Description
背景
実施例1−分解触媒の調製
様々な量のZSM−5、ゼオライトY、およびゼオライトベータを用いて、いくつかの分解触媒を調製した。さらに、比較触媒を同じ手順で調製した。調製した触媒組成物を表2に示す。さらに、調製した比較触媒組成物を表3に示す。試料2は、比較試料A(25重量%)、比較試料B(15重量%)、および比較試料C(60重量%)のミクロスフェアから調製されたことに留意されたい。使用したZSM−5ゼオライトは、シリカ対アルミナ比が23である、Zeolyst Internationalから市販されているCBV 2314ゼオライトであった。使用したゼオライトベータは、シリカ対アルミナ比が25である、Zeolyst Internationalから市販されているCP814Eゼオライトであった。使用したゼオライトYは、シリカ対アルミナ比が6である、W.R.Grace and Companyから市販されているSP13−0159ゼオライトであった。
実施例2−触媒試験
Khuffガス凝縮物(表1に示される組成物)の接触分解は、ASTM D−3907およびD−5154試験プロトコルに従って日本の桜木理化学製の固定床ミクロ活性試験ユニット(「MAT」)ユニットで実施された。各MAT実験について、完全な物質収支が得られ、約100%であることが見出された。全てのMAT実験は、650℃の分解温度および30秒の流通時間で行われた。全ての試料を、実験前に750℃で3時間水蒸気処理した。
Claims (26)
- 炭化水素供給流を分解するための方法であって、
前記炭化水素供給流を反応器ユニット内で分解触媒と接触させることを含み、前記炭化水素供給流が、少なくとも40度のAPI比重を有し、前記分解触媒が、
全分解触媒の5重量%〜30重量%の量の1つ以上のバインダー材料と、
全分解触媒の30重量%〜60重量%の量の1つ以上のマトリックス材料と、
全分解触媒の5重量%〜45重量%の量の*BEAフレームワーク型ゼオライトと、
全分解触媒の5重量%〜45重量%の量のFAUフレームワーク型ゼオライトと、
全分解触媒の5重量%〜45重量%の量のMFIフレームワーク型ゼオライトと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記炭化水素供給流が、45度〜60度のAPI比重を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記FAUフレームワーク型ゼオライトの量が、全分解触媒の10重量%〜20重量%である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記MFIフレームワーク型ゼオライトの量が、全分解触媒の10重量%〜20重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記MFIフレームワーク型ゼオライト、*BEAフレームワーク型ゼオライト、およびFAUフレームワーク型ゼオライトのうちの1つ以上が五酸化リンを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のバインダー材料のうちの少なくとも1つが擬ベーマイトである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のバインダー材料の量が、全分解触媒の10重量%〜20重量%である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記マトリックス材料のうちの1つ以上が、カオリンである、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 分解触媒が、全分解触媒の30重量%〜50重量%の量の前記1つ以上のマトリックス材料を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記触媒対油の重量比が、7〜10である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記MFIフレームワーク型ゼオライトが、ZSM−5を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記FAUフレームワーク型ゼオライトが、ゼオライトYを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記*BEAフレームワーク型ゼオライトが、ゼオライトベータを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素供給流の、前記分解触媒との前記接触が、エチレン、プロピレン、およびブテンから選択される少なくとも20重量%の軽質オレフィンを含む生成物流を生成する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素供給流がガス凝縮物である、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 炭化水素供給流を分解するためのシステムであって、
反応器と、
前記反応器に流入する炭化水素供給流であって、少なくとも40度のAPI比重を有する、炭化水素供給流と、
前記反応器から流出する生成物流と、
少なくとも前記反応器内に配置された分解触媒と、を含み、前記分解触媒が、
全分解触媒の5重量%〜30重量%の量の1つ以上のバインダー材料と、
全分解触媒の30重量%〜60重量%の量の1つ以上のマトリックス材料と、
全分解触媒の5重量%〜45重量%の量の*BEAフレームワーク型ゼオライトと、
全分解触媒の5重量%〜45重量%の量のFAUフレームワーク型ゼオライトと、
全分解触媒の5重量%〜45重量%の量のMFIフレームワーク型ゼオライトと、
を含む、システム。 - 前記炭化水素供給流が、45度〜60度のAPI比重を有する、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記反応器ユニットが、流動床反応器である、請求項16または17に記載のシステム。
- 前記FAUフレームワーク型ゼオライトの量が、全分解触媒の10重量%〜20重量%である、請求項16〜18のいずれかに記載のシステム。
