Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 2つの磁性環と、
外周が機械的に補強されているコイル環と、
前記コイル環の軸方向における屈曲に抗するように前記コイル環の中央開口部に設けられた手段と、を備え、
前記磁性環及び前記コイル環は、共通軸を有し、
前記2つの磁性環によって、前記2つの磁性環の間のギャップを横切って延びる、前記共通軸の周りの複数の磁場が画定され、前記コイル環は、前記ギャップ内の前記共通軸の周りに一連のコイルを有し、前記磁性環が前記コイル環に対して回転させられると、前記磁場からの一連の磁束が前記コイルの巻線を横切り、前記コイル内に電流を誘導する、軸方向磁束回転発電機。 - 軸方向の屈曲に抗する前記手段は、1つ以上の硬化部材で形成され、
前記硬化部材は、前記硬化部材の片側または両側において、前記コイル環の中央部に固定され、好ましくは、軸方向に屈曲するという前記コイル環の傾向を低下させるように設計された材料で形成され、
前記硬化部材は、好ましくはそれ自体が環状である、請求項1に記載の軸方向磁束回転発電機。 - 軸方向の屈曲に抗する前記手段は、ベアリングを備える、請求項1又は2に記載の軸方向磁束発電機。
- 前記ベアリングが接触型のベアリングである、請求項3に記載の軸方向磁束発電機。
- 前記コイル環の軸方向の屈曲に抗するための前記手段は、前記コイル環に配置される、プラスチック製のベアリング表面を備え、前記ベアリング表面は、前記コイル環に配置された前記プラスチック製のベアリング表面の両側において、前記磁性環に取り付けられたベアリング表面と、滑り接触で、または滑り接触に近い状態で作用する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の軸方向磁束回転発電機。
- 静止状態において、前記コイル環に配置された前記ベアリング表面と、前記磁性環に配置された前記ベアリング表面と、の間にギャップが存する、請求項5に記載の軸方向磁束回転発電機。
- 前記手段はさらに、環状ボールレース又はこれと同等のものを備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の軸方向磁束回転発電機。
- 前記環状ボールレースの内側部分は、前記磁性環の間に延びるカラーに固定され、前記環状ボールレースの外側部分は、前記コイル環の内側周面に固定される、請求項7に記載の軸方向磁束回転発電機。
- 前記磁性環の間に延びる環状カラーをさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の軸方向磁束回転発電機。
- 軸方向の屈曲に抗する前記手段の一部は、前記カラーに取り付けられる、請求項9に記載の軸方向磁束発電機。
- 軸方向の屈曲に抗する前記手段の少なくとも一部は、前記環状カラーの、1つ以上の円周溝内に収容される、請求項9又は10に記載の軸方向磁束回転発電機。
- 前記コイル環の少なくとも一部は、前記1つ以上の円周溝の中に向かって延びる、請求項11に記載の軸方向磁束発電機。
- 前記環状カラーは前記共通軸から離隔している、請求項9〜12のいずれか1つに記載の軸方向磁束発電機。
- 軸方向の屈曲に抗する前記手段に対して潤滑剤が提供されるように、前記磁性環の間に延びるカラーを貫通して設けられたチャネルをさらに備える、請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の軸方向磁束回転発電機。
- 前記コイル環が、前記コイル環の軸方向厚さの少なくとも30倍以上である直径を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載の軸方向磁束回転発電機。
- 軸方向の屈曲に抗する前記手段は、前記コイル環のすべてのコイルの径方向内側に存する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1つに記載の軸方向磁束発電機。
