Abstract
本发明涉及一种自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,包括模切刀模载体板、模切刀片和压痕线组合模块,压痕线组合模块包括一界定形状的基板和在基板上直接机加工出来的凸出于基板预定高度和预定形状的若干条压痕线,压痕线组合模块与模切刀模载体板之间设有弹性件,模切刀模载体板靠近压痕线组合模块的一面设有盲孔,导柱设置于盲孔内,并穿过基板设有的通孔伸出于基板,导柱与基板之间设有定位件,定位件与导柱间有预先设定的避让空间供定位件活动,压痕线组合模块下面的弹性件在模切机压力作用下受压反弹,从而实现压力自动调节功能,达到与模切机的工作台面平衡接触的目的。本发明能够解决人工找平花费时间长、准确度低及人工成本高的问题。

背景技术
[0002] 现有用于印刷包装行业的模切刀模,一般包括模切刀模载体板和镶嵌在所述模切刀模载体板上的各种模切刀片,这些模切刀片可以构成外围卷,在所述外围卷内还设有横竖布置的用于产生折痕的压痕线,当然,根据需要还可以在所述外围卷内设置用于在被模切物体上形成预定凹凸形状的凹凸压模、用于在被模切物体上形成预定条纹的压纹线和/或用于在被模切物体上形成防伪效果的文字和/或图案等。传统制作模切刀模的方法是在模切刀模载体板(一般为硬质木夹板)用人工操作电动线锯床,锯出许多刀片夹缝和压痕线夹缝,所述刀片夹缝和压痕线夹缝贯穿整个模切刀模载体板的上、下底面,用胶锤将各种模切刀片敲入所述刀片夹缝,并使模切刀片刀刃部分凸出于模切刀模载体板的工作面的表面,构成外围卷刀模,然后,再在外围卷内设置压痕线,根据需要还可在外围卷内设置凹凸压模、压纹线和/或用于在被物体上形成防伪效果的文字和/或图案等。为了保持成型刀片的牢固性,一般会将刀片夹缝的宽度制作成略小于成型刀片的厚度(一般为小1-2个丝),用这种最传统的人工制模方法制模,存在制模精度低,劳动强度大的问题。现在最常用的制模方法,就是采用激光切割的方式,代替人工锯缝制作刀片夹缝和压痕线夹缝,然后,再采用与人工制模中相同的方法将模切刀片镶嵌到刀片夹缝和压痕线夹缝里,构成外围卷刀模,然后,再在外围卷内设置压痕线,根据需要还可在外围卷内设置凹凸压模、压纹线和/或用于在被物体上形成防伪效果的文字和/或图案等。简而言之,激光制模的方法就是用激光制作刀片夹缝和压痕线夹缝,其它的步骤都与人工制作的步骤相同。
[0003] 无论是人工制模或激光制模,压痕线找平都是先将模切刀模翻转到背面,将垫片垫在模切刀模上,使用胶锤敲打位置不正的压痕线直至调整到正常位置。但是,该方法存在以下问题。第一,耗费劳动人员大量的精力和时间;第二,单凭人眼观察和人工控制力度难免会出现误差,导致人工找平的准确度不高,需要多次调整,影响使用;第三,如果操作不当,用力过大,很容易会损坏压痕线或模切刀模,或使压痕线变钝等。
[0004] 模切刀模在使用过程中需要保持水平状态,保证各个位置与模切机压合时力度相同,这样被模切物体的压痕深浅才能保证一致,能够顺利切割或者将按照预先设计好的图案、文字和/或压痕线印压到被模切物体上。如果模切刀模没有保持水平状态,比如模切刀模载体板一边有磨损,导致向另一边倾斜,那么与模切机压合时就会导致一边的压痕、图案和/或文字比较深,另一边的比较浅,造成产品不美观,同时,由于一边的切割力度大一边切割力度小,切割力度小的一边切割不完全,部分有粘连,影响生产效率。但是在现有技术中,模切前并没有对模切刀模找平或者需要借助外部工具,找平方法复杂。
发明内容
[0005] 为了克服上述问题,本发明提供一种改善传统找平方式的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,包括无需压痕线找平和模切刀模可自动找平。
[0006] 本发明的技术方案是:提供一种自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,包括模切刀模载体板,还包括模切刀片和压痕线组合模块,所述压痕线组合模块,包括一界定形状的基板和在所述基板上,直接机加工出来的凸出于基板预定高度和预定形状的若干条压痕线;所述压痕线组合模块,与模切刀模载体板之间设有弹性件,所述模切刀模载体板靠近压痕线组合模块的一面设有盲孔,导柱设置于所述盲孔内,并穿过所述基板设有的通孔伸出于所述基板,所述导柱与基板之间设有定位件,所述定位件与导柱间有预先设定的避让空间,供所述定位件活动;压痕线组合模块下面的弹性件在模切机压力作用下受压反弹,从而实现遇高减压遇低增压的压力自动调节功能,达到与模切机的工作台面平衡接触的目的。

