Claims (3)
- ロータと、該ロータの外周側に配置されるステータと、該ステータに巻き掛けられたステータコイルとを備え、前記ロータは、ロータシャフトと、該ロータシャフトの外周に相対回転不能に設けられているロータコアと、該ロータシャフトの軸方向で前記ロータコアの両側を挟み込むようにして設けられている一対の第1エンドプレートおよび第2エンドプレートとを、含んで構成される車両用電動機を備え、前記ロータコアと前記ロータシャフトとの間には、前記ロータコアを前記ロータシャフトの軸方向に貫通する冷却油路が形成され、該冷却油路は、前記ロータシャフトの内部に形成された供給油路に連通されている、車両用電動機の冷却機構であって、
前記冷却油路は、前記ロータコアの周方向で複数形成され、
前記第1エンドプレートには、前記冷却油路に連通し、前記第1エンドプレートを前記ロータシャフトの軸方向に貫通する第1排出口が形成され、
前記第2エンドプレートには、前記冷却油路に連通し、前記第2エンドプレートを前記ロータシャフトの軸方向に貫通する第2排出口が形成され、
前記第1排出口および前記第2排出口は、前記ロータシャフトの軸方向に見たときそれぞれ異なる位置に形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用電動機の冷却機構。 - 前記第1排出口および前記第2排出口は、それぞれ複数形成され、
前記第1排出口および前記第2排出口は、前記ロータシャフトの軸方向に見たとき、前記ロータコアの周方向で等角度間隔に交互に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用電動機の冷却機構。 - 前記冷却油路は、前記ロータコアの内周面に形成された溝から形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用電動機の冷却機構。
