Abstract
Description
例えば、特許文献1では、微細気泡を有する処理液と処理すべき廃水とを混合させ、処理液や廃水に凝集剤として硫酸バンド(硫酸アルミニウム)とポリアクリルアミド系高分子凝集剤を使用する実施例が記載されている。
特許文献2では、排水に薬剤を添加混合した後加圧浮上又はマイクロバブル発生装置等により発生する微細な気泡による浮上分離処理について開示され、排水に適用する薬剤として硫酸アルミニウムやポリ塩化アルミニウム、ポリアクリルアミド等の凝集剤が記載されている。
特許文献3では、被処理水である原水を貯留するための原水槽から導入された水に高分子凝集剤としてポリアクリルアミドを添加、マイクロバブル発生し原水と混合させる方法が開示されている。
しかし、これら微細気泡を用いた廃水の処理方法においても無機凝集剤を多く必要としスラッジ量が多くなることや中和剤が多く必要になることから薬品コストが高くなることが懸念されており、更には油分等を多く含んだ高負荷廃水についてより効率的な処理方法が要望されている。
形態;AQ:水溶液重合体
先ず、本発明における廃水の処理方法を実施する際に、予備試験を実施した。廃水として油脂食品製造廃水(pH6.9、SS分2200mg/L、濁度>1000NTU、COD757mg/L、BOD1720mg/L)を用いた。廃水200mLをビーカーに採取し、ポリ塩化アルミニウム(PAC)対廃水850ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、苛性ソーダ対廃水50ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、表1の有機凝結剤試料1〜4の0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水40ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、高分子凝集剤試料Bの0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水5ppm添加後、150rpm30秒、80rpm30秒、40rpm30秒攪拌、5分間静置後のSV(スラッジボリューム)、上澄み液の濁度をJISK0102法に則り測定した。又、有機凝結剤試料無添加の試験も実施した。その結果を表2に示す。
本発明における廃水の処理方法を実施した。廃水としてパン系食品製造廃水(pH3.6、SS分405mg/L、COD1500mg/L、BOD2360mg/L、ノルマルヘキサン抽出物量32mg/L)を用いた。先ず、微細気泡発生手段により発生させた微細気泡を廃水1m3当たり150L/分の空気量で24時間曝気混合した。微細気泡を混合した廃水200mLをビーカーに採取し、ポリ塩化アルミニウム対廃水500ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、苛性ソーダ対廃水775ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、表1の有機凝結剤試料1の0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水15ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、高分子凝集剤試料Aの0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水3ppm添加後、150rpm30秒、80rpm30秒、40rpm30秒攪拌、フロックの沈降速度、5分間静置後のSV(スラッジボリューム)、COD、BOD、n−Hx(ノルマルヘキサン抽出物量)をJISK0102法に則り測定した。その結果を表3に示す。
本発明における廃水の処理方法を実施した。廃水として自動車部品製造廃水(pH7.2、SS分278mg/L、濁度101NTU、COD29mg/L、BOD14mg/L)を用いた。先ず、微細気泡発生手段により発生させた微細気泡を廃水1m3当たり150L/分の空気量で24時間曝気混合した。微細気泡を混合した廃水200mLをビーカーに採取し、ポリ塩化アルミニウム対廃水200ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、苛性ソーダ対廃水16ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、表1の有機凝結剤試料2の0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水2ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、高分子凝集剤試料Cの0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水2ppm添加後、150rpm30秒、80rpm30秒、40rpm30秒攪拌、フロックの沈降速度、5分間静置後のSV、上澄み液の濁度、CODをJISK0102法に則り測定した。その結果を表4に示す。
実施例2と同じ微細気泡を混合した廃水を対象に有機凝結剤を添加せずに実施例2と同様な試験を実施した。その結果を表4に示す。
