Claims (15)
- 一対の保持要素を有し、前記保持要素の各々は、骨へのそれぞれの固定スクリューを受け入れるための貫通孔をそれぞれ有する、骨端固定のための骨プレート内部固定装置であって、前記骨プレート内部固定装置は、前記保持要素を互いに構造的に接続し且つ拘束する中央部分をさらに有し、前記中央部分は、前記骨プレートの屈曲を可能にするように可撓性であり、各前記貫通孔は、それぞれの前記固定スクリューの対応する表面と結合するように適合されたねじ山付き表面を有し、前記保持要素及び前記中央部分は、複合構造として提供される、
骨プレート内部固定装置。 - 前記ねじ山付き表面は、それぞれの前記固定スクリューで前記保持要素の各々を固く拘束するように構成され、前記中央部分においてのみ可撓性である骨プレートを提供する、
請求項1に記載の骨プレート内部固定装置。 - 前記貫通孔は実質的に円筒形であり、前記ねじ山付き表面は、前記の実質的に円筒形の貫通孔の内側側面である、

請求項4又は5に記載の骨プレート内部固定装置。 - 前記複合構造の前記中央部分は、複数の弾性要素を有し、前記弾性要素は、前記複合構造の前記保持要素のそれぞれと各自身の末端で拘束される少なくとも1対、好ましくは2対の金属ワイヤ又はケーブルを有する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレート内部固定装置。 - 前記弾性要素は、前記骨プレート内部固定装置の長手方向軸に対して対称に配置される、

請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレート内部固定装置。 - 前記骨プレート内部固定装置は実質的に平坦であり、前記複合構造の前記中央部分は前記保持要素の底面に対して高くされ、前記底面は前記固定スクリューのステムに向かって面するように構成され、前記の高くされた中央部分は骨端への圧力を制限するように構成される、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレート内部固定装置。 - 前記複合構造の前記中央部分は、前記骨プレート内部固定装置の一時的な固定のためのガイドワイヤの通過を可能にするように構成された、中央貫通孔をさらに有する、

請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレート内部固定装置。 - 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレート内部固定装置を有する骨端固定キットであって、骨への少なくとも2つの固定スクリューをさらに有し、前記2つの固定スクリューの各々は、それ自身の外面にねじ山を付けられたヘッドを有し、前記ヘッドは、それぞれの前記貫通孔の前記ねじ山付き表面と結合するように構成される、
