Description
Claims (9)
- ハウジングを第1(32)及び第2(34)のチャンバに分割するピストン(26)を収容するハウジング(16)と、前記第1のチャンバに固定される加圧ガスを収容するカプセル(66)と、ヘッドスペース(11)内の圧力が所定のレベルを下回るときに前記加圧ガスを前記第1のチャンバへ開放するためのバルブ手段(60)とを含む、炭酸飲料よりも上のヘッドスペースの圧力を前記飲料の分注を確実にする所定のレベルに自動的に維持するために前記飲料用のマルチリットルの容量を有する容器( )への接続に適合している圧力レギュレータバルブであって、
前記第2のチャンバが大気に開放されることと、
前記ピストン(26)が、第1(28)及び第2(30)の面を含むことと、
前記第1の面が、前記ヘッドスペース内の圧力と絶えず連通していることと、
前記カプセル(16)が、前記第1のチャンバに隣接する位置で前記ハウジングに固定されることと、
前記ピストン(26)を前記カプセルに向かって付勢する、前記第2のチャンバ内に着座される力発生部材(44)と、
第1及び第2の位置の間で移動可能なカプセルフォースパッド(86)であって、前記第1の位置にあるときには、前記カプセルバルブ手段が閉じられ、前記第2の位置にあるときには、前記カプセルバルブが解放され、前記圧力下のガスが、前記ハウジングの前記第1のチャンバを経由して前記ヘッドスペース内へ指向される、カプセルフォースパッド(86)と、
前記ヘッドスペース内の圧力が前記所定のレベルを下回るときに、前記力発生部材が前記ピストン(26)を前記カプセル(66)に向かって付勢することに応答して、前記ピストン(26)の前記第1の面が前記カプセルフォースパッド(86)に係合し、前記カプセルフォースパッドを前記第2の位置へ移動させ、前記カプセルバルブ手段を開放することと、
を特徴とする、圧力レギュレータバルブ。 - 前記ハウジング(16)内の傾斜面(100〜102)を含むオン/オフスイッチであって、前記ピストン(26)の前記第1の面(28)の一部が前記傾斜面(100〜102)に係合する、オン/オフスイッチと、前記傾斜面(100〜102)上で前記力発生部材の力に対抗して前記ヘッドスペース内の圧力にもはや応答しない位置へ移動させるように前記ピストンを回転させるための手段(18、48)とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の圧力レギュレータバルブ。
- 前記ピストンを回転させるための前記手段が、前記ハウジングに回転可能に固定されるディスク(18)と、前記ディスク及び前記ピストンに固定されるドライブシャフト(48)とを含む、請求項2に記載の圧力レギュレータバルブ。
- 前記ドライブシャフトが、プレスばめにより前記ディスクに、及びプレスばめにより前記ピストンに固定される、請求項3に記載の圧力レギュレータバルブ。
- 前記ハウジングが、底壁と、前記底壁から上方へ延び、前記傾斜面を形成するべく傾斜しているその上面を有するリブ(104)とを含み、前記ピストンが、前記傾斜面上に載る、内方へ延びるフィンガ(106、108)を含む、請求項2に記載の圧力レギュレータバルブ。
- 前記カプセルバルブ手段が、外方へ延びるフランジ(78)を有するステム(76)と、前記カプセルフォースパッドが前記第1の位置にあるときに前記カプセルバルブを閉じるべく表面と係合するための、前記フランジ上に保持されるシーリング座金(80)とを含む、請求項1に記載の圧力レギュレータバルブ。
- 前記カプセルの頂部の開口部に固定され、前記カプセルから上方へ延びる中空のねじ付きニップル(68)を有するインサート(62)をさらに含み、前記ハウジングが前記ねじ付きニップルにねじ式に固定され、前記インサートが、前記カプセルバルブ部材が内部でシールされる凹部を画定し、前記凹部が、前記シーリング座金が着座する前記表面を与えるショルダを画定する、請求項6に記載の圧力レギュレータバルブ。
- 前記圧力レギュレータバルブを前記容器に固定するために前記ハウジングに固定されるクリンプカップ(24)をさらに含み、第1のばね内の前記力発生手段が、前記クリンプカップと前記ピストンの前記第2の面との間の前記第2のチャンバ内に着座される、請求項1に記載の圧力レギュレータバルブ。
- 前記カプセルフォースパッドが、前記加圧ガスが前記第1のチャンバ内へ流れる複数のスロット(92)を画定する、請求項8に記載の圧力レギュレータバルブ。