[0025] 请参见图1至图3,图1至图3揭示的是一种自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,包括模切刀模载体板100,所述模切刀模载体板100可以整体成型,也可以用多层板拼装制成。所述模切刀模载体板100为整体成型时,多数使用木材制成。采用多层板时,顶层板和底层板最好用金属板或增强材料板,可加强模切刀模载体板100的整体强度,中间的层板可以是用一层以上的弹性塑胶板或木板等材料,构成三至五层板结构,利用弹性塑胶板所具备的的固缩功能,可以解决多次更换模切刀片310的夹紧问题,也可以大量节约木材,实现低碳环保的目的。优选地,所述金属板可以是加强硬度的铝板,也可以用加强硬度的铝合金板,所述增强材料板可以是碳纤维板或树脂板,这样不仅强度大,而且可减轻整体重量,使工人操作起来更轻松,并且还解决了耐冲压和平整度的问题。
[0026] 在所述模切刀模载体板100上设有压痕线组合模块200和切割模块300。所述压痕线组合模块200包括一界定形状的基板210和在所述基板210上直接机加工出来的凸出于基板210预定高度和预定形状的若干条压痕线220。所述基板210是采用耐磨性好,硬度高的金属材料制成的,如耐磨铝合金板。所述压痕线220是用自动化数控雕铣机或数控加工中心加工出的压痕线220。该结构解决了人工找平花费时间长、准确度低、技术要求高及人工成本高的问题,此外,还可以制作异形盒,根据需要设计压痕深度和设计各种压痕花纹,还能保证压痕线220标准,不受人工技术高低的限制。
[0027] 所述压痕线组合模块200的基板210与模切刀模载体板100之间设有弹性件230。所述弹性件230可以是弹性垫片或弹簧或胶柱。在本实施例中,所述弹性件230是弹性垫片,可用树脂或海绵或其他弹性材料制成。所述基板210和弹性件230均设有穿孔231,所述模切刀模载体板100顶部设有盲孔110。导柱240设于所述模切刀模载体板的盲孔110内,依次穿过所述弹性件230和基板210设有的穿孔231并且伸出于所述基板210。所述导柱240是由金属耐磨材料制成的导柱240。所述导柱240与基板210之间设有定位件250,所述定位件250与导柱240间有预定设定的避让空间供所述定位件250活动,从而使压痕线组合模块200调平。所述定位件250是卡簧,用于防止所述导柱240左右移动。所述避让空间的范围在0.2-0.4mm之间选择。所述避让空间的一种具体实施方式是,在所述导柱240上部设有凹槽241。所述定位件250和基板210能够在所述凹槽241内上下活动。所述基板210设有用于减少基板材料磨损的防磨圈242,所述防磨圈242与导柱240相互配合。所述导柱240的数量可根据需要设置。工作时,压痕线组合模块200下面的弹性件230在模切机压力作用下受压反弹,从而实现遇高减压遇低增压的压力自动调节功能,达到与模切机的工作台面平衡接触的目的。所述弹性件230是弹簧时,所述弹簧的一端与模切刀模载体板100固定,其另一端与基板210固定。所述弹性件230是胶柱时,与弹簧同理。该结构使本发明在模切机压力作用下能够自动找平,结构简单且实用,使用方便。
[0028] 所述切割模块300包括若干个模切刀片310,所述模切刀片310可采用传统的加工方法,直接镶嵌于所述模切刀模载体板100上,也可以是在所述基板210上按照预先设计的凸出于基板210预定高度和预定形状的方案直接机加工出来的。若干个模切刀片310构成一个外围,模切时形成盒体的整体外围形状。若采用传统的加工方法,在模切刀模载体板100上的刀片夹缝可用激光切割,也可用自动化数控雕铣机或数控加工中心加工出来。其中,通过自动化数控雕铣机或数控加工中心的好处是不会出现用激光切割时出现调焦不准和/或激光切割时形成的碳松脱,从而造成模切刀片310松动的问题。若模切刀片310直接在所述基板210上机加工出来,那么也是通过自动化数控雕铣机或数控加工中心加工出来的,这样就能保证所述模切刀片310的凸起高度和形状都与先前设计好的方案一致,准确度高,不会超出设计公差要求。
