Abstract
Description
第1の視点においては、長尺物を包み込むための半径方向に収縮可能なテキスタイルホースであって、a)収縮性の耐摩耗性材料からなる外層と、b)断熱材料からなる少なくとも1つの内層と、を備えるホースが提供される。
なお、本出願において図面参照符号を付している場合は、それらは、専ら理解を助けるためのものであり、図示の態様に限定することを意図するものではない。また、下記の実施形態ないし実施例は、あくまで例示であり、本発明を限定するものではない。
長尺物を包み込むための半径方向に収縮可能なテキスタイルホースであって、
a)収縮性の耐摩耗性材料からなる外層と、
b)断熱材料からなる少なくとも1つの内層と、
を備えるホース。
[付記2]
前記少なくとも1つの内層の前記断熱材料は、熱導入によって膨張可能である、付記1に記載のホース。
[付記3]
前記外層及び前記少なくとも1つの内層は、テキスタイル結び又は縫合若しくは接着によって適所で結合される、付記1又は2に記載のホース。
[付記4]
前記外層と前記少なくとも1つの内層は、軸方向に伸び、かつ、互いに離間したゾーンに沿って互いに結合される、付記3に記載のホース。
[付記5]
糸、リボンの形態の充填材料は、前記外層と前記少なくとも1つの内層との間であって前記ゾーン間に位置するチャンバの領域に配置される、付記4に記載のホース。
[付記6]
前記糸、リボンは、発泡材料からなる、付記5に記載のホース。
[付記7]
前記外層及び前記少なくとも1つの内層は、織布、横編布、縦編布又は編組布として構成される、付記1〜6のいずれか一に記載のホース。
[付記8]
軸方向に延在するマルチフィラメント糸と、周方向に延在するモノフィラメント糸及びマルチフィラメント糸と、を有する、付記1〜7のいずれか一に記載のホース。

前記外層は、耐摩耗性を高める材料で被覆又は含浸されている、付記1〜8のいずれか一に記載のホース。
[付記10]
前記少なくとも1つの内層は、熱伝導率を増加させる材料で被覆又は含浸されている、付記9に記載のホース。
[付記11]
前記ホースは、少なくとも部分的に被覆された糸からなる、付記1〜10のいずれか一に記載のホース。
[付記12]
前記少なくとも1つの内層は、接着剤又は粘着剤で内面的に濡れている、付記1〜11のいずれか一に記載のホース。

前記少なくとも1つの内層は、リボンの形態で形成されている、付記1〜12のいずれか一に記載のホース。

前記リボンは、発泡材料からなる、付記13に記載のホース。
[付記15]
前記ホースは、0.3W/mK以下の熱伝導率を有する、付記1〜14のいずれか一に記載のホース。

Claims (14)
- 長尺物を包み込むための半径方向に収縮可能なテキスタイルホースであって、
a)収縮性の耐摩耗性材料からなる外層(2)と、
b)断熱材料からなる少なくとも1つの内層(4)と、
を備えるホース。 - 前記少なくとも1つの内層(4)の前記断熱材料は、熱導入によって膨張可能である、請求項1に記載のホース。
- 前記外層(2)及び前記少なくとも1つの内層(4)は、テキスタイル結び(26)又は縫合若しくは接着によって適所で結合される、請求項1又は2に記載のホース。
- 前記外層(2)と前記少なくとも1つの内層(4)は、軸方向に伸び、かつ、互いに離間したゾーン(12)に沿って互いに結合される、請求項3に記載のホース。
- 好ましくは発泡材料からなる、糸、リボンの形態の充填材料(23)は、前記外層(2)と前記少なくとも1つの内層(4)との間であって前記ゾーン(12)間に位置するチャンバ(21)の領域に配置される、請求項4に記載のホース。
- 前記外層(2)及び前記少なくとも1つの内層(4)は、織布、横編布、縦編布又は編組布として構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一に記載のホース。
- 軸方向に延在するマルチフィラメント糸と、周方向に延在するモノフィラメント糸及びマルチフィラメント糸と、を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一に記載のホース。
- 前記外層(2)は、耐摩耗性を高める材料で被覆又は含浸されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一に記載のホース。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内層(4)は、熱伝導率を増加させる材料で被覆又は含浸されている、請求項8に記載のホース。
- 前記ホースは、少なくとも部分的に被覆された糸からなる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一に記載のホース。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内層(4)は、接着剤又は粘着剤で内面的に濡れている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一に記載のホース。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内層(4)は、特に、発泡材料からなる、リボンの形態で形成されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一に記載のホース。
- 前記ホースは、0.3W/mK以下の熱伝導率を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一に記載のホース。
- 前記ホースは、1〜8mmの範囲の肉厚を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一に記載のホース。
