前記第1フィルター乃至前記第3フィルターは前記サブフィルター部を含み、前記第2フィルターは前記サブフィルター部を含まない請求項4に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第3色変換部と前記第3フィルターは一体に設けられる請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1色変換部乃至前記第3色変換部は散乱剤を更に含む請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記カラーフィルター層は、
前記第3色変換部と重畳して前記第1色光を透過させる第3フィルターと、
前記第1色変換部及び前記第2色変換部と重畳し、第4色光を透過させる第4フィルターと、を含む請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記遮光層は、前記表示パネルと前記カラーフィルター層との間に配置される請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記遮光層は前記色変換層の上に配置され、
前記カラーフィルター層は前記遮光層をカバーする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記カラーフィルター層は前記色変換層の上に直接配置される請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 発光領域、平面上において前記発光領域と離隔された反射領域、及び前記発光領域及び前記反射領域を囲む遮光領域を含む表示装置において、
有機電界発光素子を含む表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの上に配置され、前記発光領域に対応して配置される複数個の色変換部を含む色変換層と、
前記色変換層の上に配置され、複数個のフィルターを含むカラーフィルター層と、
前記表示パネルの上に配置され、前記遮光領域に重畳し前記発光領域及び前記反射領域に非重畳の遮光部を含む遮光層と、を含む表示装置。 - 前記発光領域は、赤色発光領域、緑色発光領域、及び青色発光領域を含み、
前記反射領域は、赤色反射領域、及び青色反射領域を含む請求項12に記載の表示装置。 - 前記発光領域は、複数個の赤色発光領域、複数個の緑色発光領域、及び複数個の青色発光領域を含み、
前記赤色発光領域、前記緑色発光領域、及び前記青色発光領域は第1方向に交互に配列され、
前記赤色発光領域、前記緑色発光領域、及び前記青色発光領域それぞれは前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に整列される請求項12に記載の表示装置。 - 前記反射領域は、前記第2方向に整列される前記赤色発光領域の間に設けられる赤色反射領域と、
前記第2方向に整列される前記青色発光領域の間に設けられる青色反射領域と、を含む請求項14に記載の表示装置。 - 前記有機電界発光素子は青色光を放出し、
前記色変換部は、
前記赤色発光領域に対応して配置され、赤色量子ドットを含む第1色変換部と、
前記緑色発光領域に対応して配置され、緑色量子ドットを含む第2色変換部と、
前記青色発光領域に対応して配置される第3色変換部と、を含む請求項13に記載の表示装置。 - 前記フィルターは、
前記赤色発光領域及び前記赤色反射領域に重畳する赤色フィルターと、
前記緑色発光領域に重畳する緑色フィルターと、
前記青色発光領域及び前記青色反射領域に重畳する青色フィルターと、を含む請求項13に記載の表示装置。 - 平面上において、前記赤色発光領域の面積は、前記緑色発光領域の面積及び前記青色発光領域の面積より大きい請求項13に記載の表示装置。
- 前記発光領域、前記反射領域、及び前記遮光領域の全体の面積に対する前記反射領域の面積の割合は、0%より大きく10%以下である請求項12に記載の表示装置。
- 有機電界発光素子を含む表示パネルと、前記表示パネルの上に配置され、平面上において互いに離隔された複数個の色変換部を含む色変換層と、
前記表示パネルの上に配置され、前記色変換部に重畳するメイン開口部、及び前記色変換部と非重畳のサブ開口部が定義される遮光層と、
前記色変換層の上に配置され、複数個のフィルターを含むカラーフィルター層と、を含み、
前記フィルターそれぞれは前記メイン開口部と重畳するメインフィルター部、及び前記メインフィルター部に隣接する遮光フィルター部を含み、
前記フィルターのうち少なくとも一つは前記遮光フィルター部に隣接し、前記メインフィルター部と離隔されたサブフィルター部を更に含む表示装置。
