Claims (10)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの一面に配置される複数の発熱素子と、
前記ハウジングの他面に配置される流路と、を含み、
前記流路は、前記ハウジングの外部と内部を連通させる流入口及び吐出口を含み、
前記流路は、前記流入口から前記吐出口まで単一ラインによって形成され、
前記流路の断面積は、一定に形成され、
前記流路は、前記複数の発熱素子と垂直方向にオーバーラップ(overlab)される位置に配置される、コンバータ。 - 前記流路には、前記流路の形状に対応して冷媒が流動する冷却パイプが配置される、請求項1に記載のコンバータ。
- 前記冷却パイプは、両端部が前記流入口及び前記流出口で前記ハウジングの外部に露出する、請求項2に記載のコンバータ。
- 前記冷却パイプと前記ハウジングは、インサート(insert)射出方式によって一体で形成される、請求項2に記載のコンバータ。
- 前記他面と結合して前記流路を覆うカバーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコンバータ。
- 前記カバーは、
前記ハウジングと一体で形成され、
前記ハウジングと同じ材質である、請求項5に記載のコンバータ。 - 前記ハウジングは、
他面に前記流路の形状に対応して形成される段差部を含み、
前記段差部以外の領域で突出して形成された複数の放熱ピンを含む、請求項5に記載のコンバータ。 - 前記流路の内周面中で前記発熱素子と向かい合う面は、平面である、請求項1に記載のコンバータ。
- 前記冷却パイプは、複数の直線部と前記直線部を連結する複数の折曲部を持ち、
前記直線部を流動する冷媒の流速は、一定である、請求項1に記載のコンバータ。 - 前記折曲部は、前記発熱素子と向かい合う領域に対向して配置される、請求項9に記載のコンバータ。
