- 冷却パイプ内に充填物を充填する工程と、
前記充填物を充填した前記冷却パイプと発熱体とをインサート成形により一体化する工程を含む
インサート製品の製造方法。 - 前記充填物が、固形粒子を含む
請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記固形粒子には、球形状の固形粒子が含まれる
請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記固形粒子は、セラミック製又は金属製である
請求項2又は請求項3に記載の製造方法。 - 前記充填する工程後、前記一体化する工程の前に、前記冷却パイプに対して振動を与える工程を、さらに含む

前記冷却パイプ及び前記発熱体とを一体的に結合する樹脂を有する
