Claims (14)
- 自動車ヘッドライト用の発光モジュールであって、
導光板と、
前記導光板のリア面の後方に距離を置いて位置付けられた第1の照明ユニットと、
前記導光板のサイド面の側方に位置付けられた第2の照明ユニットと
を有し、
前記導光板は、
光を出射するためのフロント面、
前記フロント面の反対側に位置し、前記第1の照明ユニットによって放たれる第1の光ビームを導入するための第1の光入射面として使用される前記リア面、及び
前記導光板の側面に位置し、且つ前記第2の照明ユニットによって放たれる第2の光ビームを導入するための第2の光入射面として使用される前記サイド面
を有し、
前記導光板は、その前記リア面に、前記第1の光ビームを地面の方に下向きに屈折させるための、及び前記第2の光ビームを前記導光板の前記フロント面に向けて前方に反射させるための、複数の凹構造を有する、
発光モジュール。 - 前記導光板は、その前記フロント面に、前記凹構造によって反射された前記第2の光ビームを拡散させるための複数の拡散構造を有し、前記複数の凹構造は、前記第2の光ビームを前記複数の拡散構造に向けて前方に反射するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数の凹構造の各々は、角柱形構造、角錐形構造又は楔形構造である、請求項2に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記角錐は四角錐であり、前記角柱は三角柱である、請求項3に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記三角柱は、2つの底面に垂直な三つの側面を有する直立三角柱である、請求項4に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記直立三角柱の第1の側面と第2の側面との間の角度は90°である、請求項5に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記直立三角柱の前記第1の側面が、前記導光板の前記リア面に沿って延在している、請求項6に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記直立三角柱の前記2つの底面の各々が、第1の直角辺及び第2の直角辺を有する三角形を有し、前記第1の直角辺の長さが、前記第2の直角辺の長さの0.8倍以上である、請求項6に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記第1の直角辺の長さは、前記第2の直角辺の長さの約0.8−2.5倍である、請求項8に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数の凹構造及び前記複数の拡散構造は、それぞれ、複数列に等間隔に配置され、各列の前記凹構造の鉛直方向の大きさ及び高さ位置が、対応する列の前記拡散構造の鉛直方向の大きさ及び高さ位置に実質的に等しい、請求項2乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記第1の照明ユニットは、前記自動車ヘッドライトのロービーム照明ユニットであり、前記第2の照明ユニットは、前記自動車ヘッドライトの日中走行灯照明ユニット又はフロント車幅灯照明ユニットである、請求項2乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記第1の照明ユニットは、第1の光源と、該第1の光源から放たれる前記第1の光ビームを前記導光板の前記リア面に垂直な方向に向け直す第1の反射器とを有し、
前記第2の照明ユニットは、第2の光源と、該第2の光源から放たれる前記第2の光ビームを前記導光板の前記サイド面に垂直な方向に向け直す第2の反射器とを有する、
請求項2乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記第2の照明ユニットは、前記第2の照明ユニットから放たれる前記第2の光ビームが、前記第2の照明ユニットに面する前記凹構造の側面で全反射されるように構成される、請求項2乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記導光板はPMMAからなり、前記第2の照明ユニットは、前記第2の照明ユニットから放たれる前記第2の光ビームが、前記第2の照明ユニットに面する前記凹構造の側面に、42°よりも大きい入射角で当たるように構成される、請求項2乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光モジュール。
