本发明提供一种避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统,包括光源和厚壁件,所述光源位于厚壁件的焦点位置,所述厚壁件上包括有侧壁、前发光面、准直孔、浅孔和厚壁件侧壁边缘,所述浅孔上设置有浅孔入光面、浅孔出光面、浅孔左侧侧壁和浅孔右侧侧壁,光源发出的光经过侧壁反射后的光以及经过准直孔准直后的光平行于行车方向,然后垂直经过浅孔入射面,再经过浅孔前出光面扩散,光线以朝内角度方向出射后来到前发光面,来到前发光面的光线二次扩散后,朝内角度方向入射到浅孔前出光面的光线以更大的角度朝内方向角度出射,解决了大角度下可视角法规问题,又能避免在外透镜添加花纹以及新增内透镜,提高整灯的美观性。

避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统。
背景技术
厚壁件是一种将光源置于焦点处发光,光线经过厚壁区域准直,再通过前表面花纹进行光线扩散,达到均匀显示效果的新型技术,广泛应用于民用高端家轿,前灯、后灯皆有,多用于转向灯、日间行车灯、位置灯、刹车灯等,主要采用LED光源,已经逐渐成为汽车车灯的主要配置。
随着车灯潮流趋势,造型的多样性在车灯领域愈加重要,厚壁件在车灯上的应用将会愈发广泛,厚壁件造型的车灯也逐渐占领市场。以往的车灯造型相对单一,大多数厚壁件光学系统都能满足可视角法规要求,然而近年随着车灯造型的多样化设计,对信号灯设计的要求越来越高,发光位置,发光区域大小都受到多方面的限制,因此,越来越多的厚壁件光学系统也出现了不能较好满足大可视角法规的现象。目前,当出现大视角无法满足可视角法规时,设计只能通过在外透镜上添加花纹,或新增带花纹或皮纹的内透镜来扩大可视角,然而外透镜上添加花纹会影响整灯的美观性,新增带花纹或皮纹的内透镜会降低整灯的发光效率。
鉴于上述问题,设计一种新的在厚壁件的前发光面后方挖一排带条纹的浅孔以扩大可视角的厚壁件光学系统,既解决了大角度下可视角法规问题,又能避免在外透镜添加花纹以及新增内透镜,提高整灯的美观性及发光效率,是解决以上所述问题的关键。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供了一种避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统,在厚壁件的前发光面后方挖一排带条纹的浅孔,将准直光线以一定角度扩散后出射到厚壁件前发光面,以更大的扩散角出射,既解决了大角度下可视角法规问题,又避免了在外透镜上再添加花纹,提高整灯的美观性及发光效率,当信号灯可视角无法满足法规时,能够通过新增的浅孔,解决厚壁件的可视角问题,从而避免在外透镜上添加花纹,提高了整灯的美观性。
本发明提供一种避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统,包括光源和厚壁件,所述光源位于厚壁件的焦点位置,所述厚壁件上包括有侧壁、前发光面、准直孔、浅孔和厚壁件侧壁边缘,所述侧壁位于厚壁件两侧,前发光面位于厚壁件的前端,准直孔位于厚壁件中部,所述浅孔位于前发光面处,厚壁件侧壁边缘位于前发光面两侧,所述浅孔上设置有浅孔入光面、浅孔出光面、浅孔左侧侧壁和浅孔右侧侧壁,光源发出的光经过侧壁反射后的光以及经过准直孔准直后的光平行于行车方向,然后垂直经过浅孔入射面,再经过浅孔前出光面扩散,光线以朝内角度方向出射后来到前发光面,来到前发光面的光线二次扩散后,朝内角度方向入射到浅孔前出光面的光线以更大的角度朝内方向角度出射,解决了大角度下可视角法规问题,又能避免在外透镜添加花纹以及新增内透镜,提高整灯的美观性。
