Description
Claims (11)
- 小児患者の変形した長骨の端に対して行われる骨端固定術において使用される骨板式の内部固定デバイスであって、
中央連結部分によって連結される一対の葉状部分を含む二葉又は8字形状の骨板を含み、前記一対の葉状部分の各々には、前記変形した長骨の骨端又は骨幹端に対して前記一対の葉状部分の各々を締め付けるように構成される対応する骨固定ネジを受け入れるために、少なくとも1つの貫通穴が形成され、
前記骨板の前記一対の葉状部分の各々は、前記骨板の前記中央連結部分の第2の上面と一致する基準平面に対して所定の第1の角度で傾斜させられる上面と、前記長骨と接触するように構成される部分を有し、同じ基準平面に対して所定の第2の角度で傾斜させられる、下面とを有し、該下面の前記第2の角度の前記傾斜は、前記上面の前記第1の角度の前記傾斜よりも小さいことを特徴とする、
内部固定デバイス。 - 前記上面の前記第1の角度の傾斜は、6°~15°の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記上面の前記第1の角度の傾斜は、12°に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記下面の前記第2の角度の傾斜は、5°に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記骨板の両端は、前記骨板の中心から離れる方向において徐々に先細ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記下面は、前記両端で前記基準平面に対して平行で平坦な部分を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記骨板は、2つの葉を有し、8字形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 当該内部固定デバイスは、前記骨板の長手軸に対して横方向にあり、前記中央連結部分の下面に形成される、凹部又は空洞を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記骨板は、当該内部固定デバイスの長手方向に対して垂直な方向において対向する前記下面及び前記上面のアーチ状の断面プロファイルを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記対向する前記下面及び前記上面の前記アーチ状の断面プロファイルの曲率半径は、互いに異なることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の内部固定デバイス。
- 前記下面の曲率半径は、前記上面の曲率半径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の内部固定デバイス。
