Abstract
一種用於包絡長形物體之徑向可收縮的織物軟管,其特徵在於由可收縮之耐磨材料構成的外層(2)及至少一由熱絕緣材料構成的內層(4)。
Description
本發明係有關於一種用於包絡長形物體之徑向可收縮的織物軟管。
由EP 1 685 285 B1已知一種徑向可收縮的布管,其採用雙層編織且具有上布層及下布層,其中此等布層在其邊緣上藉由結合經紗相連並產生一軟管。此類軟管例如在汽車工程領域用來進行機械增強以及提高管件及軟管的耐磨性。為此,將此類軟管拉到長形物體(如管件、軟管及發泡管)上並使其收縮。從而達到抗機械磨損效果。亦可使用發泡管線(如EPDM發泡管)進行絕緣。目前在實踐中係使用例如基於EPDM的發泡軟管來保護汽車中的線路免受熱損失或寒冷因素的影響。此種情形一方面可指為導引介質(如冷卻液)的管線。
亦可指為將電線束包絡住。可實施絕緣措施,來預防汽車的驅動系統因熱損失而發生功率損耗。上述EPDM發泡軟管一方面具有較高絕緣能力,另一方面對機械作用(如磨損)極為敏感。
汽車結構中的結構空間愈來愈窄,因此,在汽車的馬達室中用來熱絕緣的發泡管與其他組件(如較熱或磨損組件)發生接觸的可能性極高。視接觸強度而定地,可能對發泡管施加較大磨損力,此點可能造成發泡管的迅速毀壞並嚴重影響絕緣效果。
本發明之目的在於提出一種用於包絡長形物體之徑向可收縮的織物軟管,其中克服或者至少大幅抑制先前技術中的缺點。
本發明用以達成上述目的之解決方案為如請求項1所述的一種軟管,即一種用於包絡長形物體之徑向可收縮的織物軟管,其特徵在於由可收縮之耐磨材料構成的外層及至少一由熱絕緣材料構成的內層。本發明的軟管在具有一定導熱性的同時具有較高的機械耐磨性,可以單獨一個工序將此種軟管收縮在需要熱絕緣之易發生磨損的桿件、軟管、線纜束、線路、型材、管線上並使其基本上無法挪開地固設於其上,該等桿件、軟管、線纜束、線路、型材、管線並非必然呈長形,而是亦可具有任意形式之彎曲部。如此便毋需將多個覆層後續拉疊在一起。亦可防止易發生磨損之絕緣層(如EPDM發泡管)受損。此種軟管例如可如此地構型,使其用軸向延伸之多絲經紗及周向延伸之可收縮單絲緯紗織布而成。在本發明之軟管發生收縮時,包絡物之外層因可收縮的單絲緯紗而具有使得軟管徑向變細的趨勢。當然,根據本發明,該外層具有以下特性:沿周向縮短,從而引起徑向變細。
為將處理過程中的安裝耗費降至最低,較佳地可在一個生產工序中安裝該保護軟管。故本發明之織物軟管較為有利,因為在一個工序中便能製成其多層式結構,從而節省了將多個層後續拉疊在一起所引起的較大安裝耗費。
在本發明的一種有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使得該至少一內層的材料可在輸熱的情況下泡漲。此舉帶來較大優點:在外層收縮的同時達到內層的泡漲,從而將包絡物緊貼在長形物體上。
在本發明的另一有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使得該
外層與該至少一內層局部透過織物結合、透過縫合或透過膠黏而相連。此種實施方式進一步簡化了本發明之軟管的張緊,因而該軟管的兩個層在張緊時不會相對運動並彼此脫離。如此便提高了安裝的安全性及可靠性。
在本發明的又一有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使得該外層與該至少一內層沿軸向延伸之彼此間隔一定距離的分區而相連。從而有利於實現軟管之緊密且穩定的結構。
在本發明的又一有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使得在該外層與該至少一內層之間,在該等分區之間的腔室之區域內佈置有形式為線材、細帶之較佳地由發泡材料構成的充填材料。此種實施方案可大幅增強本發明之軟管的絕緣特性。存在大量可用之形式為線材及細帶之特別是由發泡材料構成的適用於充填物的絕緣材料。
在本發明的又一有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使得該外層及該至少一內層構建為織布、編結物、針織物或編織物。此點有利於大幅降低本發明之軟管的生產成本。
在本發明的另一有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使其具有軸向延伸之多絲線材以及周向延伸之單絲線材及多絲線材。透過添加周向延伸之例如漂浮有單絲線材的多絲線材,便能控制軟管的導熱性。此外還能對收縮過程施加影響。此外,基於此種有利改良方案還能產生均勻的收縮影像。從而防止所謂的鏈隙(Kettlücke)。結合的穩定性有所提高。
在本發明的又一有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使得該外層塗佈有或浸漬有增強耐磨性的製劑。採用此種有利措施後,便能視具體需要地達到本發明之軟管的使用壽命。

上述製劑對應於先前技術中披露之所謂整理液。例如可藉由全浴浸漬、塗刷或噴霧來施覆此類用於增強導熱性、機械穩定性或冷切能力的製劑。
在本發明的又一有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使其至少部分地由經整理的線材構成。此種實施方式之優點在於:在具體需要最佳化的導熱性、機械穩定性或冷切能力方面,針對所需用途而個別進行整理的線材對本發明之軟管的性能施加積極影響。
在本發明的另一有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使得該至少一內層的內部被附著劑或膠黏劑潤濕。如此便能特別是在應用於振動環境中時,更可靠地將本發明之軟管安置在所選長形物體上。
在本發明的又一有利構建方案中,該軟管如此地構型,使得該至少一形式為細帶的內層特別是由發泡材料構成。在該形式為細帶的內層內部,較佳地包含較傳統氣墊而言更高的氣泡,從而進一步增強絕緣效果。

