Claims (14)
- 真空状態のチャンバーにニードル本体を提供した後、非活性ガス雰囲気下で予め設定された温度で前記ニードル本体を熱処理するステップと、
熱処理が完了した前記ニードル本体を冷却するステップとを含む、根管治療器用ニードルの製造方法。 - 前記ニードル本体を熱処理するステップの前に、合金又は単一の金属を用いて所望の形状に中空のニードル本体を製造するステップをさらに含み、
前記ニードル本体を製造するステップは、
前記ニードル本体の中空にパッキング部材を充填する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の根管治療器用ニードルの製造方法。 - 前記ニードル本体を製造するステップは、
銅(Cu)、銀(Ag)、及び銅と銀との合金から選択された一つで前記ニードル本体を製造する、請求項2に記載の根管治療器用ニードルの製造方法。 - 前記ニードル本体を製造するステップは、
前記ニードル本体の表面に金(Au)又は銀(Ag)を選択的にコーティングする、請求項3に記載の根管治療器用ニードルの製造方法。 - 前記ニードル本体を製造するステップは、
ディープドローイング(Deep Drawing)工程により前記ニードル本体を製造する、請求項2に記載の根管治療器用ニードルの製造方法。 - 前記ニードル本体を熱処理するステップは、
真空ポンプを用いて前記チャンバーの内部の圧力を10−3〜1Torrに形成した後、前記チャンバーの内部にアルゴン(Ar)ガスを供給して、大気圧状態で100〜900℃の温度で1〜10時間、前記ニードル本体を熱処理する、請求項1に記載の根管治療器用ニードルの製造方法。 - 前記ニードル本体を冷却するステップは、
前記熱処理が完了したニードル本体を30分〜5時間放置して自然冷却する、請求項1に記載の根管治療器用ニードルの製造方法。 - 前記ニードル本体を冷却するステップの後に、
前記ニードル本体から前記パッキング部材を分離した後、洗浄するステップをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の根管治療器用ニードルの製造方法。 - 真空状態のチャンバーにニードル本体を提供した後、アルゴン(Ar)ガス雰囲気下で予め設定された温度で前記ニードル本体を熱処理するステップを含む、根管治療器用ニードルの延性向上方法。
- 前記ニードル本体を熱処理するステップの前に、合金又は単一の金属を用いて所望の形状に中空のニードル本体を製造するステップをさらに含み、
