Claims (4)
- 内燃機関を冷却するための冷却水を循環させる冷却回路において、冷却水を貯留してその熱を蓄える蓄熱器と、前記内燃機関から排出された排ガスの熱を、冷却水を介して回収する排熱回収器とを備え、前記内燃機関の始動時に、前記蓄熱器の冷却水を前記内燃機関に送り出すことによって放熱する内燃機関の蓄熱放熱装置であって、
前記冷却回路は、
前記冷却水が常時、循環可能な主回路と、
前記蓄熱器を有し、前記内燃機関と当該蓄熱器との間で冷却水を循環させながら、蓄熱及び放熱を行うための蓄熱放熱回路と、
を備え、
前記排熱回収器が、前記蓄熱放熱回路の前記蓄熱器の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする内燃機関の蓄熱放熱装置。 - 前記主回路は、前記蓄熱放熱回路と冷却水の流路を部分的に共用する共用流路を有しており、
前記排熱回収器は、前記共用流路に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の蓄熱放熱装置。 - 前記蓄熱放熱回路は、
冷却水を前記蓄熱器に送るためのポンプと、
前記蓄熱器への冷却水の流量を調整するための流量調整弁と、
をさらに有し、
前記ポンプ及び前記流量調整弁を制御する制御手段を、さらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の蓄熱放熱装置。 - 前記内燃機関に流入する冷却水の温度を検出する冷却水温度検出手段を、さらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記検出された冷却水の温度が所定温度以上のときに、前記蓄熱器から流出する冷却水の流量を減らすように、前記ポンプ及び前記流量調整弁の少なくとも一方を制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関の蓄熱放熱装置。
