Claims (12)
- 中央連結部分によって連結される一対の葉状部分を含む二葉又は8字形状の骨板を含む種類の、軟組織の不十分な被膜を備える解剖学的領域又は骨端において合成手段として使用される種類の、骨板の内部固定デバイスであって、
対応する骨固定ネジを受け入れるために、前記一対の葉状部分の各々において、少なくとも1つの貫通穴が形成され、
前記骨板の前記一対の葉状部分の各々は、前記骨板の前記中央連結部分の第2の上面と一致する基準平面に対して傾斜させられる上面と、より小さい傾斜で同じ基準平面に対して傾斜させられ、骨と接触するように構成される、下面とを有することを特徴とする、
内部固定デバイス。 - 前記上面は、第1の所定の角度で同じ基準平面に対して傾斜させられ、前記下面は、第2の所定の角度で傾斜させられ、前記下面の前記第2の所定の角度は、前記上面の前記第1の所定の角度の傾斜よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記上面の前記第1の所定の角度の傾斜は、6°〜15°の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記上面の前記第1の所定の角度の傾斜は、12°に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記下面の前記第2の所定の角度の傾斜は、5°に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項2乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記骨板の両端は、前記骨板の中心から離れる方向において徐々に先細ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記下面は、前記両端で、前記基準平面に対して傾斜させられない平坦な構成に戻ることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記骨板は、2つの葉を有し、実質的に8字形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 当該内部固定デバイスは、前記骨板の長手軸に対して横方向にあり、前記中央連結部分の領域において前記下面にのみ形成される、凹部又は空洞を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記骨板は、対向する前記下面及び前記上面の僅かにアーチ状の断面プロファイルを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記対向する前記下面及び前記上面の前記アーチ状のプロファイルの曲率半径は、互いに僅かに異なることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記下面の曲率半径は、前記骨との接着を向上させるために、前記上面の曲率半径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の内部固定デバイス。
