Abstract
Description
まず、図3を参照しながら、本実施形態である衝撃吸収体1をニーボルスターとして自動車に取り付けた例について説明する。図3は、後述する衝撃吸収体1をニーボルスターとして自動車100に取り付けた状態を示す。
図1は本発明の実施形態に係る衝撃吸収体1の斜視図である。また、図4Aは衝撃吸収体1の側面図、図4Bは図4AにおけるA−A断面図を示している。さらに、図5Aは図4AにおけるB−B断面図、図5Bは図4AにおけるC−C断面図を示している。
(1)樽状形状部16の中央部の幅が、樽状形状部16の端部より大きく構成される。
(2)樽状形状部16が衝撃吸収体1の内側に向かって凸である。
図4Aでは、横溝リブ14(a)は屈曲誘発部15(a1)と屈曲誘発部15(a2)の間に樽状形状部16(a)を有し、横溝リブ14(c)は屈曲誘発部15(c1)と屈曲誘発部15(c2)の間に樽状形状部16(c)を有している。
以上のように、本実施形態によれば、塑性変形開始後における荷重変動を抑制可能な衝撃吸収体を実施することが出来る。

Claims (7)
- 中空成形体からなる衝撃吸収体であって、
荷重入力面と、前記荷重入力面に対向する固定面と、前記荷重入力面と前記固定面の間を連結する連結面を備え、
前記連結面は横溝リブを備え、
前記横溝リブは前記衝撃吸収体の外側に向かって凸である屈曲誘発部を有し、
前記荷重入力面からの距離が互いに異なる位置に設けられた前記屈曲誘発部が少なくとも2つ存在する、
衝撃吸収体。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃吸収体において、
前記横溝リブは、複数の前記屈曲誘発部と、樽状形状部を有し、
前記樽状形状部は、前記屈曲誘発部の間に位置し、
前記樽状形状部は、以下の(1)又は(2)を満たす;
(1)前記樽状形状部の中央部の幅が、前記樽状形状部の端部の幅より大きく構成される
(2)前記樽状形状部が前記衝撃吸収体の内側に向かって凸である
衝撃吸収体。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の衝撃吸収体において、
前記荷重入力面と、前記荷重入力面に最も近い前記屈曲誘発部との距離をdminと定義し、前記荷重入力面と、前記荷重入力面から最も遠い前記屈曲誘発部との距離をdmaxと定義すると、
dmax/dmin>1.5を満たす、
衝撃吸収体。 - 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1つに記載の衝撃吸収体において、
前記屈曲誘発部は、隣接する前記横溝リブが有する全ての前記屈曲誘発部と、前記荷重入力面からの距離が互いに異なる位置に存在する、
衝撃吸収体。 - 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1つに記載の衝撃吸収体において、
隣接する前記横溝リブは、互いに異なる個数の前記屈曲誘発部を有する、
衝撃吸収体。 - 請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1つに記載の衝撃吸収体において、
前記屈曲誘発部の頂点の内角をθとすると、90°≦θ<180°を満たす、
衝撃吸収体。 - 請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1つに記載の衝撃吸収体において、
前記横溝リブの端部における深さをdpeと定義し、前記樽状形状部の深さの極大値をdpbと定義すると、0.7≦dpe/dpb≦1.5を満たす、
衝撃吸収体。