[0029] 本发明还包括用于在被模切物体上形成预定凹凸形状的凹凸压膜400。所述凹凸压膜400工作面上包括用于在被模切物体上形成防伪效果的文字和/或图案,所述文字和/或图案是通过机加工出来的凸出于所述基板210预定高度的文字和/或图案。所述凹凸压膜400是在所述基板210工作面上由所述基板210直接机加工出来的凸出于所述基板210预定高度的凹凸压膜400。
[0030] 所述凹凸压膜400还可以是独立加工出来的凹凸压膜400,这样就方便更换不同的凹凸压膜400,加大印压图案或文字的灵活性。所述凹凸压膜400上设有与模切刀模载体板100连接的导柱240。所述凹凸压膜400与模切刀模载体板100之间也设有弹性件230。此处所述弹性件230的原理同在压痕线组合模块200上的弹性件230 —样。模切机施加压力后,所述凹凸压膜400可利用弹簧或胶柱或弹性垫片的弹性进行自动调平。
[0031] 显然,本领域内技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包括这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (10)
1.一种自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,包括模切刀模载体板,其特征在于:还包括模切刀片和压痕线组合模块,所述压痕线组合模块,包括一界定形状的基板和在所述基板上,直接机加工出来的凸出于基板预定高度和预定形状的若干条压痕线;所述压痕线组合模块,与模切刀模载体板之间设有弹性件,所述模切刀模载体板靠近压痕线组合模块的一面设有盲孔,导柱设置于所述盲孔内,并穿过所述基板设有的通孔伸出于所述基板,所述导柱与基板之间设有定位件,所述定位件与导柱间有预先设定的避让空间,供所述定位件活动;压痕线组合模块下面的弹性件在模切机压力作用下受压反弹,从而实现遇高减压遇低增压的压力自动调节功能,达到与模切机的工作台面平衡接触的目的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,其特征在于:所述切割模块包括模切刀片,所述模切刀片镶嵌于所述模切刀模载体板上,或者是在所述基板上,按照预先设计的凸出于基板预定高度和预定形状的方案,直接机加工出来。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,其特征在于:所述预先设定的避让空间的范围在0.2-0.4mm之间选择。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,其特征在于:所述导柱是由金属耐磨材料制成的导柱。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,其特征在于:所述基板设有用于减少基板材料磨损的防磨圈,所述防磨圈与导柱相互配合。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,其特征在于:所述弹性件是弹性垫片或弹簧或胶柱。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,其特征在于:所述压痕线是用自动化数控雕铣机,或数控加工中心加工而成。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,其特征在于:包括用于在模切刀模载体板上,形成预定凹凸形状的凹凸压模,所述凹凸压模,是在所述基板工作面上,由所述基板直接机加工出来的凸出于所述基板预定高度的凹凸压模。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,其特征在于:包括用于在模切刀模载体板上,形成预定凹凸形状的凹凸压模,所述凹凸压模,设置于所述基板的工作面上,并与所述基板连接,所述凹凸压模,是独立加工出来的凸出于所述基板预定高度的凹凸压模。
10.根据权利要求9所述的自带压力调节功能的模切带压凸刀模,其特征在于:所述凹凸压模上设有所述导柱,所述凹凸压模与模切刀模载体板之间设有弹性件,所述凹凸压模通过导柱和弹性件实现受压自动调平功能。
