Description
Claims (9)
- 一側方向から流体が流入され、内部断面が円状に備えられ、前記流体の回転流動を形成するサイクロン本体部材と、
前記サイクロン本体部材の中央上端部に備えられ、少なくとも一部の断面が非円形を形成し、回転流動を低減させることで前記流体を排出する排出部材と、を含む、フィルタユニット。 - 前記排出部材は、前記サイクロン本体部材と結合する下端部が円形の断面を形成し、前記流体が排出される上端部は非円形の断面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記排出部材は、前記流体が排出される上端部が楕円形の断面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記排出部材は、断面が楕円形であるシリンダー状に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記排出部材が形成する断面の楕円形は、短軸の長さが長軸の長さの0.2〜0.8倍であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記排出部材は、
前記サイクロン本体部材の中央上端部に備えられ、断面が円形であり、フレキシブル(flexible)な素材で形成されるホース部と、
前記ホース部の外面に接するように備えられ、前記ホース部の一部を加圧して前記ホース部の少なくとも一部の断面を非円形に形成するクランプ部と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット。 - 前記クランプ部は、
前記サイクロン本体部材に結合し、前記ホース部と水平方向に備えられる結合軸と、
前記結合軸に一端部がピン結合し、前記ホース部の外部面の両側に備えられる一対のスイングフィンガーと、
前記サイクロン本体部材に固定され、互いに異なる方向にねじ山が形成された前記スイングフィンガーの他端部のねじ溝とねじ結合する駆動モータと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のフィルタユニット。 - 前記スイングフィンガーは、前記ホース部と接する中央部が曲面を形成するように備えられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタユニットと、
前記フィルタユニットと連結され、流体のめっき蒸気を前記フィルタユニットに供給するるつぼユニットと、
前記フィルタユニットの排出部材と連結され、前記フィルタユニットから排出されるめっき蒸気を鋼板に噴射するノズルユニットと、を含む、めっき装置。
