Claims (8)
- 走行用駆動力源と、
前記走行用駆動力源と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に配設され、複数の油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合解放状態によって複数のギヤ段を成立させることができる自動変速機と、
圧力室内に供給された作動油の油圧に基づいてピストンを前進させて前記油圧式摩擦係合装置を係合させる一方、作動油が供給されることにより前記圧力室内の作動油の遠心油圧による推力をキャンセルするキャンセラー室が、前記ピストンを挟んで前記圧力室と反対側に設けられている油圧シリンダと、
前記走行用駆動力源によって機械的に回転駆動されて油圧を発生する機械式オイルポンプを備え、前記油圧シリンダの前記圧力室および前記キャンセラー室に作動油を供給する油圧制御回路と、
を有する車両の制御装置において、
前記車両の発進加速時に、予め定められた先読み時間経過後の前記自動変速機の入力回転速度である先読み入力回転速度を算出し、前記複数の油圧式摩擦係合装置のうち解放指示されている解放側係合装置に関して前記先読み時間経過後に前記油圧シリンダの前記ピストンに作用する前進方向のピストン押し付け力予測値を、前記先読み入力回転速度に応じて前記圧力室内の作動油および前記キャンセラー室内の作動油に生じる遠心油圧に基づいて算出し、該ピストン押し付け力予測値が予め定められた引き摺り判定値以上の場合に前記入力回転速度の上昇を抑制する発進時入力回転制限部を有する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記走行用駆動力源はエンジンであり、
前記車両の制御装置は、前記車両の停止時に前記エンジンを自動的に停止させるエンジン自動停止制御部を備えており、
前記発進時入力回転制限部は、前記エンジンが前記エンジン自動停止制御部による自動停止から復帰して始動させられた時の発進加速時に適用される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記自動変速機は、変速比が異なる複数の前進ギヤ段を成立させることができる変速機で、前記解放側係合装置の前記油圧シリンダは前記自動変速機の入力軸に連結されて前記入力回転速度と同じ回転速度で回転させられる一方、
前記発進時入力回転制限部は、前記自動変速機をアップシフトして前記入力回転速度の上昇を抑制するものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記発進時入力回転制限部は、前記エンジンの吸入空気量を制限して前記入力回転速度の上昇を抑制するものである
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記発進時入力回転制限部は、
前記機械式オイルポンプの停止時間に基づいて前記キャンセラー室内の作動油の残油量を算出するとともに、前記機械式オイルポンプの始動後の経過時間に基づいて前記キャンセラー室内へ供給される作動油の供給油量を算出し、前記残油量および前記供給油量を加算してキャンセラー室側油量を求める油量算出部と、
前記先読み入力回転速度および前記キャンセラー室側油量に基づいて前記ピストンを後退させる方向の後退側推力を算出し、前記圧力室内の作動油による前進側推力から該後退側推力を引き算して前記ピストン押し付け力予測値を求める押し付け力算出部と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記油量算出部は、前記機械式オイルポンプの停止時間に基づいて前記圧力室内の作動油の残油量を算出して圧力室側油量とし、
前記押し付け力算出部は、前記先読み入力回転速度および前記圧力室側油量に基づいて前記前進側推力を算出し、該前進側推力から前記後退側推力を引き算して前記ピストン押し付け力予測値を求める
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記油圧制御回路は、前記機械式オイルポンプから前記作動油が供給されるライン圧油路に接続されて、前記作動油の一部をリリーフすることにより、前記ライン圧油路の油圧をライン圧に調圧するリリーフ型のライン圧調圧弁を備えており、
前記圧力室には、前記ライン圧油路に接続された係合解放調圧弁により前記ライン圧を元圧として調圧された作動油が供給される一方、前記キャンセラー室には、前記ライン圧調圧弁からリリーフされて各部の潤滑部位へ供給されるリリーフ油の一部が供給される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記油圧制御回路は、前記ライン圧調圧弁から前記リリーフ油が供給される第2ライン圧油路に接続されて、前記リリーフ油の一部をリリーフすることにより、前記第2ライン圧油路の油圧を第2ライン圧に調圧するリリーフ型の第2ライン圧調圧弁を備えており、
前記機械式オイルポンプの始動時には、前記第2ライン圧調圧弁により前記第2ライン圧が低くされて前記第2ライン圧油路から前記潤滑部位へ供給される作動油の流量が小流量とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両の制御装置。
