主轴4,所述主轴4下的底座上设置可运动的工作台5。所述滑座活动安装在所述横梁2的侧面的第一线轨6和第二线轨7上,且与传动螺杆连接,并由伺服马达驱动。所述滑座可以在所述传动螺杆的传动下在第一线轨6和第二线轨7组成的线轨组合上移动。
上述机床装配要求较为容易,可满足加工工艺要求比较简单的金属器件。但由于切削机头3和滑座较重,且在加工过程中也会产生很大扭力等,单靠两根线轨来同时承受。可移动的切削机头3和滑座需要承受向下的压力、向后的压力、以及在重切削加工时主轴产生的切削扭力,这样对线轨及横梁2都会产生疲劳损坏,影响其刚性及机台精度,长时间会缩短机台使用寿命。
另外,在精密模具工件的制作上,现有切削机床只具有一种切削加工模式,在重切削粗加工机台上粗加工,然后再转换到精加工机台上精加工,这样就需要工件两次装夹上料,并且需要备置两台设备。这样要进行重复拆装、校正工件,操作繁琐,既浪费了加工工序需要的时间,又增加了设备投资,导致工件单价较高,不利于市场竞争。而采用发明设计结构形式,就可以降低产品成本,避免传统加工工艺带来的不必要的投资和竞争风险。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服以上所述的现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构稳定,保证机台精度,延长使用寿命且可以有效提高加工效率及精度的双机头多用途机床,尤其适合较大型精密模具工件的制作。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种双机头多用途机床,包括底座、横梁、第一滑座和第二滑座,所述横梁固定在所述底座上,在所述横梁的两个侧面设置线轨,所述第一滑座安装于所述横梁的一侧的线轨上,所述第二滑座安装于所述横梁的另一侧线轨上。
所述横梁一侧分别设置第一线轨和第二线轨,在所述第一线轨和第二线轨之间设置凹槽,所述凹槽内安装传动螺杆,所述传动螺杆与所述滑座连接,并由伺服马达驱动。
所述第一滑座在所述横梁上比第二滑座的安装位置高,这样可以提高横梁结构强度,延长使用寿命。
所述横梁顶部设置承重线轨,所述第一滑座上设置承重块,当第一滑座安装在所述横梁上时,所述承重块通过承重滑块安装在承重线轨上,所述第一滑座的侧壁通过抗扭滑块安装在抗扭线轨上。
所述承重线轨由并排的第一承重线轨和第二承重线轨组成,所述承重块通过分别与所述第一承重线轨和第二承重线轨配合的承重滑块安装在所述第一承重线轨和第二承重线轨上,所述第一滑座的侧壁通过与所述抗扭线轨配合的抗扭滑块安装在抗扭线轨上。
所述第一承重线轨和第二承重线轨之间的横梁上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽上安装传动螺杆,所述传动螺杆与所述滑座连接,并由伺服马达驱动。
所述承重块为滑座凸出的一块,在所述承重块上设置用于加固的加固板。
所述第一滑座上安装第一工作机头,所述第二滑座上安装第二机头。
所述第一工作机头和第二工作机头上设置用于安装铣刀等刀具的主轴。
安装在所述第一工作机头上的主轴为低转速高扭力主轴,用于模具或工件的粗加工,安装在所述第二机头上的主轴为高转速低扭力的精细主轴,用于模具或工件表面的精细加工。
所述主轴下的底座上设置可运动的工作台。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:结构稳定,第一切削工作机头为低转速高扭矩输出的重切削机头,负担重力切削等工作,滑座的重力及运行产生的承载重力由设罝在横梁上的承重线轨来承担,而因切削工作机头在重切削所产生的切削扭力则由安装在横梁侧壁上的切削抗扭线轨来承担;第二切削工作机头为高转速低扭矩输出的精细切削机头,负担模具或工件表面的精细加工;在不必移动模具或工件,就能将模具或工件在不需要更换机台的条件下完成制作,所述模具或工件的毛坯件可以从粗加工到精细加工一次性加工完成,尤其是面対精密模具的制作更显其效益。

【具体实施方式】
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例1
