Abstract
Description
270℃以上の融点を有する高融点基材への塗布用の熱硬化性組成物であって、
(A)熱硬化性成分と、
(B)酸化アルミニウム粒子と、
(C)下記式(I)又は下記式(II)
X−Y−X (I) 又は X−Y−X’ (II)
(式中、X及びX’はガラス転移点Tgが0℃以上のメタクリル酸エステル単位を主体とする重合体ブロックであり、Yはガラス転移点Tgが0℃未満のアクリル酸エステル単位を主体とする重合体ブロックである。)
で表されるアクリル系ブロック共重合体であって、前記アクリル系ブロック共重合体の合計質量に対するX及びX’の和の質量百分率が、12質量%以上35質量%以下の範囲にあるアクリル系ブロック共重合体と、
を含むことを特徴とする熱硬化性組成物により達成されることが見出された。
本発明の熱硬化性組成物は、270℃以上の融点を有する高融点基材への塗布用の熱硬化性組成物であって、
(A)熱硬化性成分と、
(B)酸化アルミニウム粒子と、
(C)下記式(I)又は下記式(II)
X−Y−X (I) 又は X−Y−X’ (II)
(式中、X及びX’はガラス転移点Tgが0℃以上のメタクリル酸エステル単位を主体とする重合体ブロックであり、Yはガラス転移点Tgが0℃未満のアクリル酸エステル単位を主体とする重合体ブロックである。)
で表されるアクリル系ブロック共重合体であって、前記アクリル系ブロック共重合体の合計質量に対するX及びX’の和の質量百分率が、12質量%以上35質量%以下の範囲にあるアクリル系ブロック共重合体と、
を含む。
熱硬化性成分は、本発明の熱硬化性組成物を熱硬化させるために添加される化合物である。
本発明で使用される(B)酸化アルミニウム粒子は球状であることが望ましい。球状の酸化アルミニウムを用いることで高充填した際の粘度上昇を和らげることができる。このような酸化アルミニウム粒子の平均粒子径は、0.01μm〜50μm、より好ましくは0.01μm〜20μmである。平均粒子径が、0.01μmよりも小さいと組成物の粘度が高くなりすぎて、分散が困難であり、被塗布物への塗布も困難となる。一方、平均粒子径が、50μmより大きいと塗膜への頭出しが発生することと、沈降速度が速くなり保存安定性が悪化する。また、最密充填となるような粒度分布を持つ2種類以上の平均粒子径のものを配合することにより、更に高充填にすることができ、保存安定性、熱伝導率の両側面から好ましい。
(C)アクリル系ブロック共重合体は、高融点基材への本発明の熱硬化性組成物の硬化被膜の密着性向上、および耐熱性向上を目的として配合される。
さらに、本発明の熱硬化性組成物には、酸化防止剤、有機溶剤、消泡剤・レベリング剤、分散剤、着色剤を添加することができる。
本発明の被覆基材は、本発明の熱硬化性組成物の硬化被膜を有する。
1.熱硬化性組成物の調製
表1に示す割合(単位:質量部)で各材料をそれぞれ配合、撹拌機にて予備混合し、次いで3本ロールミルにより混練して熱硬化性組成物を調整した。
実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜4の熱硬化性組成物をLCP基板(Ensinger社製 TECACOMP LCP LDS 4107)上にスクリーン印刷で乾燥塗膜が30μmとなるように印刷し、150℃60分間の加熱により硬化させた。なお、上記のLCP基板のASTM D648(1.82MPa)に基づく荷重たわみ温度(DTUL)は274℃である。
分類0:カットの縁が完全に滑らかで,どの格子の目にもはがれがない。
実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜4の熱硬化性組成物をLCP基板(Ensinger社製 TECACOMP LCP LDS 4107)上にスクリーン印刷で乾燥塗膜が30μmとなるように印刷し、150℃60分間の加熱により硬化させた。

*8:中分子タイプ、PMMA比率20wt%のアクリル系ブロック共重合体(クラリティ(登録商標)LA2330:クラレ社製)
*9:低分子タイプ、PMMA比率20wt%のアクリル系ブロック共重合体(クラリティ(登録商標)LA2140:クラレ社製)
*10:中分子タイプ、PMMA比率30wt%のアクリル系ブロック共重合体(クラリティ(登録商標)LA2250:クラレ社製)
*11:低分子タイプ、PMMA比率10wt%のアクリル系ブロック共重合体(クラリティ(登録商標)LA2114:クラレ社製)
*12:低分子タイプ、PMMA比率40wt%のアクリル系ブロック共重合体(クラリティ(登録商標)LA2270:クラレ社製)

Claims (8)
- 270℃以上の融点を有する高融点基材への塗布用の熱硬化性組成物であって、
(A)熱硬化性成分と、
(B)酸化アルミニウム粒子と、
(C)下記式(I)又は下記式(II)
X−Y−X (I) 又は X−Y−X’ (II)
(式中、X及びX’はガラス転移点Tgが0℃以上のメタクリル酸エステル単位を主体とする重合体ブロックであり、Yはガラス転移点Tgが0℃未満のアクリル酸エステル単位を主体とする重合体ブロックである。)
で表されるアクリル系ブロック共重合体であって、前記アクリル系ブロック共重合体の合計質量に対するX及びX’の和の質量百分率が、12質量%以上35質量%以下の範囲にあるアクリル系ブロック共重合体と、
を含むことを特徴とする熱硬化性組成物。 - (C)アクリル系ブロック共重合体の重量平均分子量が65,000以上80,000以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- (C)アクリル系ブロック共重合体が、前記式(I)で表されるアクリル系ブロック共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- 前記式(I)中、Xがメタクリル酸メチル単位を主体とする重合体ブロックであり、Yがアクリル酸n−ブチル単位を主体とする重合体ブロックであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- (B)酸化アルミニウム粒子の量が、熱硬化性組成物の合計質量に対して40質量%以上90質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- (C)アクリル系ブロック共重合体の量が、熱硬化性組成物の合計質量に対して0.5質量%以上20質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- 前記高融点基材が、液晶ポリマー、ポリフェニレンサルファイド及びポリエーテルエーテルケトンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の熱硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の熱硬化性組成物の硬化被膜を有することを特徴とする被覆基材。