进一步改进在于:所述浅孔入光面垂直于行车方向,以满足进入浅孔的光为平行于行车方向的光线。
进一步改进在于:所述浅孔左侧侧壁和浅孔右侧侧壁与行车方向平行。
进一步改进在于:所述浅孔的前出光面上带有扩散条纹,扩散条纹根据车灯实际情况调节入射光的出射方向,当可视角在内45°不满足法规时,扩散面调节为朝内向扩散,当可视角在外80°不满足法规时,扩散面调节为朝外扩散。
进一步改进在于:所述浅孔右侧侧壁距离厚壁件侧壁边缘的距离大于等于2mm,具体可根据实际配光结果以及车灯造型调整。
进一步改进在于:所述浅孔左侧侧壁到右侧侧壁的最小距离为4mm,最大可根据实际造型及配光结果调整。
浅孔数量可根据实际配光结果调整,在满足可视角法规情况下,数量越少越好。
进一步改进在于:所述浅孔的深度最小为2mm,最大则贯穿整个厚壁件,方向为从厚壁件顶部往底部挖,或从底部往顶部挖,一般情况下,从顶部往底部挖更容易满足法规。
在满足可法规的情况下,浅孔挖的越浅,单个宽度越小,整个厚壁件的均匀性越好。浅孔的排布尽量与外透镜轮廓保持平行,有利于提高厚壁美观性。
如果同时做多个浅孔,相邻两个浅孔的间距大于等于2mm。
进一步改进在于:所述浅孔出光面距离厚壁件的前发光面的最小距离为3mm。
进一步改进在于:所述厚壁件的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚碳酸酯。
所述系统的浅孔的排布方式为多种,在满足法规的基础上,浅孔的数量及大小可变,并无限制,优选举例可为一排小孔均匀分布,或者为至少一个的宽的浅孔,或者为满足要求要求时的设计位置排布一个浅孔。
本发明的有益效果是:在厚壁件的前发光面后方挖一排带条纹的浅孔,将准直光线以一定角度扩散后出射到厚壁件前发光面,以更大的扩散角出射,既解决了大角度下可视角法规问题,又避免了在外透镜上再添加花纹,提高整灯的美观性及发光效率,当信号灯可视角无法满足法规时,能够通过新增的浅孔,解决厚壁件的可视角问题,从而避免在外透镜上添加花纹,提高了整灯的美观性。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
图1、5为现有技术的厚壁件光学系统,光源1位于焦点位置,光源1发出的光经过厚壁件2的侧壁3反射后来到前发光面4,扩散后出射,以及经过准直孔5准直后来到前发光面4,扩散后出射,基于当前车灯造型多样化、信号灯结构结构复杂的情况下,为了满足法规光能分布,确保行车方向光能整体输出,所以前发光面4的扩散面的扩散角不能设计太大,扩散角过大会造成整体效率过低,而限制大小的扩散角而会导致内45°下15°方向没有足够输出光,从而导致可视角在内45°下15°方向出现可视角不满足法规的问题。
为解决上述问题,本实施例提供一种在厚壁件前发光面后方挖一排带条纹的浅孔的厚壁件光学系统,如图2、6所示,本发明的光学系统,包括光源1、和厚壁件2,所述厚壁件2包括侧壁3、前发光面4、准直孔5、浅孔6,其中,本发明的光学系统的所述浅孔6的入光面7垂直于行车方向,浅孔左侧侧壁9和浅孔右侧侧壁10与行车方向平行,浅孔6的前出光面8上带有扩散条纹,扩散条纹可根据车灯实际情况调节入射光的出射方向,当可视角在内45°不满足法规时,扩散面调节为朝内向扩散,当可视角在外80°不满足法规时,扩散面调节为朝外扩散。以内向45°不满足法规为例,光源1位于焦点位置,光源1发出的光经过侧壁3反射后的光平行于行车方向,垂直经过浅孔入射面7,再经过浅孔前出光面8扩散,较多光线以朝内角度方向出射后来到前发光面4,来到前发光面4的光线会二次扩散后,朝内角度方向入射到浅孔前出光面7的光线会以更大的角度朝内方向角度出射;光源1发出的光经过准直孔5准直后的光平行于行车方向,垂直经过浅孔入射面7,再经过浅孔前出光面8扩散后来得到前发光面4,较多光线以朝内角度方向出射后来到前发光面4,来到前发光面4的光线会二次扩散后,朝内角度方向入射到浅孔前出光面7的光线会以更大的角度朝内方向角度出射,因此可满足内角度可视角要求解决现有技术的因前发光面4的扩散面扩散角不能过大而导致可视角不满足法规的缺陷。