一种双机头多用途机床,如图3-6所示,其包括底座1、横梁2、工作台5、第一滑座39、第二滑座40、第一工作机头32和第二工作机头33。所述第一工作机头32可以是用于进行粗加工,所述第二工作机头33可以是用于精加工。所述横梁2为龙门架机构,且两端立柱通过螺栓固定在所述底座1上。在所述横梁2顶端安装承重线轨,所述第一滑座39上设置承重块31,当第一滑座39安装在所述横梁2上时,所述承重块31通过承重滑块9安装在承重线轨上,所述第一滑座39的侧壁安装在用于抗扭线轨38上。所述承重块31是连接所述第一滑座39上的可移动滑块。所述承重块31为滑座凸出的一块,在所述承重块31上设置用于加固的加固板35。所述承重线轨由并排安装在所述横梁2顶端表面两侧的第一承重线轨36和第二承重线轨37组成,所述承重块31通过分别与所述第一承重线轨36和第二承重线轨37配合的承重滑块9安装在所述第一承重线轨36和第二承重线轨37上,所述第一滑座的侧壁通过与所述抗扭线轨配合的抗扭滑块安装在抗扭线轨上。在所述第一承重线轨36和第二承重线轨37之间的横梁2上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽上安装传动螺杆,所述传动螺杆与所述滑座连接,并由伺服马达驱动。所述伺服马达34通过传动螺杆与所述第一滑座39连接,驱动第一滑座39运动工作,且运转精度可以到达有效保证。
所述工作台5通过线轨组合安装在底座1上,并通过伺服马达驱动传动螺杆实现前后运动(Y轴)。所述第一滑座39和第二滑座40通过线轨组合安装在横梁2上,并通过伺服马达驱动传动螺杆实现左右运动(X轴)。第一工作机头32和第二工作机头33通过线轨组合安装在滑座上,并通过伺服马达驱动传动螺杆实现上下运动(Z轴)。在切削加工时,X轴、Y轴、Z轴可同步运动,实现加工需要。含有第一工作机头32和第二工作机头33及第一滑座39、第二滑座40的机型,只是在配合加工时,第一工作机头32和第二工作机头33仅取其一运动,另一停留在横梁一端待命。主轴4通过螺栓固定在机头上,主轴夹持刀具后,在电机驱动下高速运转,通过X轴、Y轴、Z轴运动的配合可进行切削加工。
实施例2
一种双机头多用途机床,如图7-12所示,其包括底座1、横梁2、工作台5、第一滑座39、第二滑座40、第一工作机头32和第二工作机头33。所述第一工作机头32可以是用于进行粗加工,所述第二工作机头33可以是用于精加工。所述横梁2为龙门架机构,且两端立柱通过螺栓固定在所述底座1上。所述第一工作机头32安装在第一滑座39上,所述第二工作机头33安装在第二滑座40上。在所述横梁2的两个侧面设置线轨,所述第一滑座39安装于所述横梁2的一侧的线轨上,所述第二滑座40安装于所述横梁2的另一侧线轨上。所述横梁2一侧分别设置第一线轨21和第二线轨22,在所述第一线轨21和第二线轨22之间设置凹槽,用于安装传动螺杆,所述传动螺杆与所述第一滑座39或者第二滑座40连接,并由伺服马达34驱动。所述第一滑座39和第二滑座40在所述横梁2为其中一个安装位置高于另一个的安装方式,这样可以提高横梁结构强度,延长使用寿命,其中位于高位处的滑座作为粗加工用。所述伺服马达34通过传动螺杆与所述第一滑座39或者第二滑座40连接。所述第一工作机头32和第二工作机头33上设置用于安装铣刀等刀具的主轴4。所述主轴4下的底座1上设置可运动的工作台5。

1.一种双机头多用途机床,包括底座、横梁、第一滑座和第二滑座,其特征在于,所述横梁固定在所述底座上,在所述横梁的两个侧面设置线轨,所述第一滑座安装于所述横梁的一侧的线轨上,所述第二滑座安装于所述横梁的另一侧线轨上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种双机头多用途机床,其特征在于,所述横梁一侧分别设置第一线轨和第二线轨,在所述第一线轨和第二线轨之间设置凹槽,所述凹槽内安装传动螺杆,所述传动螺杆与所述滑座连接。
3.按照权利要求2所述的一种双机头多用途机床,其特征在于,所述第一滑座在所述横梁上比第二滑座的安装位置高。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种双机头多用途机床,其特征在于,所述横梁顶部设置承重线轨,所述第一滑座上设置承重块,当第一滑座安装在所述横梁上时,所述承重块通过承重滑块安装在承重线轨上,所述第一滑座的侧壁安装在所述横梁侧壁上的粗加工抗扭线轨上。
5.按照权利要求4所述的一种双机头多用途机床,其特征在于,所述承重线轨由并排的第一承重线轨和第二承重线轨组成,所述承重块通过分别与所述第一承重线轨和第二承重线轨配合的承重滑块安装在所述第一承重线轨和第二承重线轨上,所述第一滑座的侧壁通过与所述抗扭线轨配合的抗扭滑块安装在抗扭线轨上。
6.按照权利要求5所述的一种双机头多用途机床,其特征在于,所述第一承重线轨和第二承重线轨之间的横梁上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽上安装传动螺杆,所述传动螺杆与所述滑座连接。
7.按照权利要求6所述的一种双机头多用途机床,其特征在于,所述承重块为滑座凸出的一块,在所述承重块上设置用于加固的加固板。
8.按照权利要求1所述的一种双机头多用途机床,其特征在于,所述第一滑座上安装第一工作机头,所述第二滑座上安装第二机头。
9.按照权利要求9所述的一种双机头多用途机床,其特征在于,所述第一工作机头和第二工作机头上设置主轴。
