Claims (15)
- 投影データに基づいた物体画像の偏心検出器X線トモグラフィ再構成のためのデバイスであって、
前記投影データは、360°未満の2回の回転パスにおける前記物体の周りのX線源及び偏心検出器の回転中に、前記偏心検出器によって取得され、前記X線源は、焦点を有する発散X線ビームを生成し、前記焦点は、前記2回の回転パスにおいて大部分が重なり合う円弧に沿って移動し、前記偏心検出器は、前記発散X線ビームの中心線に対して非対称に配置され、検出器オフセットの方向が、前記2回の回転パス間で逆にされ、
前記デバイスは、冗長重み付け関数を使用して、前記2回の回転パスの各回転パス中の投影値の冗長取得に関する前記投影データの冗長重み付けを行い、前記冗長重み付け関数は、前記円弧の和集合に基づいて決定される、デバイス。 - 前記円弧の前記和集合の長さを表すパラメータに基づいて、前記冗長重み付け関数を決定する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記パラメータは、前記X線源の公称位置について経験的に決定される前記パラメータの値に基づいて、1回目の回転パス及び2回目の回転パスの開始時及び終了時における前記X線源の前記公称位置に対して、前記デバイスに予め記憶されている、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記パラメータは、各回転パスの開始時及び終了時における前記X線源の測定位置に基づいて決定される、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 実際の円弧の和集合以上である前記円弧の前記和集合の推定される長さを表す前記パラメータの推定値を使用する、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記冗長重み付け関数は、パーカー重み付け関数に相当する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記偏心検出器に入射する前記発散X線ビームは、エッジ線と中心線との間の第1の開口角と第2の開口角との和に相当する開口角を有し、前記発散X線ビームの前記焦点は、各回転パスにおいて、180°と大きい方の開口角の2倍との和以上である回転角だけ回転させられる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 1回目の回転パス中の前記発散X線ビームの前記焦点の公称回転角と、2回目の回転パス中の前記発散X線ビームの前記焦点の公称回転角とは、互いに一致する、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記検出器オフセットは、1回目の回転パス中に第1の方向及び第1の大きさを有し、2回目の回転パス中に第2の方向及び第2の大きさを有し、前記第2の大きさは前記第1の大きさに一致し、前記第2の方向は前記第1の方向とは反対である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
