Abstract
Description
<全体構成>
図1は、実施形態に係る電動オイルポンプ1を+X側から示す分解斜視図である。図2は、電動オイルポンプ1を−X側から示す分解斜視図である。電動オイルポンプ1は、図1、及び図2に示されるように、ハウジング2、モータ部10、ポンプ部40、及びインバータ100を備える。
ハウジング2は、金属(例えばアルミ)製の鋳造品からなる。ハウジング2は、モータ部10のモータハウジングと、ポンプ部40のポンプハウジングと、インバータ100のインバータハウジングとを兼ねる。モータ部10のモータハウジングと、ポンプ部40のポンプハウジングと、インバータ100のインバータハウジングとは、単一の部材の部分である。
モータ部10は、モータハウジングの中にモータ11を備える。
モータ11は、軸方向に延びる中心軸Jに沿って配置されるシャフト13と、回転角センサ15と、ロータ20と、ステータ22とを備える。回転角センサ15は、図1と図2とのうち、図2だけに示される。また、ロータ20、及びステータ22は、図1と図2とのうち、図1だけに示される。
ポンプ部40は、モータ部10の軸方向フロント側に位置し、モータ部10によってシャフト13を介して駆動されてオイルを吐出する。ポンプ部40は、ポンプロータ47とポンプカバー52とを備える。
ポンプロータ47は、シャフト13のフロント側に取り付けられる。ポンプロータ47は、インナーロータ47aと、アウターロータ47bとを備える。インナーロータ47aは、シャフト13に固定される。アウターロータ47bは、インナーロータ47aの径方向外側を囲む。
ハウジング2は、軸方向フロント側の端に、軸方向フロント側を向く開口を備える。この開口は、ポンプカバー52によって閉じられる。ポンプカバー52は、ボルト53によってハウジング2に固定される。
インバータ100は、ポンプ部40、及びモータ部10よりも軸方向の−X側に配置される。モータ11の駆動を制御するインバータ100は、電子基板101と、インバータカバー198と、コネクタ199とを備える。
電子基板101は、基板102と、基板102に実装される複数の電子部品とを備える。基板102は、複数の基板配線、端子、ランド、スルーホール、テストポイント等を備える。かかる構成の基板102に、複数の電子部品が実装されたものが、電子基板101である。即ち、電子基板101に実装された電子部品を電子基板101から除いた部分が、基板102である。基板102に実装された複数の電子部品の一部は、インバータ―機能を備えるモータ駆動回路を構成する。
コネクタ199は、車両に設けられた外部コネクタと接続される。外部コネクタは、常時電源(+B)用、GND用、信号入力用、及び信号出力用の4つのポートを備え、作業者によって軸方向の+X側から−X側に向けて移動されてコネクタ199に装着される。コネクタ199は、基板102の電源入力部120における4つの端子に電気接続される4つのコネクタ端子を備える。
(1)電動オイルポンプ1の電子基板101は、基板102を備える。電子基板101は、車載バッテリー901から出力される電源が入力される電源入力部120と、駆動源たるモータ11を駆動するためのモータ駆動回路105とを備える。また、電子基板101は、モータ駆動回路105によるモータ11の駆動を制御する制御部たるマイクロコンピュータ114と、外部のECU900から送られてくる駆動命令信号が入力される駆動命令信号入力部たる信号入力端子120bとを備える。また、電子基板101は、駆動命令信号検出回路たる駆動命令検出回路115を備える。駆動命令検出回路115は、駆動命令信号を検出することが可能であり、且つ駆動命令信号の検出の有無に基づいて、電源入力部120に入力される電源のマイクロコンピュータ114への供給の有無を制御する。

Claims (5)
- 基板を備え、
且つ、車載電源から出力される電源が入力される電源入力部と、
駆動源を駆動するための駆動回路と、
前記駆動回路による前記駆動源の駆動を制御する制御部と、
外部から送られてくる駆動命令信号が入力される駆動命令信号入力部とを、前記基板に備える電子基板であって、
前記駆動命令信号を検出することが可能であり、且つ前記駆動命令信号の検出の有無に基づいて、前記電源入力部に入力される前記電源の前記制御部への供給の有無を制御する駆動命令信号検出回路を、前記基板に備える、電子基板。 - 前記駆動命令信号検出回路は、前記駆動命令信号の検出の有無に基づいて、前記電源入力部に入力される前記電源の前記駆動回路への供給の有無を制御する、
請求項1に記載の電子基板。 - 前記駆動命令信号検出回路は、前記電源入力部と、前記制御部との間に配置されたスイッチング素子のスイッチのオンオフを制御することで、前記電源の前記制御部への供給の有無と、前記電源の前記駆動回路への供給の有無とを制御する、
請求項1又は2に記載の電子基板。 - 駆動源と、
請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の電子基板とを備える、車載電動機。 - 駆動源と、前記駆動源によって駆動されるポンプ部と、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の電子基板とを備える、車載用の電動ポンプ。