圖1顯示大體上沿中心剖開的本發明之軟管10,該軟管具有外層2及內層4。外層2實施為包圍絕緣式內層4的耐磨包絡物。軟管10在區域III內已圍繞長形物體(此處例如為管線1)而收縮。
在區域I及II內,軟管10的內徑尚大於管線1的外徑。開始安裝時,將具有區域I所示直徑的本發明之未收縮的軟管10推至管線1上。隨後,例如藉由熱風連續爐自外部對該軟管施加熱量,使其收縮至管線,使得該軟管(如區域II內的過渡部所示)收縮並抵靠在管線1上。在區域III內,軟管10已完全收縮並緊貼在管線1上。如圖所示,絕緣內層4的厚度大於耐磨外層2。

連接26除在織物軟管10中環繞式延伸外,亦沿織物軟管的縱向延伸,以便將各覆層均勻地連接在一起。較佳地,在製成織物軟管10時透過結合技術來建立該等連接26。可透過織布、編結、針織或編織來製造本發明之織物軟管10。亦可透過用膠黏技術進行後續固定或者透過縫合各覆層來建立連接26。圖2右下方為連接26之佈置方案的放大圖。
圖3為織物軟管50的示意圖,該織物軟管係被有益之整理液精整,以改善其導熱性、機械穩定性。該圖為織物軟管50的局部放大圖,以展示整理液(用於精整或整理織物物體的流體),下文稱作“塗層”,將織物軟管50浸透。元件符號60例如表示軟管之被完全浸透的織物層,而元件符號70表示未被精整(即在施覆整理液前)的織物層。
亦可僅對織物軟管的表面進行平面潤濕,即不將整個織物軟管完全浸透。透過此種表面潤濕,內覆層不被整理(整理液)“加固”,如此一來,內層之線材的起伏性保持不變,從而實現更佳的絕緣值。另一優點在於可節約整理材料。
圖4為大體上沿中心剖開的本發明之軟管的一區段的示意性透視圖,該圖類似於圖1。
圖5為本發明之徑向可收縮的織物軟管20的一區段的示意性透視圖,該軟管具有外層22及內層24以及位於二者之間的縱向室21,其部分地充填有充填線23。內層24包圍內腔27,內腔中可容置有(未繪示的)長形物體,如管件、軟管、線纜等等,或者該等長形物體可被本發明之軟管20包絡住。在本發明之軟管20環繞長形物體地被“張緊”(圖1)的情況下,可藉由高溫使其收縮,使得該軟管緊貼長形物體並固定在其上。內層24之內表面29較佳地亦可配設有膠黏劑,以便在收縮過程中更佳地將軟管20附著在長形物體上。圖5所示實施例中被充填之腔室21中的部分腔室包含形式為線材、細帶之較佳地由發
泡材料構成的充填材料23,其用來大幅增強軟管20的絕緣能力。
如圖5所示,本發明之軟管20的外層22及內層24例如係織布而成,且在分區12之區域內例如透過織布而成之結合26相連。在該等縱向延伸之分區12之間佈置有腔室21。在外層22的外側上顯示有平紋組織L1/1,如-|-|-|-|-|-,本發明之軟管20例如織布在該平紋組織中。亦可使用其他結合圖案。亦可針織、編織或編結該軟管。外層22由可收縮的耐磨材料構成,內層24由熱絕緣材料構成。
佈置在腔室21中之充填線23亦對內層24起熱絕緣作用。圖5右上方將腔室21之例如形式為卷線23的“充填物”進行了“曝露”顯示。為此,相應的腔室在此處顯示為“S”形區段。亦可使用多種其他充填材料。在腔室211中例如充填有長形線材231,其在位置T23處“曝露”顯示。此外,亦可使用形式為纖維網或細帶的任意適用之熱絕緣材料。本實施例中顯示的是具有一內層24的軟管20。但根據本發明,亦可疊置式或嵌套式佈置多個(洋蔥皮式)內層24,以便例如增強軟管20的絕緣能力。

Claims (11)
- 一種用於包絡長形物體之徑向可收縮的織物軟管,其特徵在於以下特徵:a)由可收縮之耐磨材料構成的外層(2);及b)至少一由熱絕緣材料構成的內層(4);及c)該外層(2)與該至少一內層(4)透過織物結合(26)或透過縫合或透過膠黏而沿軸向延伸之彼此間隔一定距離的分區(12)相連;且d)在該等分區(12)之間的腔室(21)之區域內佈置有形式為線材、細帶之較佳地由發泡材料構成的充填材料(23)。
- 如請求項1所述之軟管,其中,該至少一內層(4)的材料可在輸熱的情況下泡漲。
- 如請求項1或2所述之軟管,其中,該外層(2)及該至少一內層(4)構建為織布、編結物、針織物或編織物。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之軟管,其中,該軟管具有軸向延伸之多絲線材以及周向延伸之單絲線材及多絲線材。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之軟管,其中,該外層(2)塗佈有或浸漬有增強耐磨性的製劑。
- 如請求項5所述之軟管,其中,該至少一內層(4)塗佈有或浸漬有增強導熱性的製劑。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之軟管,其中,該軟管至少部分地由經整理的線材構成。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之軟管,其中,該至少一內層(4)的內部被附著劑或膠黏劑潤濕。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之軟管,其中,該至少一形式為細 帶的內層(4)特別是由發泡材料構成。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之軟管,其中,該軟管的壁厚為1至8mm。