图7为图6虚线框的局部放大图。浅孔6的前发光面8距离厚壁件的前发光面4最小距离为3mm,浅孔6的添加的范围的起始点为:浅孔右侧侧壁距离厚壁件侧壁边缘11的距离为大于等于2mm的位置,具体可根据实际配光结果调整,终点位置需根据实际的配光结果进行决定和调整。每个浅孔的宽度最小为4mm,最大需根据实际的配光结果进行决定和调整,浅孔数量可根据实际配光结果调整,在满足可视角法规情况下,数量越少越好。浅孔深度最小为2mm,最大可贯穿整个厚壁件,方向可以从厚壁件顶部往底部挖,也可从底部往顶部挖,一般情况下,从顶部往底部挖更容易满足法规,具体方向可根据客户需求决定。在满足可法规的情况下,浅孔挖的越浅,单个宽度越小,整个厚壁件的均匀性越好。浅孔的排布尽量与外透镜轮廓保持平行,有利于提高厚壁美观性。
图8、图9为变形例,浅孔宽度,长度可调,每个浅孔之间间隔可最小为2mm,可有多种排布方式,如图4所示一排小孔均匀分布,图8为3个宽的浅孔,图9为1个浅孔,在满足法规的基础上,数量及大小可变。

1.一种避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统,包括光源(1)和厚壁件(2),所述光源(1)位于厚壁件(2)的焦点位置,所述厚壁件(2)上包括有侧壁(3)、前发光面(4)、准直孔(5)、浅孔(6)和厚壁件侧壁边缘(11),所述侧壁(3)位于厚壁件(2)两侧,前发光面(4)位于厚壁件(2)的前端,准直孔(5)位于厚壁件(2)中部,所述浅孔(6)位于前发光面(4)处,厚壁件侧壁边缘(11)位于前发光面(4)两侧,所述浅孔(6)上设置有浅孔入光面(7)、浅孔出光面(8)、浅孔左侧侧壁(9)和浅孔右侧侧壁(10),光源(1)发出的光经过侧壁(3)反射后的光以及经过准直孔(5)准直后的光平行于行车方向,然后垂直经过浅孔入射面(7),再经过浅孔前出光面(8)扩散,光线以朝内角度方向出射后来到前发光面(4),来到前发光面(4)的光线二次扩散后,朝内角度方向入射到浅孔前出光面(7)的光线以更大的角度朝内方向角度出射,解决了大角度下可视角法规问题,又能避免在外透镜添加花纹以及新增内透镜,提高整灯的美观性。
2.如权利要求1所述的避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统,其特征在于:所述浅孔入光面(7)垂直于行车方向,以满足进入浅孔的光为平行于行车方向的光线。
3.如权利要求1所述的避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统,其特征在于:所述浅孔左侧侧壁(9)和浅孔右侧侧壁(10)与行车方向平行。
4.如权利要求1所述的避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统,其特征在于:所述浅孔(6)的前出光面(8)上带有扩散条纹,当可视角在内45°不满足法规时,扩散面调节为朝内向扩散,当可视角在外80°不满足法规时,扩散面调节为朝外扩散。
5.如权利要求1所述的避免外透镜做可视角花纹的厚壁件光学系统,其特征在于:所述浅孔(6)右侧侧壁距离厚壁件侧壁边缘(11)的距离大于等于2mm。
