Abstract
Description
ステップS11の加工工程抽出工程では、加工工程抽出部31により、加工プログラムから複数の加工工程を抽出する。
ステップS12の工具情報取得工程では、加工時間算出部33が、工具情報記憶部32から、加工工程で使用される工具Tの送り速度の最小値及び最大値を取得する。
ステップS13の加工時間算出工程では、加工時間算出部33が、加工プログラムに基づいて、工具Tの送り速度を加工プログラムに記述された速度とした場合、工具情報記憶部32から取得した最小値とした場合、及び最大値とした場合の加工時間を算出する。
ステップS14の優先順位設定工程では、優先順位設定部34により、各加工工程に優先順位を設定する。
ステップS15の設定値変更工程では、設定値変更部35により、優先順位が高い加工工程から順に工具Tの送り速度を変更する。

Claims (5)
- 加工プログラムを解析して、工具の送り速度を変更可能な複数の加工工程を抽出する加工工程抽出部と、
前記加工工程抽出部が抽出した前記加工工程に優先順位を設定する優先順位設定部と、
前記加工プログラムに基づいて、前記加工工程ごとに加工時間を算出する加工時間算出部と、
前記加工時間算出部が算出した加工時間の合計値を目標値に近付けるよう、前記優先順位設定部が設定した優先順位が高いものから順に前記工具の送り速度の設定値を変更する設定値変更部と、
を備える加工制御装置。 - 前記設定値変更部は、前記加工時間算出部が算出した前記加工工程ごとの加工時間の合計値をユーザに対して提示するとともに、前記ユーザの入力に従って前記工具の送り速度を変更する請求項1に記載の加工制御装置。
- 前記工具ごとに設定可能な送り速度の最小値及び最大値を記憶する工具情報記憶部をさらに備え、
前記設定値変更部は、前記工具ごとに設定可能な送り速度の最小値及び最大値を表示する、請求項2に記載の加工制御装置。 - 前記設定値変更部は、前記ユーザが表示された前記最小値及び最大値の一方を選択することにより前記送り速度を変更できるよう構成される、請求項3に記載の加工制御装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の加工制御装置と、
前記加工制御装置により制御される加工装置と、
を備える工作機械。
