Abstract
Description
前記樹脂成分が、
a)メタクリル酸メチルとメタクリル酸と随意としての1種以上の追加のコモノマーとの少なくとも1種のコポリマー、及び
b)随意としての、メタクリル酸メチルと1種以上のアクリル酸C1〜C4アルキルエステルと随意としての1種以上の追加のコモノマーとのコポリマーより成る群から選択される1種以上の追加ポリマー
を含み、
該フィルムが、少なくとも約90%の光線透過率及び約1%未満の曇り度を有し、
前記樹脂成分の重量平均分子量が約90000g/モル未満である場合には、該樹脂成分が、ホスファイト酸化防止剤、ホスフェート酸化防止剤、ホスホネート酸化防止剤、ホスフィン酸化防止剤、フェノール系酸化防止剤、トリアジントリオン酸化防止剤及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の酸化防止剤を追加的に含む、前記フィルム。
前記光学フィルムの引張強さ及びモジュラスはそれぞれ70MPa超及び3GPa超である一方で、引張伸びは好ましくは7%超、より一層好ましくは10%超である。本発明のある実施形態において、フィルム積層プロセスの間に光学フィルムの明らかな応力白化は存在しない。
Claims (27)
- 少なくとも約115℃のTg及び少なくとも約60000g/モルの重量平均分子量を有する樹脂成分を含むフィルムであって、
前記樹脂成分が、
a)メタクリル酸メチルとメタクリル酸と随意としての1種以上の追加のコモノマーとの少なくとも1種のコポリマー、及び
b)随意としての、メタクリル酸メチルと1種以上のアクリル酸C1〜C4アルキルエステルと随意としての1種以上の追加のコモノマーとのコポリマーより成る群から選択される1種以上の追加ポリマー
を含み、
該フィルムが、少なくとも約90%の光線透過率及び約1%未満の曇り度を有し、
前記樹脂成分の重量平均分子量が約90000g/モル未満である場合には、該樹脂成分が、ホスファイト酸化防止剤、ホスフェート酸化防止剤、ホスホネート酸化防止剤、ホスフィン酸化防止剤、フェノール系酸化防止剤、トリアジントリオン酸化防止剤及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の酸化防止剤を追加的に含む、前記フィルム。 - 前記樹脂成分中に前記少なくとも1種の追加ポリマーが存在し、該少なくとも1種の追加ポリマーがメタクリル酸メチルとアクリル酸エチル又はアクリル酸メチルから選択される少なくとも1種のコモノマーとのコポリマーである、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記樹脂成分が約25重量%〜100重量%のa)及び0〜約75重量%のb)から構成され、a)とb)との合計が100重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルム。
- 前記少なくとも1種の追加ポリマーが少なくとも120000g/モルの重量平均分子量を有する、請求項2又は3に記載のフィルム。
- 前記コポリマー中に1種以上の追加のコモノマーが存在し、前記1種以上の追加のコモノマーが、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸メチル、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、無水マレイン酸、メタクリル酸ベンジル、メタクリル酸シクロヘキシル、メタクリル酸t−ブチルシクロヘキシル、メタクリル酸t−ブチル及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記少なくとも1種のコポリマーがメタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸コポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸/アクリル酸エチルコポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸/アクリル酸メチルコポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸/メタクリル酸t−ブチルシクロヘキシルコポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸/スチレンコポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸/スチレン/無水マレイン酸コポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸/無水マレイン酸/α−メチルスチレンコポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸/メタクリル酸t−ブチルシクロヘキシル/メタクリル酸ベンジルコポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸/アクリル酸エチル/メタクリル酸t−ブチルシクロヘキシルコポリマー、メタクリル酸メチル/メタクリル酸/メタクリル酸t−ブチルシクロヘキシル/メタクリル酸t−ブチルコポリマー及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- メタクリル酸がコポリマーの約1〜約7重量%を構成する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記コポリマーがメタクリル酸メチル約79〜約99重量%、メタクリル酸約1〜約7重量%及び1種以上の追加のコモノマー0〜約20重量%から成る、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記樹脂成分のTgが約140℃以下である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 二軸延伸されている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 約10〜約200ミクロンの厚さを有する、請求項10に記載のフィルム。
- 約15〜約80ミクロンの厚さを有する、請求項10に記載のフィルム。
- 約60〜約500ミクロンの厚さを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 560nmの波長において約20nm未満の面内位相差値及び560nmの波長において約20nm未満の面外位相差値(より一層好ましくは両方について10nm未満)を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記樹脂成分の重量平均分子量が少なくとも約100000g/モルである、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記コポリマーが少なくとも約70000g/モルの重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 少なくとも約92%の光線透過率及び0.5%未満の曇り度を有する、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記樹脂成分が3.8kg下で230℃において約0.5〜約2.0g/10分のメルトフローレートを有する、請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- ホスファイト酸化防止剤、ホスフェート酸化防止剤、ホスホネート酸化防止剤、ホスフィン酸化防止剤、フェノール系酸化防止剤、トリアジントリオン酸化防止剤及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の酸化防止剤を追加的に含む、請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- ベンゾフェノンUV安定剤、ベンゾトリアゾールUV安定剤、ヒドロキシフェニルベンゾトリアゾールUV安定剤、ヒドロキシフェニルトリアジンUV安定剤、ベンゾオキサジノンUV安定剤及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される少なくとも1種のUV安定剤を追加的に含む、請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 少なくとも1種の強化剤を追加的に含む、請求項1〜20のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記樹脂成分が13C−NMRによって測定して0.5〜2重量%の酸無水物環構造を含有する、請求項1〜21のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記樹脂成分を溶融押出してフィルムを形成させることを含む、請求項1〜22のいずれかに記載のフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記フィルムを二軸延伸する追加工程を含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1種のフィルムと、請求項1〜24のいずれかに記載のフィルム以外の少なくとも1種の基材又はフィルムとを含む積層体。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1種のフィルムを含む液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)又はOLED装置。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1種のフィルムを含む物品であって、反射フィルム、多層フィルム、誘目フィルム、装飾フィルム、銀コーティングミラーフィルム、レンチキュラーフィルム、IDカード、電気製品、輸送用車両、ソーラーフィルム及びデュアル輝度向上フィルムより成る群から選択される、前記物品。
