Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態の車両1は、車体2の側面2sに設けられたドア開口部3を開閉するスライドドア4を備えている。具体的には、この車両1には、その前後方向(図1中、左右方向)に延びる複数のガイドレール5(5a〜5c)と、これらの各ガイドレール5に連結される複数のガイドローラユニット6(6a〜6c)とが設けられている。すなわち、本実施形態のスライドドア4は、これらの各ガイドレール5及び各ガイドローラユニット6を介して車体2の側面2sに支持される。また、これらの各ガイドレール5及び各ガイドローラユニット6は、各ガイドレール5の延伸方向に沿って、その各ガイドレール5に対する各ガイドローラユニット6の係合位置を移動させることが可能となっている。そして、本実施形態のスライドドア4は、これにより、その車体2の側面2sに沿う状態で車両前後方向に移動する構成になっている。
これは、図8に示すように、進角制御を実行することで、そのモータトルク(T)とモータ電流値(I)との関係、いわゆるI−T特性が変化するためである。具体的には、進角制御の非実行の通常制御時に比べて、進角制御の実行時には、電流値Imが増加し、またその増加量も進角値αの増加に伴って増加する。この場合、相対的大きな進角値αが設定されることで電流値Imが著しく増加すると、その電流値Imが挟み込み検知閾値Ithに近付いて挟み込みを誤検知する可能性が高くなる。この点を踏まえ、本実施形態の進角値設定部51は、進角値増加禁止部51aにおいて電流値Imが進角値増加禁止電流値Imaxを超える場合には進角値αの増加設定を禁止している。
(1)本実施形態では、ドアECU25は、駆動源となるモータ20の電流値Imに基づいて、車両1のドア開口部3に設けられた開閉体としてのスライドドア4の挟み込みを検知する挟み込み検知部55を備える。また、駆動制御部70としてのドアECU25は、モータ20に駆動電力を供給するためのモータ制御信号Smcを出力するモータ制御信号出力部43と、そのモータ制御信号Smcの位相を進角させるための進角値αを設定する進角値設定部51とを備える。進角値設定部51は、モータ20の電流値Imが進角値増加禁止電流値Imaxに到達したとき、進角値αの増加設定を禁止する進角値増加禁止部51aを有する。
・前記実施形態において、進角制御時の進角値αの変更に係る所定値Δαは、例えば進角値αに応じて変更してもよい。
・前記実施形態において、進角値増加禁止電流値Imaxは、進角値αに関わらず、例えば基準値Imax0などの一定値に固定してもよい。
・前記実施形態においては、車両1の側面2sに設けられたスライドドア4を開閉体とするパワースライドドア装置30に具体化した。しかし、これに限らず、駆動源となるモータ20を進角制御しつつ、その電流値Imに基づいた挟み込み検知を行うものであれば、その開閉体は、車両後部に設けられたバックドアやスイング式のサイドドア等であってもよい。そして、例えば、車両の窓ガラスを昇降させるウィンドレギュレータやサンルーフ装置等、ドア以外の開閉体を対象とする車両用開閉体制御装置に適用してもよい。
Claims (2)
- モータを駆動源として車両の開閉体を作動させる駆動制御部と、
前記モータの電流値に基づいて前記開閉体による挟み込みを検知する挟み込み検知部とを備え、
前記駆動制御部は、
前記モータに駆動電力を供給するためのモータ制御信号を出力するモータ制御信号出力部と、
前記モータ制御信号の位相を進角させるための進角値を設定する進角値設定部とを備え、
前記進角値設定部は、前記モータの電流値が進角値増加禁止電流値に到達したとき、進角値の増加設定を禁止する進角値増加禁止部を有する、車両用開閉体制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用開閉体制御装置において、
前記挟み込み検知部は、
前記モータの電流値と挟み込み検知閾値との大小関係に基づいて前記開閉体による挟み込みを検知するものであって、進角値が大きくなるほど前記挟み込み検知閾値が大きくなるように補正する挟み込み検知閾値補正部を有し、
前記進角値設定部は、
進角値が大きくなるほど前記進角値増加禁止電流値が大きくなるように補正する進角値増加禁止電流値補正部を有する、車両用開閉体制御装置。
