Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る保護回路ユニットについて図1〜図3を参照して説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る保護回路ユニットの概略構成を示す分解斜視図である。図2は、第1実施形態に係る保護回路ユニットの概略構成を示す回路図である。図3は、第1実施形態における通電モジュールの概略構成を示す斜視図である。なお、図1は、通電モジュールを制御基板に取り付ける前の状態を表している。図3は、通電モジュールにおける樹脂モールド部材を破線で表している。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る車両用電源装置について図4、図5を参照して説明する。図4は、第2実施形態に係る車両用電源装置の概略構成を示す分解斜視図である。図5は、第2実施形態に係る車両用電源装置の概略構成を示す回路図である。

Claims (2)
- 車両の電源と、前記電源から電力の供給を受ける負荷との間の電路上に配置され、前記電路を開閉する少なくとも1つの通電モジュールと、
前記通電モジュールと別体に構成され、前記通電モジュールと電気的に接続して、前記電路を流れる通電電流に基づいて前記電路の開閉を制御する制御基板と、
を備え、
前記通電モジュールは、
前記電路を開閉する少なくとも1つの半導体スイッチと、
前記半導体スイッチを挟んで一方が前記電源側に接続され、他方が前記負荷側に接続されるバスバーと、
前記半導体スイッチと前記制御基板とを接続する制御端子と、
を有し、
前記制御基板は、
複数種類の前記通電モジュールの制御端子に対応する接続部を有する
ことを特徴とする保護回路ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の保護回路ユニットと、
前記保護回路ユニットを構成する通電モジュール及び制御基板を収容する筐体と、
を備え、
前記筐体は、
外部に連通する開口を有し、
前記通電モジュールは、
当該通電モジュールが前記制御基板に実装された状態で、前記制御基板の実装面と反対側に放熱面を有し、
前記放熱面は、
前記開口と対向する
ことを特徴とする車両用電源装置。