本発明における廃水の処理方法を実施した。廃水として自動車部品製造廃水(pH7.0、SS分172mg/L、濁度95NTU、COD38mg/L、BOD16mg/L)を用いた。先ず、微細気泡発生手段により発生させた微細気泡を廃水1m3当たり150L/分の空気量で24時間曝気混合した。微細気泡を混合した廃水1Lをビーカーに採取しジャーテスターにセット、ポリ塩化アルミニウム対廃水200ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、苛性ソーダ対廃水20ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、表1の有機凝結剤試料1の0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水2ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、高分子凝集剤試料Cの0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水2ppm添加後、150rpm30秒、80rpm30秒、40rpm30秒攪拌して凝集させ、加圧浮上処理試験に供した。加圧水には水道水を用い、空気溶解圧力4kg/cm2、水量比25%の加圧水を加え、浮上速度、5分間静置浮上分離後の処理水をJISK0102法に則り分析した。その結果を表5に示す。
実施例3と同じ微細気泡を混合した廃水を対象に塩化アルミニウムと苛性ソーダを添加せずに実施例3と同様な試験を実施した。その結果を表5に示す。
実施例3と同じ微細気泡を混合した廃水を対象に有機凝結剤を添加せずに実施例3と同様な試験を実施した。その結果を表5に示す。
本発明における廃水の処理方法を実施した。廃水として惣菜系食品製造廃水(pH6.6、SS分890mg/L、濁度644NTU、COD340mg/L、BOD1550mg/L)を用いた。先ず、微細気泡発生手段により発生させた微細気泡を廃水1m3当たり150L/分の空気量で24時間曝気混合した。微細気泡を混合した廃水200mLをビーカーに採取し、硫酸アルミニウム(硫酸バンド)対廃水100ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、150rpm60秒撹拌、表1の有機凝結剤試料1の0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水3ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、高分子凝集剤試料Aの0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水3ppm添加後、150rpm30秒、80rpm30秒、40rpm30秒攪拌、フロックの沈降速度、5分間静置後のSV、上澄み液の濁度、CODをJISK0102法に則り測定した。その結果を表6に示す。
実施例5と同じ微細気泡を混合した廃水を対象に無機凝集剤を添加せずに実施例5と同様な試験を実施した。その結果を表6に示す。
実施例5と同じ微細気泡を混合した廃水を対象に有機凝結剤を添加せずに実施例5と同様な試験を実施した。その結果を表6に示す。
実施例5と同じ微細気泡を混合した廃水を対象に廃水1Lをビーカーに採取しジャーテスターにセット、硫酸バンド100ppm(対廃水)を添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、表1の有機凝結剤試料1の0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水3ppm添加、150rpm60秒撹拌、高分子凝集剤試料Aの0.2質量%溶解液を対廃水3ppm添加後、150rpm30秒、80rpm30秒、40rpm30秒攪拌して凝集させ、加圧浮上処理試験に供した。加圧水には水道水を用い、空気溶解圧力4kg/cm2、水量比25%の加圧水を加え、浮上速度、5分間静置浮上分離後の処理水をJISK0102法に則り分析した。その結果を表7に示す。
実施例5と同じ微細気泡を混合した廃水を対象に有機凝結剤を添加せずに実施例8と同様な試験を実施した。その結果を表7に示す。

Claims (5)
- 廃水の処理方法において、微細気泡発生手段により発生させた微細気泡を混合した廃水に有機凝結剤を添加後、高分子凝集剤を添加することを特徴とする廃水の処理方法。
- 前記有機凝結剤のpH7におけるカチオン当量値が、4.0〜22.0meq/gであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- 前記有機凝結剤がビニルアミン系水溶性高分子あるいはジアリルジメチルアンモニウム系水溶性高分子から選択される一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- 前記微細気泡発生手段がディフューザーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水の処理方法。
- 前記高分子凝集剤がアニオン性ポリアクリルアミドあるいは両性ポリアクリルアミドから選択される一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃水の処理方法。
