モータを収容するとともに、回転軸が挿通配置される開口部(837a)が形成されたハウジング(830)と、
ハウジングに組み付けられ、開口部に対向する開口対向領域(A1)を一面(301)に有した基板(30)と、
一面に実装されたスイッチング素子(121〜129、221〜229、131、132、231、232)を有し、供給される電力を変換してモータへ出力する電力変換回路(120,220)と、
基板に対して一面の側に配置され、スイッチング素子で生じた熱を放出する放熱部材(837)と、
スイッチング素子および放熱部材に密着するように塑性変形して、スイッチング素子から放熱部材へ熱伝導させる熱伝導変形体(G)と、
スイッチング素子とは別に一面に実装された部品であって、基板の板面に対して垂直な方向である板面垂直方向から見て、開口対向領域とスイッチング素子との間に配置されている実装部品(R)と、
を備える駆動装置とされる。
図1に示すように、本実施形態による駆動装置1は、電動のモータ80と、電力変換装置としての電子制御装置(ECU10)と、を備える。この駆動装置1は、車両のステアリング操作を補助するための電動パワーステアリング装置(EPS8)に適用される。図1は、EPS8を備えるステアリングシステム90の全体構成を示すものである。ステアリングシステム90は、操舵部材であるステアリングホイール91、ステアリングシャフト92、ピニオンギア96、ラック軸97、車輪98、および、EPS8等を備える。
基板30両面のうちMOSが実装される側の一面であるモータ面301には、MOS以外の各種の実装部品Rが表面実装されている。実装部品Rの具体例としては、チップ抵抗や、チップコンデンサ、チップダイオード等が挙げられる。また、実装部品Rの用途の具体例としては、MOSに接続されるMOS用の実装部品や、回転角センサ29に接続されるセンサ用の実装部品が挙げられる。例えば、MOS用の実装部品には、ゲート電圧を調整する抵抗や、ゲートに重畳するノイズを除去するコンデンサ、ゲートを保護するダイオード等が挙げられる。例えば、センサ用の実装部品には、ノイズ除去用のコンデンサやセンサ信号の電圧を調整する抵抗等が挙げられる。
本実施形態に係る駆動装置1によれば、モータ80を収容するハウジング830に基板30を組み付けることで、電力変換回路のモータ80への一体化が図られる。その上で、基板30のモータ面301(一面)には、基板30の板面垂直方向から見て開口対向領域A1と周辺MOSとの間に実装部品Rが配置されている。
上記第1実施形態では、開口対向領域A1と周辺MOSとの間に配置される実装部品Rは、仮想線C1に対して交差する方向に複数並べて配置されている。そして、このように並ぶ実装部品Rは1列である(図7参照)。これに対し本実施形態では、開口対向領域A1と周辺MOSとの間に配置される実装部品Rは、仮想線C1に対して交差する方向に、複数列配置されている(図9参照)。
本実施形態では、図10に示すように、制御配線パターンP18の少なくとも一部が、板面垂直方向から見て、開口対向領域A1とMOSとの間に位置する。詳細には、開口対向領域A1とMOSとの間に位置する実装部品Rと同様にして、MOS間領域A2や端子間領域A3に制御配線パターンP18が位置する。
以上、本開示の複数の実施形態について説明したが、各実施形態の説明において明示している構成の組み合わせばかりではなく、特に組み合わせに支障が生じなければ、明示していなくても複数の実施形態の構成同士を部分的に組み合わせることができる。そして、複数の実施形態及び変形例に記述された構成同士の明示されていない組み合わせも、以下の説明によって開示されているものとする。
Claims (7)
- 回転軸(870)を有する電動のモータ(80)と、
前記モータを収容するとともに、前記回転軸が挿通配置される開口部(837a)が形成されたハウジング(830)と、
前記ハウジングに組み付けられ、前記開口部に対向する開口対向領域(A1)を一面(301)に有した基板(30)と、
前記一面に実装されたスイッチング素子(121〜129、221〜229、131、132、231、232)を有し、供給される電力を変換して前記モータへ出力する電力変換回路(120,220)と、
前記基板に対して前記一面の側に配置され、前記スイッチング素子で生じた熱を放出する放熱部材(837)と、
前記スイッチング素子および前記放熱部材に密着するように塑性変形して、前記スイッチング素子から前記放熱部材へ熱伝導させる熱伝導変形体(G)と、
前記スイッチング素子とは別に前記一面に実装された部品であって、前記基板の板面に対して垂直な方向である板面垂直方向から見て、前記開口対向領域と前記スイッチング素子との間に配置されている実装部品(R)と、
を備える駆動装置。 - 前記開口対向領域の中心と前記スイッチング素子の中心とを結ぶ仮想線(C1)に対して交差する方向に、複数の前記実装部品が並べて配置されている、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記交差する方向に並んで列をなす複数の前記実装部品が、複数列配置されている、請求項2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記実装部品は、前記板面垂直方向から見て矩形形状であり、かつ、複数の前記実装部品の並ぶ方向と前記矩形形状の長手方向とが一致する向きに配置されている、請求項2または3に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子の作動を制御する制御回路(175、275)を備え、
前記基板に設けられた配線パターン(P18)の少なくとも一部は、前記板面垂直方向から見て、前記開口対向領域と前記スイッチング素子との間に位置する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の駆動装置。 - 前記回転軸の回転角度を検出する検出回路であって、前記回転軸の回転角度に応じた検出信号を出力するセンサ素子(29)と、前記センサ素子とは別の検出用電子部品と、を有する回転角検出回路(290)を備え、
前記センサ素子は、前記一面のうち前記開口対向領域に設けられ、
前記検出用電子部品が前記実装部品として用いられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の駆動装置。 - 前記モータは車両の操舵力を発揮するものである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の駆動装置。
